Video Idea: Skincare for dry climates. I have heard that things like hyaluronic acids don't work in a very low-humidity climate, regardless of the winter or summer, because they suck the water from your skin instead of the air. Can you please do a video specific to dry climates like AZ, NM, CO, UT, etc.? Maybe it could be a series, then you do another video for skincare in humid climates, etc. Thanks Dr. Dray!
various cosmetic chemists have disproved this. in a dry climate use more hydrating and occlusives, you don't have to necessarily change up which ingredcients you use
@@elizabethc8254 That's such good news! I have been avoiding HA since my INDOOR humidity (with humidifier) is frequently at 15-20% for 7 months of the year. Do you have any recommendations of creators or sources? I usually check SCA and YT. Thanks so much.
I SECOND THIS
I feel like the skin "flooding" trend is exactly for dry climates, as long as you lock it in with an occlusive. But wouldn't make sense somewhere already humid like Hawaii.
@@elizabethc8254 who has debunked this? I see both conclusions and never know which is right
I “sunscreen and subscribed” way back in 2018 and just wanted to thank you for all the advice and recommendations-as well as educating so many of us looking to correct skin issues or incorporate better skin routines. You have changed my skin for the better and it is so very appreciated. ❤️
(You turned me into a diehard Neutrogena hydro boost - unscented - devotee, and now I feel emotionally attached to the product 😂😂😂)
thank you!
Same here, I was using Paula’s Choice acne wash for years and I hated how I could only get it online or Sephora (which is like a half hour drive) I thought I loved that one until I tried the Neutrogena, amazing! Not that long ago there wasn’t many good options at the drugstore so I just thought everything was bad, but I’m glad I tried something new. And they also have the value size and it’s only around $15.00!
You are SO right about the rice milk cream! Every time I use it I can hear my face saying “gulp, gulp, gulp. Ahhhh.” It truly is heaven sent!!!!
I just switched from the Avene Physiolift Eye serum to the BOJ eye serum, and I'm never going back. It's a fraction of the price for twice as much product, not to mention it's more hydrating and easier to spread. It's nice on the neck, too.
👍
Does it reduce puffiness and eye bags?
@@jam6web84 NO! It does not! It's for Wrinkles only, nothing in it helps with Dark circles or puffiness! It's also nowhere near what Prescription Retin-A Tretinoin Cream does! Nothing I repeat absolutely NOTHING is going to give any real noticable effects except Tretinoin Cream! You need to go see a Board CERTIFIED Dermatologist and get a Prescription for Tretinoin Cream! As far as Puffiness goes You need a caffeine eye serum or better yet Kojic Acid Eye Serum, and for the Dark Circles You will need something like Hydroquinone is best for you can use tranexamic acid or Vitamin C Eye Cream! For a Cheap quick "NOT PERMANENT OR ANY BENEFICIAL USE AFTER" meaning it won't do absolutely anything other than a ONE TIME QUICK FIX, You can use Hemorrhoid Cream under Your Eye's! Just be careful NOT to get ANY in Your Eye's! I'm actually serious you can look it up, that's what supermodels use as a very quick fix! But once again you will get no lasting benefits from it is a one-time-only thing, each time you do that it will only be for that moment ONLY, You get no results afterwards at all! As I said if you want lasting results and benefits that actually Target the problem and not only treat it but continued use reduces and can remove the problem altogether you need to see a board-certified dermatologist and actually get prescriptions that WORK!!!! I know there's so many people like yourself out here that are wanting to find this magic product and some people spend hundreds of dollars on these products that do absolutely nothing with no long-term benefits whatsoever! But if you actually will spend your money in a way that is actually worth spending and go see a board-certified dermatologist not look on RUclips even if it is a board-certified dermatologist on RUclips it is not the same thing as seen an actual doctor yourself which is what you need to do along with everyone else! I have a dermatologist that I go to and that I get my prescriptions for and my skin and I'm not bragging but he's absolutely flawless after going to see my doctor and has stayed this way with continued use of the prescription products that I have been given I only watch these channels for other quick tips on different products that I might be interested in but none of these products are nothing in comparison to the prescriptions that a board-certified dermatologist will give you and will also monitor your results your skin will be absolutely flawless and you will get that glass skin effect that you were trying to achieve like everyone else that you actually have to spend the money and go see an actual board-certified dermatologist and go to your appointment's and by your prescriptions that you are prescribed and use them as you were told! A lot of people complained that it's too expensive to go see a dermatologist and get these prescriptions but if you actually add up the amount of money that you are spending on these products that do absolutely nothing with no scientific evidence to back any of it up you would have already had the money to go see these doctors over and over along with by the prescriptions many times over!
