It is tragic! So why does the Gov. of KY threaten that he wishes the same acts were perpetrated on a Republican woman?? And why did Kamala release throughout the enormous state of CA, when she was DA and AG there, convicted felons once they were sentenced in lengthy, costly trials, back out into the public in NO time to do the same again and again. Abortion rights? If that stepfather lived in CA, he’d be out of jail by now! No, Kamala is for Felons rights! And felons are also still allowed to vote in CA. And abortion isn’t outlawed. It’s just a state issue, rather that a federal issue and financial assistance comes from state not Fed which is how it should be. Anyway Dems like Harris and Newsome take that government funding for abortions and funnel it into other projects! They just lie behind these tragic stories they put out there to swindle voters. I was out canvassing this last weekend. We asked what they thought was the most important issue this election year. Overwhelmingly, the respondents answered 'Reproductive Rights.' Others canvassers reported the same. This is a bigger issue than any Republican is even aware of. We cannot let Republicans and this SC take away this right away from American families.
Only 30 likes. Hmmm maybe not as big of an issue as you want to think it is? The illegals and 8 dollar eggs are what most people in democrat run states are concerned about .
When they debate on stage about this topic. All Trump has to say is what is the definition of a woman? She’ll give a bunch of word salad and all he has to say is, ‘see she can’t even define what is a woman, but you guys expect her to protect women’s rights.’ Just like me, others will come to realization that women’s rights will not be protected from either side.

Absolutely. Sadly, the perpetrator almost never pays the price for his crime. However, do such tragic failures of policy justify amplifying the existing holocaust of abortion? Let's face it, the pro-abortion lobby is highlighting the need for compassionate exceptions, which most pro-lifers already accept, in order to crush their opponents. Will you not also admit that unrestricted abortion is also very cruel? People who support it obviously do not believe in fundamental equality, whether taught in your Constitution or much more importantly in the Word of God-----which declares that we were created 'after God's image'. Evidently they regard children whose parents do not wa them as worthless, when the fault resides in the parents, not the child. Many of them seem to believe that poverty is a curse, that facing financial insecurity or losing focus on one's career for the sake of a child is a personal tragedy. Such an attitude is 'classist', egotistical, and virtually a guarantee of future disappointment.
I don't believe in abortion so I have never had one but if a mother's life is in danger or the doctor tells U that the baby won't survive out of the uterus then it is none of my business what another couple chooses to do. It's a matter between them and their doctor.
Of course. Nobody is for that stuff, they just make it up like so much other stuff they make up. I think it should be left up to the mother and father.
@cheryls7118 a woman should not be forced to carry a fetus in her body, *even* if her life is NOT in danger. regardless of ethical concerns surrounding the fetus which are valid, imagine the cruelty of forcing an autonomous, individual to bear, carry and painfully birth a child they do not want, to physically experience something they do not want to experience. force their intestines to be squished, force them to risk death, to rip their bodies apart. when the non-conscious, half-formed fetus could have been respectfully terminated. the human rights violation to a woman's bodily autonomy will ALWAYS be the greater ethical boundary. your personal feelings about abortion should only concern you and YOUR choices. especially when the ethics of the fetus's right to life, alongside the prioritised right of the woman to bodily freedom, are at best inconclusive and at worst misogyny.
Besides pregnancy is an act of risking your life and I can’t tell someone they have to risk their life for another. Just like I can’t make someone give up a kidney, lung, or part of their liver to another to save their life. Organ donation even from THE DEAD requires consent. Your body is your business and my body is my business. If you want to decrease abortions help improve people’s quality of life, physically, financially, emotionally, educationally, and mentally. Increase access to birth control. Make it affordable. Provide universal healthcare so mothers can receive quality prenatal care. Provide child care assistance. Provide paid maternity leave. Increase pay for teachers and daycare providers. Pro-lifers need to put your money where your mouth is.
so smartly framed, it's never thought that way because many women go through it willingly every day but you're right, pregnancy is quite a heavy burden on someone's body, and at times can lead to complications so people should have a right to give consent over it or not
Pro-lifers help out with charities and these things you are naming more than pro-choice. does literally statistically. They could provide better resources but instead politicians, celebrities and even normal people are encouraging people to keep donating more for abortions, millions if not billions have been given , if people truly want those options and resources then that much money should be going towards those businesses and programs that do help families, and women/people struggling in general. Those should be given options if people feel they can't have a child, No one is doing that because they're too busy saying abortion is the answer to poverty, foster care, trauma, minimum wage etc. More money ,focus and donations towards those places will help, actually there needs to be more buildings built for places like those, just as they do with planned parenthood.
@@Desmondenae_ No way. @xxsamlovexx agree...there are painful tragic stories and circumstances some women go through leading them to abortions but everyone everywhere at some point in their existence was in their mothers womb. Somehow the unborn are dehumanised in the conversation when abortion is the choice.
It was the opposite for me, I thought abortion was nothing because they "technically" aren't people yet. After educating myself on how abortion works and how fast fetuses grow and being born again in Christ my perspective shifted. It would be better if they weren't advertising abortion in such a gross, demonic way as they do these days. Abortion was supposed to be rare and taken more seriously. Now they dehumanize fetuses in order to get a point across. You don't have to judge but standing up for what's right doesn't count as judgement, you can a hundred percent have empathy and compassion for those who have gotten abortions without condemning them. What would help is if more money went towards helping families, struggling women etc take care of their children, babies/unborn babies, instead millions if not billions has went towards abortion when it could go towards making sure people have sources when pregnancy happens.

