      Yep! I’m mind blown 🤯 How could this be anything OTHER than bad parenting? The thought of that little baby laying there slowly dying, her body starving to death, her organs slowly shutting down one after the other, and NEITHER parent even attempted to help her? So heart breaking! I can’t even comprehend how a mother can look at her baby wasting away and not make that baby your priority!!! I’ve been with my husband for nearly 30 years, and even HE knows our children ALWAYS come first!!! Same goes for him, I would expect he puts our children before me!! They are our #1!

    A common reason for a baby's head to not form properly is being left lying on their back for long periods at a time and the back of the head becomes flat. Of course not always the reason but I think after hearing that they didn't check their baby for over 30 hours that that is probably the case here and that could definitely raise alarms for the doctor to report neglect or abuse.

    9/10 month old ate oatmeal AND nursed Mary for 20 minutes. That's hard to believe? At that age they don’t usually nurse that long and definitely not after eating solids..I remember vividly what my son was like at 10 months old, and how like clockwork he'd wake at 5 am every morning, and I'd hear him chatting away to himself in his own baby language, and I'd go in there and he'd be standing in his cot holding the rails and look absolutely delighted to see me. Everything was just such a joy for him and quite rightly he knew of no bad in the world.Mary’s short life was lonely, painful, and miserable. kind of shows the mother is not as smart as she wants us to think she is in her lies… Poor little unloved Mary never got that joy nor that feeling of safety. I’ve been looking for this comment. Poor sweet Mary Anne was big enough that she should’ve been able to roll around in her crib by herself. The back of her head probably wouldn’t have been flat unless she’d been in bed hour after hour when unable to roll over. The doctor probably saw numerous signs of neglect, including her head shape and probably all her hair was worn off the back.

    I breastfed my son for the first 9 months of his life (had to stop because I got pregnant again at 7 months postpartum & lost my supply) & always made sure that if I had to leave that I left plenty of milk for him to eat when he needed to. This is absolutely heartbreaking. I cannot imagine the horror this poor baby went through. The fact that she is saying that she was still latching her on & her only being 8 pounds at the time of her untimely death is beyond heartbreaking. I hope they rot. As for the medical professionals that they are talking about, they know way more than this “father” could ever know. He sounds like he’s trying to be smart & he sounds absolutely ridiculous every single time he opens his mouth. I do believe that he was abusive towards Tatiana, but she had the education for early childhood.. there’s no excuse for any of this to have happened.. I hope Mary is resting in peace.

    I think how happy, healthy, energetic, and full of life my children were at that age and it physically hurts looking at this baby. Seeing the existence (because this baby never lived, she simply existed) she endured for her short little lifetime here on earth, is maddening. How can ANYONE treat ANY living thing like this, let alone your baby? What goes through your mind? How do you sleep? Do you not look at this clearly suffering baby and care about the pain and suffering she is in? How do you live in such a filthy house? Are you not grossed out? Are you not ashamed? My brain can not comprehend any of this. I lost born parents and my brother, I was also going through my own serious health conditions. On top of that, while planning my parents funeral, I found out my husband was having an affair with my “friend”. I left with nothing but my children. To say I was traumatized and depressed would be a serious understatement. Yet, I woke up every morning and feed and dressed my children. I made sure they had everything they needed. We didn’t have much, but what we had was washed, ironed and hung. The dishes were clean. The sheets were changed every week, the bathtub/sink/toilet was scrubbed. I did neglect myself at times, but never my children. I would wait until they fell asleep, turn the shower on, and cry so they couldn’t hear me. I was always so sick to my stomach that I couldn’t eat and lost 35lbs, but my children had 3 meals and several snacks throughout the day. There were days I was literally passing out whenever I stood up. Yet, I would look at their beautiful faces and know that they needed me. That alone was all I needed to keep pushing. I have no understanding or sympathy for anyone who puts themselves before their children. Obviously I mean long term. I’m certainly not referring to the sick parent who left a mess and ordered pizza for 2 days because they had the flu. I mean parents who neglect their children on a consistent basis.

    Tatiana seems to show genuine emotions over the loss of her daughter. She can be seen crying at multiple points in the interview and her face is red and puffy from all of the crying the entire time. However Seth seems to be a genuine psychopath; he can't even pretend to be sad or remorseful. He laughs and jokes with the detectives and maintain a chirpy demeanor through the interrogation and only talks about his dead daughter in a monotone; his voice or emotions don't change one bit even when discussing finding her body for the first time. I'm willing to bet that's exactly how their relationship played out behind closed doors; with Tatiana following his lead and never questioning his decisions or disagreeing with him. I don't know if she was physically abused by him; maybe he didn't have to but he definitely exerted a lot of control over her and their kids, and Tatiana fell right in line. Even if it meant neglecting her kids.

    You have to rotate a newborn. You can't just lay them on their back or same side all the time. That's how they get a flat spot on their head and need the helmet to reshape it. That's a sure sighn of either laziness, neglect, or lack of knowledge. In this case, probably all three.
    Man these two disgust me.

    • @Grammichal
      @Grammichal 9 месяцев назад

      There were probably many signs of neglect noticed by the doctor who called CPS but a flat head could have easily been one of the indicators. These “parents” would have the detectives believe it was a money grubbing effort by the doctor to rake in $3,000 for the cost of a helmet. I wonder if CPS ever visited this family.

      I doubt that. People that overly sensitive or weak don't pursue or stay in that line of work, or similarly difficult career choices. Thank God, or nothing painful or messy would ever be dealt with. Recent generations are a lot more sensitive, and that can be a problem. It's a very matriarchal society. One reason why it's falling.
      If you've ever wondered why dissection is required for any medical position, including pharmacy, it's to immediately weed out those with a weak constitution.

      I am the same! I serve my family and eat last!!! My youngest was a premature baby and was 3 pounds! I worked endlessly to get her in track as did she. She is now 5 and autistic and can't stand most food but guess what I feed her what she eats and we try 3 bites of everything before she leaves the table and she is in the 59th percentile. No I'm sure that's not perfect at all but man oh man I'd do anything for my kids! This man deserves an asswhoopin in jail and hope he drops the soap everyday!!!!

    Not to compare, but even in the poorest families in India, people struggle a lot to get milk or baby food. They hardly ignore infants. They live their life for babies.
    This story is unbelievable considering WHY DO THEY NEED TO STARVE A BABY? I MEAN WHY? Does that give then psychic happiness? Monsters is a derated word. Shame.