Me too!!! It honestly makes a visible difference to my skin. I use it all over the face instead of just around the eye.
now i need to buy that cream lol :D :D
I love that you review Asian sunscreens because European/US/Aus sunscreens aren't as readily available for me since I live in Asia. Your videos being so versatile (and backed by SCIENCE!) is the big reason you are my favourite (and only) skincare RUclipsr I go to
The Korean sunscreens are also superior so youre not missing out
I've been using the Beauty of Joseon Eye Serum for about 4 months and it works like a charm. My dermatologist told me my eye skin was thinning rapidly when I went in for my annual skin cancer check, and he also recommended this product. So, while I don't do much skincare (just sunscreen), I decided to heed his (and your) advice and give it a try. It works so well (easy to apply, no irritation/burning, provides a visible benefit) that I just ordered two more from Stylevana, which, by the way, has great prices and selection. (The shipping time takes a while, which I'm assuming is because it is coming from S. Korea...but the prices are so good that it just doesn't matter to me).
I must say, Hyalu cica serum is really good. Im a male in my 30s and It's super difficult for me to find product which will not "sit" on my face, i hate this feeling. This serum is kinda lightweight, has nice "clean" fragrance which disappear fast, and it actually makes my skin to look better somehow. Its rare case when i can wear one product for the whole day and it feels ok. I use it before my ultamd tinted spf and it doesnt peel at all.
I’ve been using the BOJ eye serum for the past month and I love it. It doesn’t irritate my skin at all & I love the formula. Just ordered another one. My whole skin care routine is Korean beauty (I’m late 40’s) and my skin is better now than it was in my 30’s. Love their makeup too, try the Jung Seam Mool Essential Star-cealer Foundation. So good! Thank you for your videos , they are really informative.
How many times did you start using and how often in the beginning?
I recently purchased Purito Centella, it’s fragrance free and has niacinimide, ceramides and peptides. It’s really helped with my rosacea!! And thanks to you I’ve been a Hada Labo & cosRx stan for years now! Great video!! Thanks again.. because where would my skin be without Dr Dray?? I shudder to think.
glad to hear this has helped
I have rosacea too! (im french) do you have any favorite spf? I tried tones! Avene, bioderma, svr, paulas choice, clinique, elta md, drmtlgy... I would love to find a great Korean one! Thank you
@@lodixe5947 same here w rosacea have yet to find a non- irritating one
i’ve tried to take the purito out of my routine but my skin is just consistently much more even and less sensitive and clearer when i use it so it’s just a staple x2/day for me! and it’s affordable so it’s a win win
@@lodixe5947 I’ve had similar difficulties until I started using the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair moisturizer with SPF 30. It helps skin hydration and bonus SPF protection; which I’m now on my third purchase and I still really like it. It does have that sort of “sunscreen” type smell, not overpowering and it definitely gives a glow to the skin. I’ve also had a good experience with Ilia’s tinted moisturizer/ sunscreen. They’re great at matching your skin tone and suggesting a correlating color (definitely worth using this free advice because it tends to darken when oxidized) and I think the Ilia one has an SPF of 70. I hope that’s helped some! Good luck!
i absolutely love the skin1004 sunscreen, especially since the pump allows you to get every last bit of it. fantastic packaging, fantastic product 10/10
I never went back to western eyebrow products once I found the Korean ones. They’re the best!
When I hit my late 40s, I started to get a persistent (immune-related) redness around the outer edges of my face. Purito's Sea Buckthorn Vital 70 + Neogen's Dermaolgy Real Ferment Micro Essence knocked that redness out in a few months. Western products do not compare! Also started using the Beauty of Joseon retinal serum that you mentioned about two weeks ago and it has been very smoothing so far.
