Abortion is health care. It doesn't make sense that there are separate options in the United States of America depending on the state where a person lives. We have to have uniform standards for basic rights for all people, same laws that apply to gun rights, voting rights, free public education k-12, food safety, financial institutions etc. Individual states might have higher standards and different levels of service (but not denying service to separate groups), differences in state sales tax and personal property tax, land use (not opposing pollution federal standards), income production for states might vary, etc.
The first two stories are talking more about miscarriage than abortion.
