This is 74-year-old Philip Snider, and he has absolutely no idea that he is being recorded. After his doting wife of 54 years vanished without a trace, the police found themselves at a dead end. But that changes when they send an undercover detective to the tranquil city of Hartville, Ohio. By random chance, the detectives will uncover much more than they could have ever imagined.

Na. Being a scumbag POS murderer is what “messed him up”. These aren’t fictional tales for us to evaluate, they are TRUE crime stories with real victims. Victims who would not be dead at the hands of another human if not for the selfish and disgusting decision another human made to end their life.
Do not become desensitized and do not ever think in terms of how one could have been “legally covered” for something like committing a f*cking murder. It’s not normal nor acceptable in a decent society.
What’s next, taking wagers on whether a murderer gets convicted? Or “death pools” where we put odds on which of our older/more vulnerable loved ones will be viciously murdered next? Tighten up.

"The Blackstone Group" an investment firm bought Ancestry in Dec. 2020 for $4.7 BILLION. For those of us not worried about criminal behavior being spotted should instead think of genetic info being used against you like it has been in the past through religious people. Also there's insurance uses and a lot of information that is valuable to others.

I’m going to politely disagree with people who think the undercover cop wasn’t good at her job. I have done a lot of volunteer work with older folk & all they want is someone to talk to. She spent 2 MONTHS being a part of the breakfast / lunch get together. Many walks alone with him where she probably vented about her “sick mother”, she essentially LOVE-BOMBED him but without the tactile part. You can still make someone feel like they’re being heard & you value them above other people because you have life stories that provide sympathy. She was able to be open & tell her “truth” because he understood her. Which made him feel like he had power, control over his life again, that he was able to fool people. He was finally FREE & that meant he could strike up a friendship with a woman & not be frowned upon by anyone. He was able to have his whole day to go about HIS business & not trapped my the confines of his elderly & infirm wife.
It is crazy in so many ways as (by the sounds of it) she wasn’t long for this world, but to him every day was just another one he had to ENDURE. He wanted his life back while he was still active & mobile enough to have some fun.
They did say the officer is now retired, so showing her face doesn’t matter ad I assume she would also had to testify in court, that would have been a HUE BLOW TO HIS EGO!!
Anyway, that’s just my perspective from my psych training & personal opinion. I could speak on it a lot longer & explain my conclusions, but the joy of social media means I don’t have to! It doesn’t matter to me if someone disagrees as they’re very welcome to! The sad thing really is that her family never go to have a proper send off or a place to visit to remember her. Hopefully as it’s been a while they are coming to terms with that. Kenny was an absolute trooper, I truly hope his family & friends rallied around & are support him in this heinous crime between his parents 🕊️