ÒMG - she is making me buy things again. My family wants to ban me from her channel.😆
Way too true anf funny😅

Right? Lmao i go to her whenever I want to try something new lol
Ordered BOJ eye serum just today. Hope it gives me good results. Been using a few Korean skincare products for a few years now, some of them I swear by like Krave Beauty's matcha cleanser, Pyunkang Yul's make up melting balm, and Goodal's Green Tangerine Vitamin C serum. Not only are they effective, they are waaaay more affordable than other brands.
You need to try romand lipsticks, lip tints, you will be blown away
I’m living for k beauty it’s crazy how different and amazing they are! Great video DrDray!
Because of dr dray I purchased the vegan rice milk and OMG IS IT GOOD!!!!!! My holy grail moisturizer! I bought it back in June and I have completely fallen in love! Such a good simple non irritating or pore clogging moisturizer. The past moisturizers I was trying out was clogging my pores and breaking me out but this did not! My skin has never looked better! DEFINITELY recommend!!!!
Haha omg me too. Can’t wait to try!!!!

I’ve also loved using the BOJ eye cream on my neck, since I want to fight lines there but need something very gentle.
Ohhh yay, I've been interested in Korean skin care but there's a lot. Your recommendations are fantastic and we can trust you, thank you so much Dr Dray. I love what you do, you help so many people with your videos 🩷 and you have such beautiful skin, I love that you don't wear a lot of make-up and we actually get to see your skin!
So I’ve been using BOTH the Hyalu-cica serum by SKIN1004 ANNDDDDD the BOJ retinal eye cream for months (before this video)-which I found very funny. And may I just say- they have REVOLUTIONIZED my skin. Truly. To anyone else reading this comment and watching this video… I have seriously sensitive skin, and these are miracle workers!!!! Thank you Dr. Dray 💗💗💗
Thank you so much this sounds great. Any idea how much retinol is in there ?

Hi! Will the skin1004 serum be good for oily acne prone skin?
Ordered from Stylevana nearly a month ago- beyond the initial order received email, no response to question of when it will be shipped, and daily emails from the company, trying to sell more product. Anyone else experience this? I ordered on your recommendation, Dr. Dray. Summer will be over by the time I receive the sunscreens!!
Dr. Dray, Thank you for these recommendations! I received the watery sun gel and the Skin Saviours bundle last week and OMG... I have very dry skin and live in a very dry climate and these products have saved my skin! They are amazing! And they are so reasonably priced. I've tried so many products (SO MANY) and these have made such a visible difference, it's crazy. People, you need to try these products!
Stylevana has great prices, but then I get so excited for what I order that the shipping time seems even longer than it already is 😂😂
they have great deals
i ordered on feb 5th, dispatched feb 8th. delivery date is feb 20th. its not bad. while i've heard stories from other people, my orders have been fine.
@@linda_nguyen I ordered 2/1, everything said it dispatched 24-72hrs, but it took 10 days to dispatch, and per the tracking number usps is still awaiting the actual package…no projected delivery date is even given 😩
@@linda_nguyen That's excellent! My orders never take less than a month, but I'm ok with that, no one can beat their prices and when I place an order I always stock up
@@firstmiddlelast1697, this was my experience. When my "tracking number" never worked at any time during the 6 weeks after I ordered, I got mighty nervous. Then finally one day, it showed up!
I decided to try Korean skin care and bought like a whole BOJ routine minus that eye cream and my skin looks amazing! Will add the eye cream when I reorder!
The "hardest" eyebrow pencil I've ever come across is from Shu Uemura. I got one back in '95 and kept having issues with it. I got so fed up, I threw it aside. Then I spoke to their staff once and they told me it needs some form of "oil" or makeup base (like a foundation) to transfer pigment onto the skin. Therefore, with some moisturizer or foundation on skin, it works fine. My Korean housemate loved the one I gave her when she ran out of eyebrow pencils to use on her almost non-existent brows. She always had on foundation and so she never had a problem with it, even on first try.
I have followed Dr Dray for 3 years. I was out for 1 year. I"m coming back to her. I don"t buy any skin care product unless she review it. Love to see her again! So beautifull!
