Flip Rock was way underrated! He was dope, strong and in control of all of his moves. I didn't appreciate him back in the day but looking at him now....whew!
CLASSIC OLD SCHOOL FOOTAGE, TAKES ME BACK TO THAT ERA, I WOULD LOVE TO GO BACK IN TIME, JUST FOR A MOMENT, TO ENJOY IT, AND TO ESCAPE FROM REALITY!!!!! I'M AN OLD SCHOOL GIRLIE FOREVER 💗 HAIL TO THE OLD SCHOOL PEEPS LIKE ME! I'M 52 YEARS OLD, AND STILL MISS THOSE DAYS FOREVER AND EVER!!!!!
Stuff like this and the movie Beat Street brings tears to my eyes. Is this a New York is long gone. It was a great time, Hip Hop was in the air, you could smell it and you could taste it, It was all around me man. I grew up in 179th and Bathgate avenue in the Bronx.
you probably dont care at all but does anybody know a way to log back into an Instagram account? I was dumb lost the login password. I would love any assistance you can give me.

This is lil Alex...Cujo where you at? I saw ur comment...Listen, back then we were the nicest... no one can touch ur style everytime you went down people were amazed... where you at bro?
I miss the 80s.. I used to go to school with my Conion boombox and extra batteries. My break dancing crew name was LSD Latin street dancers had a lot of fights back then with a bunch of biters but that was the breakdancing life was a very great era.. and heck yeah I can still do my moves my name was kid shock
In 1984, 5th grade, my family moved from the worst part of Brooklyn to a Queens suburb. I went from public school to the local Catholic private school. At my old school, my breakdancing skills were MEH (not that good), but at this new school, everybody was amazed at my most basic moves!! I started battling and destroying all challengers. But pretty soon, some kids got better than me and kicked my ass. The world of Breakdancing!! I miss '82-'84!!!
At 6:13 that's how rapping sounded in the yearly day. Rapping started around the DJ he would hire a cat to get the crowd going and eventually they will get more creative with the ways they did it and started rhyming.
