    1. Custom shaping, or a pre-set? If custom would you be willing to share?
    2. Notice you stance is front foot kinda far from tire, rear foot kinda close. Is that good for off-road, or just what works for you?

    Hey little question about tire PSI, im still a beginner with only about 700km of experience, started with a Pint and now evolved to an XR, coming from freestyle whitewater Kayaking the shape of the XR stock tire made me think of something. I dont want to offend anyone, so i will not talk about this, but looking at you rip down on this trail, is answering a few question, but if possible i would like to understand more PSI tunning, i would assume you are climbing on a harder tire then coming down but how do you manage that, do you deflate at a set PSI so is it more predictable, or fine tune it according to the trail conditions. If my house sells quickly in Alberta, i believe ill see you soon.

    • @westcoast.landpirate3788
      @westcoast.landpirate3788  2 года назад +1

      Honestly I set my psi at 17-18 for street or trail and forget about it. I check it before every ride and have a tiny little hand pump to top it up before a ride.

    • @westcoast.landpirate3788
      @westcoast.landpirate3788  2 года назад +1

      I dont like to mess with my muscle memory so I never change shaping or psi no matter what the terrain is. Keeps everything feeling the same every time I hop on

    • @TrueRiverHunter
      @TrueRiverHunter 2 года назад +1

      @@westcoast.landpirate3788 Thank you, that is a good approach, its true it changes lots of things even at 1 psi difference, and it is nice to rely on muscle memory when your cpu is needed elsewhere. In whitewater kayak they did make those unbalanced ones to help beginners do that one hot move for that Instagram picture, but basically impossible to do anything else. I could be wrong, but i think i see the same thing in Onewheel with the rounded side tire that does all the carving for you. That will save me time, and most likely a few bones. I will find that right tire pressure and stick to that instead of changing it according the conditions of the trail. Truly impressive how well you control that board, would not be a bad idea to make video on the right order of stuff to practice to get better.