I absolutely LOVE the BOJ eye serum...and already see results regarding smoothness, fine lines reduction, etc. I got it based on your recommendation and I'm so thankful to you 🙏
Dr Dray, sometimes you mention brands like La Roche Posay or Avene and you commend not just the formulas but you also give a sense of how we can trust these brands, I believe you mentioned things like quality control a few times. For Korean skincare seen as it is outside the US, outside the EU, do you have info on how quality control works overthere? Can you share with us is something beyond the formulas makes you trust the quality control of these brands? thank you
Thanks for this discount. It's gonna come in so handy. I started using the CosRx Snail Mucin Essence recently and I'm already in love with it. Just 2 weeks in & the difference in my skin is incredible! Dont ever wanna be without it. 🤎🐌 That Centella Blue Serum looks great too. I may give that a try as well. Thanks Dr Dray & Stylevana! 💜
I love the cosrx snail mucin!
@@DrDrayzday i also love Cosrx snail mucin.. on my 3rd bottle
Their snail mucin is absolutely HG for me. I LOVE the texture of it, too. Leaves my face feeling so much better
What changes did you see using CosRx?
I loved it for moisturizing, but I did start breaking out which is not normal for me. So now I’m using it up on my body and have the softest legs of my life 😂
Thanks!
thank you
You're GLOWING Dr dray, love your videos
Thank you so much for your content Dr. Dray! Binge watching for days and buiding up my anti-aging skin care routine. :) Suffering with acne as young then sensitive skin (seen by dermatologists as perioral dermatitis then recently as acneic rosacea), I felt I could never tolerate actives or barely any product and found my way via detoxing and using oils and simple natural products. I‘m turning all my head around with those videos and realized I was doing lots of wrong things. The product I‘m struggling most with to change is the moisturizer. I was off silicones for years and though I watched from you and other Drs. they are not clogging or harmful, I don‘t like the oclusive feel on my skin, this feeling of having a film over it - the same reason I don‘t wear foundation. I keep feeling it and also find the matte look it gives not a fresh bright look I like from my vegetable oils and veg oils based creams. But I realized my skin was losing moisture. I‘m trying the Cerave Moisturizer for Very Dry Skin for 2 days and the outlayer of my skin is already not dry or flaky anymore but it doesn‘t feel good, it feels as if it‘s just covering up. And I‘m a bit lost of which direction to try or if I just need to get used to this feeling.
I know I have little chance Dr.Dray will take her time to read this long msg, so if any of you here do and have anything to add or tip to give I‘m grateful, thank you!
The Cerave has Petrolatum too, so wonder if an only silicon based could be lighterr - in the sense of this film-like feeling, cuz I like rich good-oil feeling, like from Weleda Almond Face Cream and even Skin Food for the area around the moth. i‘m considering this rice milk one because of the glossy feeling she mentioned, hope I will like it.
Thank you so much Dr.Dray and all the community, your comments are also informing me!
Love your podcast and watch them frequently. I do have a suggestion though: could you show the product (and the price) you are reviewing the entire time you are discussing it. I noticed that most influencers name the product and flash it on the screen for just a few seconds. I then have to rewind to see what the product is. If you could just show it in the corner of your video, I’m sure your viewers would appreciate it.
I literally love Dr Dray. She has saved my skin.
I ordered something from Stylevana at the end of December and I got notification today that it is expected to arrive at the start of April - that is just ridiculous, in my opinion.
Isn’t Tree Hyluronic acid sun gel is simply amazing.
The SKIN1004 sleep pack (different product in this line) also contains melatonin, an ingredient you have spoken of in skincare but is difficult to find in a non-irritating formulation. I'm excited to try it.
Be careful with Stylevana! I read in the comments that a lot of people got their order delayed. Mine, after 4 months NEVER came. I have emailed them I don’t know how many times to their “support” email, and simply get and automatically response, and never have they managed my order. According to the tracking link I got, it was first sent to the US where I live, and for some freaking reason, they sent it back to Australia, even though they stated their store is in HK. It says my package is blocked, for more than 4 months, and Stylevana doesn’t give me ANY answer. Afterwards I read other reviews about the company, and some people just like me never got they order or a refund for it. I think with Stylevana is a matter of luck if you get your order or no :(
However, it should be a reliable company, sadly no.
Still waiting for an order I placed from them October 31st…no refund, no replies to my recent emails. I would never place another order from them. Buyer beware-I got scammed!
Their European customer service has always been very helpful in my experience. When your order takes to long they allow you to cancel it and they always respond to tickets within a week. Furthermore, I recommend you always get insured shipping(price is 5% of orderprice), so when something happens during shipping stylevana will give you a full refund.
