This video came out great!! I should clarify that at 9:25 I’m talking about small curbs. For bigger curbs you do need to get your body weight back to brace against the wall of the curb.
"...re-introducing my face to the pavement..." ...i'm going to say that to everyone i know and pretend like i made it up myself. Great channel, Man, i just subscribed.
This video was great! Love new onewheel high quality content like this one. Especially if you can learn new skills from it. Im upping by onewheel game level bit by bit. After 4 months of riding it’s time to go for those curbs. That tail nose tik tak action is good to practice first.
Another excellent video. The FeelWheel is interesting and I’d probably pop up to $100+ for one, but $250 is just a bit beyond. May try to make one myself.
Hey Mario we have a big ride coming up this weekend in Dc. If you’re up to riding with a about 100 riders in and organized ride called “The groundings summer tour”.
December 19th in Tuscon, AZ. I have a video coming of the last one in NYC, and will give info on the one in Tuscon. More clinics will happen next Spring, likely in other Northeast areas. I'll announce the next ones as I know of them.
That stationary board is not going to work at all like a one wheel though, no motor to counter or balance.. cool idea I guess, but not really practical for actually learning tricks on a onewheel
@@TheBoardGarage I'm speaking specifically to shove its or varial practice, you've gotta anticipate the boards motor response no? Regardless, stoked for those stoked for it
I'm sorry but slamming into a curb then awkwardly forcing the wheel over it isn't a "trick". The dude who did the 180 body variable was the only trick in this vid.

Loved the bit about how the clinic kept everyone on the same level. No range/speed issues or keeping up. Pints and XRs living in harmony✌️❤️
Thanks for the shout out 1:20 I’m glad you put this together we definitely need more float on my friend ➖⚫️➖💨💨💨
this looked like alot of fun!
It was, and they've done more of these. I'm editing the 2nd clinic, but it seems the idea is catching on a bit. Thanks a lot for checking it out!
Thanks for the shoutout and for putting me in the video :)) 1:33 You actually caught that.
It was a great time riding with you man! I hope I helped you progress a bit more with the trick riding style 🤘
Thank you for coming out Mario. It was a good time with some great people. 🤘
Will there be one this year?
We will be doing more as the weather gets better in NYC. You can also hit us up on Instagram with questions.

I’m jealous. I love how Jake trains. Very cool! Thanks for posting!
Great one Mario, I learned alot and it looked fun.
great instructions! interesting concept

great video, how does one find out about these events ahead of time?
Makes a guy want to relocate to NYC!
Awesome video - makes me wanna come visit New York... and buy an XR...
Great video man, enjoyed it. Totally wish there were clinics and group rides where I live but the app only shows a handful of wheels within the area.
I like this bro👍🏾
I hope I can be involved in something like this in Vegas. I will definitely be there to learn 💯 🔥
Love it looks like a ton of fun
I was expecting to see Mario bonkin' like a Bodhi... 🤘
Great video, thanks for sharing. 👍
Jake is so unassuming when he speaks but nice of JL ad OTW to set this up.
This really makes me feel like I should get back on F-book just to connect with group events like this.
It's been so long (2012), I'm scared.
Teach on the pint , everything is way easier if you can master the balance on it.
Xr feels crazy stable after riding the pint
Enjoyed that thanks!
Love the content, keep it up 👍❤️
Pick your rear heel up to shut the motor off? Is he riding it backwards?
Another excellent video. The FeelWheel is interesting and I’d probably pop up to $100+ for one, but $250 is just a bit beyond. May try to make one myself.
I was looking forward to the frappé

What’s the recommended tire pressure PSI and ride mode to learn Curb nudge. I got stock GT and I’m 185 lbs.
Great video! It would be nice to see you at a Onewheel Boston clinic sometime. I haven't met a nicer or more-welcoming community.
When does this clinic happen, I'm up in Manchester NH and would love to attend
How would I organize something like this in Portland, OR?
Where can we find out more about the “Feel Wheel” balance board trainer.
OneTrickWheel.com
I'll be doing a review of it soon, I really dig it.
what do you feel about the new rules banning these things on the sidewalk....that going to suck big time !
Based on your comments, sounds like this video is a lot older. I’ve seen previous videos you’ve done where you’re doing some advanced curb moves??
Advanced? Probably not me... 👀
i would do this all day
$300 for the feelwheel?!?!?! thats outrageous
You need to try a surfwheel
Love it
Hey there's been this infographic going around about the NYC ban on OWs. Have you had any problems yet?
Was gonna ask that
I totally would gone to this if I knew it was happening.
SAME. when's the next one Mario? 👀🤞🏽

it must be great to play with people in common love
Great video! ➖☠️➖🤙🤙
Radical👍🏻
so.....engagement boost?
Another great video man! Thanks man, also I rock your Don’t Fall t-shirt ….good quality too.
👍🏾🙏🏾
That was funny, I hit the dislike button twice like you said! I saw what you did! 😂😂😂
Bet the "real" skaters about had a heart attack seeing this Lol

It is, actually. Quite practical as a learning tool. I enjoy using it, and it's been helpful for me.
@@TheBoardGarage I'm speaking specifically to shove its or varial practice, you've gotta anticipate the boards motor response no? Regardless, stoked for those stoked for it
i'llhit dislike twice and then hit like to make sure it registers :P
no seriously, really good video.
