When it comes to the size derma roller it also depends on what beard u have currently it usually says for beginners the 0.25 is best for beards like yours 0.50 and past urs etc. They do it that way because the longer your beard gets the needles need to be able to get through your beard to skin (still without demaging the skin).

Lastly optional tip invest in a beard cap with dermarolling the face will warm up to get the blood circulating towards the collagen and it’ll protect from your environment while your face is recovering

also to add on beard growth is a genetic trait so if your pops or grandpops did/didn’t have a beard will determine it’s texture, style, length, etc.

Everyone thats wondering you need a 0.5 derma roller size for it to be able to effectively be used for beard growth. any higher will damage your beard. Any lower won't penetate the skin enough to promote hair growth. once to twice a week.

@@gabeparas6473 you should not apply much pressure as this will create perminent scarring causing you to have negitive beard growth long term, you only need to apply minimal pressure with derma rollers

another tip about the sideburns is you can have your barber fade your beard into your haircut so the bottom sideburns will grow but get rid of the top half

You will undoubtedly have the urge to cut it off! Many times at that! Last year I grew the longest beard I've ever had and I learned a few things along the way. One of the biggest things I learned is that you're gonna have the urge to cut it all off from time to time. You've gotta be able to fight through those times! I've lost a few beards to that urge and immediately regretted it! If you can't learn to be patient and persistent then you have little hope for growing a beard with decent length. Unless you're just plain lazy and don't care lol. Even if you are, a beard can really start to bother you sometimes. So them clippers and razors really start lookin nice. Im not going to lie more hairs have been coming under my jawline which is really hard for me to grow in that area dermarolling helps but you have to stay consistent im telling you i definitely see results doesn't matter if you see little progress by little its worked for me but i started back doing it little by little 2 times a week stay consistent doesn't matter if its like a little here and there every 2 months stay consistent
yea man its a longer process to wait but the time is gonna pass anyway so after a year you'll look back either be happy you were consistet or wishing you were

Listen, I grew a beard when I was 14 years old. Once strings of hair start growing you need to shave it, cut it or pull it out IF YOU WANT IT TO GROW! I started rocking, literally Rick Ross type beard at the age of 20. Some start early some start late. The earlier you start the better, but that’s out of a lot of peoples control. If your someone with razor bumps my biggest recommendation after washing your face is using a liquid alcohol mixed with tea tree oil treatment called “Skin Tight”. It burns but it’s GREAT!!!! Trust
I have NO GAPS, or SPACES IN MY BEARD. FULLY GROWN from the top of my cheek bones covering the bottom of my whole neck. NOT A SINGLE GAP OR SPACE!!!

This has been debunked so many times, shaving off your beard does NOTHING to make it grow more ... You literally just cut your hair down to stumbles. It's all down to genetics.

I wash my beard with CeraVe sa cleanser.... I use keratin Biotin and argan oil.... and every night before I go to bed I spray it with rice water.... my beard is healthy and it's been growing out of control

I wouldnt shave it totally but i would keep lower so that you can get to the skin better

Im 27, and overall, my facial hair is pretty much all there, but it's got a few patchy spots with light brown hairs. Picked up one to try it out. Might try it on my head, but I dont think my hair is actually receeding.

I highly recommend looking at the video of Dr. Shereen about microneedling. She doesn't discuss beards but microneedling in general and she explains exactly how to do it.

Can growth be stunted? I've been using Minoxidil and Dermaroller. But I don't feel it working anymore. My beard starting coming in but I don't feel it growing anymore (and I'm using dermaroller and Minoxidil religiously).
There is still a genetic ceiling but feel free to switch it up. try the mint oil because thats still apart of my process
The average minoxidil user won’t see results until after 3 to 6 months. I’m on minoxidil for about 7 months already and seen major results(baby face to grown man). I’m also dermarolling as I’m typing.

Outside of the roller and oil make sure you're on top of ya routine brush and comb that beard regularly and make sure ya face is moisturized

Yes. Use CeraVe moisturizing lotion with hyaluronic acid in it.
@@thejeneralj.u.-iceforever6706 Hyaluronic acid won't make hair grow faster or longer based on google search, plus I recommend natural oil such as coconut oil. Do not use products as your skin is vulnerable during the process of derma roller thing

I have the same pattern as you had before. Full goatee, thin freaking sides. So whenever I go a few days without shaving it looks like I have an unkempt goatee. Looks like crap. I'm trying this out, I like your results. I hope I get something similar.

And if you’re struggling or want to enhance the process there’s minoxidil like in rogaine but get the foam it’s works better
The foam is just easier to work with and dries faster but it definitely doesn't work faster. 😕

shaving makes new hairs grow yes but im 20 now soon 21 and i dont have a beard or like a full beard i got more then just mustasche and i just started using minoxidil and derma roller and imma keep doing it so with that being said you got nothing to loose start using derma roller it will just make it go faster