My biggest gripe with them is how impossible it is to get a response from them, and when they finally do it's in the most unprofessional, discourteous way. They literally did not care that my order never arrived after 2 months
Oh now I’m worried… just placed my first order with them due to Dr. dray’s recommendation. I got a tracking code from usps but ugh I’ll be upset if I don’t get my order. Everyone here should make a video or short about their negative experience. See how they like it when we mess with their money!
@@KawaiiKandi I’m going through this too…I’m in the US and I emailed support asking if my package was lost because the tracking number does nothing. Per the support response, if you’re in a difft country the tracking doesn’t work when they first give it to you. First the package needs to get to your country. BUT if you’re worried the package is lost, you have to email support within 14days of getting the tracking #. I’d recommend keeping an eye on the date and within 14days if tracking shows no info, email asking if the package is lost just to cover your ass…otherwise if it really is lost and you waited to reach out, then you’ll have no recourse.
I placed an order with Stylevana on January 14th. Still waiting.
I won't consider ordering again until AFTER that order arrives. Then, maybe.
Stylevana does have great prices but omg shipping is awful! I ordered January 2nd and haven’t received my product 😒 it’s February 16th!!! It’s insane
That's nothing! My last order took five weeks to get to me. It didn't even ship out for close to three weeks after I ordered

i just got mine and it’s been two months 😢
I think you look lovely with makeup. With or without makeup you look lovely! But makeup brings out your features! I discovered Korean beauty after watching your videos. I’m very happy with everything I’ve tried and the prices are so affordable
isntree sun gel is my long time favorite sunscreen😭😭 It doesn't sting my eyes unlike other chemical sunscreens, makes my skin fully hydrated, so lightweight. It has dewy finish but it's not like oily, just a radiant glow from water base formula. And my korean friend who brought this sunscreen has been loving their hyaluronic acid toner since 5 years ago but she doesn't really know boj or skin1004. It's quite surprising for me but it made me trust isntree more. love love love!
I've been using the boj eye serum for about 6 weeks it has made a difference. Loving it.

I don't ever comment on videos but just bought the Etude lip tints and WOW. They are light and non-drying. Thank you for these recommendations!!
Do they last through eating?
Hi Dear Dr. Dray! I turned in daily for years and loved 💯to get your product advice. A few months ago, I ordered from Stylevana as suggested about K-skincare. Unfortunately, the company Stylevana processed payment on the spot, and it has not arrived 💔since the end of November 2022. I attempted to follow up with the order, but I have yet to hear anyone respond to my concerns. I look forward to your response☝🤓. Thank you.
I went through something similar with YesStyle. Fortunately, you can get some of this stuff from Amazon, but look carefully into the seller first.
Can you dispute the charge with your credit card?
Love the BOJ Revive Eye Serum for use on my entire face and neck in AM and PM. No irritation to the neck or decolette skin. After one month the fine lines under eyes are reduced.Just ordered 4 tubes from SV.
My favorite products!!! Starting Korean skincare has TRANSFORMED my skin!
Hi. What products are you using?
Love that Etude eyebrow pencil! As a silvery haired lady, it has been difficult to find a color that works. Etude has TWO colors for us; gray brown and ash brown. The ash brown worked best for me. I buy these in bulk. They are inexpensive and as she says, long lasting.
Buyer Beware! I ordered from Stylevana and I waited over a month before contacting them to be told it would be 5-6 more weeks before my shipment would be shipped because they were waiting for a few items that were backordered....I gave them permission 2x's to cancel the items they were waiting for and they said they would go ahead and cancel the items...needless to say, it's still in limbo. Yes style is faster and better. Do not order from Stylevana unless you are ordering things that can wait 3 or more months to receive.
Be prepared to wait 1 to 3 months for your products to arrive from Stylvana
That won’t work.
Any recommendations for other sites to purchase the sunscreens mentioned? Thanks! Can’t wait that long for sunscreen.

Hi Dr. Dray, Your make-up does look gorgeous today, especially your eyebrows! I have an eyebrow pencil similar to yours (maybe a dupe?). I'm so happy with it that I purchased 2 more in-store last night...as they are only AU$4! I normally choose a regular style pencil, but this one is a wind-up with spooly brush at the end. It's soft enough to glide on, but not so soft that it rubs off. If my eyebrows are "off" it "throws off" my whole make-up look and face. If the one I'm using now ever gets discontinued, I now have an alternative, so thanks a bunch!
