As someone who’s worked in corporate before and hated every fn minute of it I do not care what those arse kissing sheeple think. Lucky I don’t want to work in corporate that’s why I have locks. Ugh… I don’t know HOW you did it. We’re in the same age group and I’ve basically had every hairstyle imaginable (no Mohawks). If my hair can grow and it fits my face I was willing to try it.

When I was in my 20s and 30s, I worked in professional roles, wearing business casual or suits in corporate and healthcare settings. I realized that no one really cared what I wore because, even though I looked professional, I was still treated like "trash" and not respected due to my lack of an appropriate title like Manager, Director, or CEO. I was just another "cog in the wheel" and quickly realized that it’s not about how you look-well, sometimes it is, depending on the setting. However, most of the time, people care about social currency and status!
When I turned 34, I began growing my hair out with freeform locs and started wearing clothes that made me comfortable. I noticed that I received more looks and spoke to more women often. It's like they are comfortable approaching me because I am comfortable with myself.

I have been rocking the Afro since high school and I never got any complaints from it. It’s easy to deal with and doesn’t take much to keep it up. Love it going to keep rocking it until I feel like going back to my high top fade back in middle school lol

Bruh how does a Ceasar make one look immature? In my opinion Locks and long hair in general on anyman looks extremely immature. At the end of the day wear your hair as you see fit.
What I do with the Pop Smoke hairstyle now (which was the same hairstyle I got in the very early 80's as a child) is have the stylist link braids into one or two braids to the back. It's more compact, and looks very mature. It also makes you look as if you have a low hairstyle. Its funny that you made this video, because I am making the decision this coming September to grow my hairline back to a full length. I have no gripes whatsoever with these recommendations!

If you're trying to grow out your sides and you already have high length on top, just start rocking a curly wash & go style until the sides catch up.
I've been doing that and it doesn't look too CraZy with the uneven lengths.

I have dreadlocks and oftentimes I'm like does it make you look masculine and mature but personally I like having locs I believe it makes me more authentic and unique in ways of expression. I do believe if you're out of college I think if someone has like a mohawk I'm like mhmmm maybe a different selection would be ideal. I’m biased but I have 540 waves and a full beard with no taper at all. (22) I think it looks kinda crazy when it starts to fill in and it just grows too fast (I cut my own hair) I think if you can grow a full beard with sideburns then it doesn’t matter at all.
