58 year old white man in Michigan here. I helped register three young unlikely voters in my family, and convince them to vote. I kept it simple. I said if I lose my SSID and my health insurance would they support me until I die from lack of medications and doctors care? I let them understand which party would allow that to happen and which party would fight to protect people like me. I also showed them how to google non-partisan candidates like judges, school board members, college trustees and so on to weed out all those who would support that party. A dozen other good reasons at least but I think sometimes we only have to focus on the one that would affect our lives the most. I'm the guy that they come to when they need help and I'd like to keep it that way. #detrumpification