See you tomorrow!

Beauty of Joseon became one of my favourite korean brand. I really love the eye cream and the spf, both of them are great products. Thank You dr. Dray!
Interesting you’re recommending products that have floral, fruit extracts and Ivy extract. Based on previous product reviews, would it not be consistent to say these also have potential for irritation?

I bet there are shady practices even with some of the "ethical" brands, but I try to do my best. Some of the brands you promote are definitely not cruelty-free. I think someone as powerful as you could make a difference, and more brands will hopefully become cruelty-free.
Yes, thank you. 💯 agree. I check with Ethical Elephant and other "not tested on animals " sites since as you pointed out, many are indeed "shady", claiming to be cruelty free but they're either sold in mainland China or belong to parent companies which are not cruelty free. i.e. The Ordinary, now owned by a non-cruelty free comp. It's frustrating, but well worth doing the most research we can.
Also agree, that Dr Dray, being Vegan could suggest products not tested on animals.
Also, Cruelty-Free Kitty is another site I check for non-animal testing products. Sadly, there are some brands who purchase their cruelty-free "status from PETA. 🤨
Thank you for loving korean skincare and makeup products. 😊 I got Lancome Toner for free myself and now I’d much rather use a korean aloe one or a japanese toner kikumasamune toner versus the quote on quote “High End Products” .
I'd like to hear Dr Dray's opinion on some well established Korean skin care brands, not all these overly hyped new brands that don't even manufacture their own products.
I just ordered the Skin Saviours, a mask proof lip color and a bakuchiol serum and a brow pencil. It's very difficult to find gray brow pencils. My hair is turning white and I just don't like me with brown brows anymore. I was excited to see they have 2 gray shades! This site has great prices! I'll probably be back!
I just got my iHerb order of the CosRX Cica 7 Serum, Pyunkang Yul Moisture Ampoule and Nutrition Cream. Finishing up the CosRX 92 Snail Mucin cream and love it. Would have never tried these Korean products were it not for your channel.
Snail mucin is very cruel for the snails tho 😢
@@squidleyskidley Dr Dray has explained this process of harvesting the snail mucin and has stated it is not cruel to the snails. I trust her when she says it does not harm the snails.
Dr.Dray, I am new to your channel through recommendation from my friend and interested in korean products for oily skin care routine. Can you please make a video of that just like your am/night skincare routine for oily skins but with korean products?
Followers, if any of you with oily skin who use korean products, please share what you use.
Please please please review the Purito oat-in calming gel cream! I'd love to see if you think it's a good cruelty free alternative to the Aveeno calm + restore oat gel.
Skin 1004 Madagascar sun serum is hands down the best product I ever bought. Love everythinh from ingredients, formula, feel to size and pump. Recommend it to everyone, pure magic.
I use a Korean retinol I get off Amazon. And it seems to be very good.
OMG all these were in my cart before your review. Buying them now.
Hope you enjoy!
Thanks! The Skin1004 sunscreen did not work for me under makeup. Pulled up twice. Beauty of Joseon sunscreen is similar, but works beautifully under makeup.
Time stamps would be really appreciated for videos like these, great products though.
Can you pls start mentioning which ones are cruelty free and which ones aren't? The moisturizing balm you mentioned has honey in it and I'm conflicted on if I should get it 😣 or maybe mention cruelty free alternatives ? Please and thanks !!
Hii watch Cassandra Bankson instead. She always uses and recommends CF products.
Omg Miss Andrea what a great video this is and I'm totally hyped by these Korean skincare products and agree that are superior against some all high and mighty brands. Yesterday i was looking for the exact serum with my favorite centella inside 💚🙏😇😍. I'm so happy with this video that i can't express my emotions properly thank you miss Andrea 🙏💗💚😇😄😉 may you have a wonderful morning filled with happiness and love.
there are many great options in the realm or korean skin care, definitely worth a try
I've got tingling and dryness and burning sensation from the Centella SPF 😢😢😢 and super rashes from the rice toner, so I'm so scared to try anything with rice or other Korean spf. I wanted to love them sooooo much 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I’m using the BOJ eye cream for about 5 weeks now and it’s really great. I also love the very light ginseng scent to be honest
I bought the Isntree watery sun gel last summer. It felt great and I have dry skin BUT it stung my eyes so bad! 😭
Can you please review about korean devices such as all of the medicube devices. Thank you Dr. Dray!
I love Goodal products too ❤, especially their rice line and heartleaf line ( mostly bc of the sunscreens in those lines 😂😂)
Beauty of Joseon line of products are the best!❤ I have recommended their products from wash, serum, moisturizer, sunscreen and more to my family and friends and they all swirched..Everything!Literally all of their products are amazing, I dont have breakouts at all and my skin became supple, smooth and super niceeeee!!!
Cheetah brows!!🤣 I love your sense of humor! I've been binge watching your videos, having just discovered your awesome channel. You're like the living, breathing encyclopedia of all things dermatological!! I'm 54, and have recently started giving my skin (especially face) more attention. I am using Tretanoin for anti-aging purposes. My dermatologist was so excited when I asked what I needed to do to help with that!! On another note, I have trichotillomania. I recently had a bad episode and have significant balding from it. I'm using Minoxidil, Viviscal, and a topical compounded Rogaine-type spray. I've seen that if I stop the meds my new hairs will fall out. Since most of my hair loss is not from a normal biological cause, will that also be true for the hair that grows into my bald spots from trichotillomania?? I'm worried about that. I'm going to look at some of the products you recommended today. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and personal experiences with us!
Ask your dr regarding using nac for trick. This was recommended to me but I haven’t tried it yet would love to know if it works for you
@@21972012145525 I'm taking NAC twice daily, and also working with a dermatologist this time. I'm doing SO MUCH better currently! It may be too early to say if the NAC is a success, because I generally do have periods of time where my trich calms down and then flares back up. I'm just so thankful that I'm currently focused on growing my hair and not pulling it out! It does seem like the NAC lowers my blood pressure. That's not a big deal for me, because I'm on med for high blood pressure. I'm just not taking as much blood pressure med now! Thanks for your comment! Let me know what you decide to do.
@@karenlepley2432 I am planning on taking it! I just don’t know if I can take that high if a dosage required! My derm actually told me about it first and I heard it later here on dr dray. How many mg are you taking? I pull body hair mostly on my legs and I feel like laser hair removal may be the only thing that saves me. But even that is not a cure I know.
I ordered from Stylevana, and it took 6 weeks to receive products. Will see if it was worth the wait.
I prefer yesstyle! Their shipping time is pretty good and most importantly I receive the stuff I bought! Stylevana is notorious for charging customers then ghosting them. No products sent out, no refund. Yesstyle is 100% legitimate, Stylevana seems shady to me.
Centella felt really uncomfortable on my skin and peeled so I'm going to stick with the euro brands.
I will definitely be buying that serum this weekend. I adore the BOJ eye cream and cleansing balm (that is one luxurious product!) All my KBeauty is thanks to your recommendations and just fabulous
I agree that if you want to use retinol on and close to your eyes, you should use one specifically formulated for that. I started using a retinol eye cream about 10 years ago and I found it made a huge difference in the skin on my eyelids. I think most people will be very pleased with it.
What sunscreen would you recommend to use around the eye? I would like to try the retinal eye cream as I have some sun spots on my upper lids , below my brows and of course fine lines, but I’m concerned about sun sensitivity. I’m turning 60 soon.
You look fabulous with makeup. And I love your hair. I love your videos. It helps me quite a lot. Thank you for the help.
Dr. Dray ... your hair looks lovely! I like your subtle makeup as well! 😃
I agree! She always looks beautiful but her hair looks particularly nice with the deep part.
Have you tried any Slurp products? I believe it’s Korean. I’m super curious! Especially about their Hydromer. Would love to hear your thoughts and if you think it’s worth it.
hope you can do a vdo on makeup , specially for acne prone skin 🍓🍓.
Dr. Sheila Derm has a makeup/acne video. Dr. Sabrina Fabi, Cosmetic Laser Dermatology also has an acne makeup routine. Dr. Sam Ellis has a short on makeup/acne explaining that even things labeled non-comedogenic regarding makeup don't mean much. It all depends on the individual and their regimen.
@@db-gb5xi thanks for your recommendations 🤟🏻😎.
Hey Dr. Dray, if you like the Etude House Lip stains I think you'll love the Romand lip tints!