Abortion isn’t an either or situation. There are so many gray areas. What these families have gone through is cruel. Abortion is a heath care issue. For women and families.
There is a distinct difference between abortion, which is the intentional termination of a life, and early delivery, which would protect the life of the mother and at least make the attempt to save the baby. Also miscarriages and ectopic pregnancies are not treated as abortions, it would not be illegal for a doctor to provide treatment for these cases. If there are doctors in some states that denied treatment to treat a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy, then they would be considered unlawful and negligent.
This is highly misinformed. Doctors have ACTUALLY BEEN ARRESTED AND JAILED on charges of abortion while treating people who have these issues. Although very few, maybe none, have been convicted, they suffered heavy scrutiny and professional consequences from being detained. Some have been fired, some lost investors or financial support for their private practices, others temporarily lost their licenses - and that is the reason that very few doctors in affected states will not touch even the necessary treatments with a ten foot pole, because there are consequences. There shouldn't even be a question. Repealing RvW called it into question and has allowed doctors and women to be targeted.

Texas is pretty large and there is more than 1 hospital in Texas, so people are likely to have a variety of experiences there. Side note, did you have these issues when the abortion ban was in full effect, if not, then your story is irrelevant here.
The Zurawski's story (1st couple) is a gross misrepresenting of facts. In fact it appears this is a deliberate misrepresentation for political purposes since this speech was given almost 3 months after the ruling on this case. On May 31, 2024, the Texas Supreme Court, in Zurawski v. Texas, determined that Texas law did not prevent getting the necessary treatment. The Court emphasized that the law does not require a physician to wait until a woman’s life is in imminent danger before performing a life-saving abortion. In the Zurawski's case, this appears to be a malpractice issue if they were denied necessary treatment. From July 2022 through April 2024, over 100 medically necessary abortions have been done in Texas. Why should they have been treated any differently?
Here is the thing. Abortion almost always happens before a fetus can even feel pain. Let alone be a thinking being. They aren't suffering, like how women who are denied abortion are.
What part of a man has legislative issues? Men, please try and understand and women who’ve never experienced this try and put yourself in our shoes. This happened to me but I was lucky enough to be able to make this decision safely.
Unfortunately, many folks who are adamantly “pro life” focus on the fetus (calling it a “baby”) and completely ignore the woman/ girl faced with an unwanted or problematic pregnancy. I nearly died from a hemorrhage caused by an ectopic pregnancy. I lost 8 pints of blood before the hemorrhage was stopped. I thank god that my neighbor “heard something in my voice” and insisted she take me to my doctor. She saved my life by intuitively recognizing something was wrong. Not all pregnancies are viable. Women need to be able to access the medical care they need! Without medical reproductive care, many women risk loss of their lives! By focusing on “the baby” - that CAN NOT SURVIVE outside of the WOMAN’s womb - and ignoring the health of the woman/ girl, they risk the life of both. Talk about “throwing the baby out with the bath water!” We need politicians to focus on infrastructure - and other leadership concerns- and to get out of the room when it comes to our health care!!
Someone not llooking like you doesnt meann they are subhuman. Humanity may have stopped allowing racial slavery, but abortion shows that people have definitely not stoppied dehumanising those who don't look like them.
Compelling, but not a typical abortion story. There are definitely distinctions that need to be made as laws are passed. I think letting states decide is the smart and democratic way.
I don't. Because that is a lot of people having to wait to be on death bed to get an abortion. When there is no reason to continue pregnancy in the first place. And project 2025 wants to just make it worse. Trump said he supported it and now is acting like it dosent exist and pushing back on it. Some things should not be left up to state.
I used to live in Texas and I know how long it takes to drive to ANYWHERE from there. And if you are bleeding out, you can't get on a pressurised airplane to go to a place where abortion is legal. I lived in San Antonio and it took 6 hours to get anywhere. And that's not even out of the state! By that time women could die. I think if I were pregnant in Texas, I'd move right there and then.
This abortion/IVF issue hit me differently when I listened to Walz talk about him and his wife's struggle to conceive. Everyone is so wrapped up in a woman's right to choose, that they ignore the fact that men are also affected by this overturn. Had Obama focused on this issue, none of this would have happened.
Stop. Tell me where Obama was going to get the political juice to do this when most liberals had no appetite for codifying abortion rights during 50 years Roe was upheld? It was only when Roe fell that most American liberals knew the threat was real.

Imagine a future with no wars...... I don't think either major American party would like that very much. They love to fight.
Scripture prophesies that in the latter times wickedness and brutality will increase. Jesus said that the love of many would grow cold. According the WHO, "around 73 million induced abortions take place worldwide each year. Six out of 10 (61%) of all unintended pregnancies, and 3 out of 10 (29%) of all pregnancies, end in induced abortion." If so, this means the most dangerous place for a human being to be is inside the womb of its own mother. Isaiah 5:20 KJV "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!"
Let's get it straight dogs and cats have their offsprings anywhere from 3 to 12 puppies and kittenswith no problems no hospitals no doctors etc . When a woman prepares to have a a baby she needs to make sure she's physically and healthy and not deficient in any type of way of vitamins and nutrients that's substantial to even carry a baby
Animals have problems all the time. It’s just that they don’t have the luxury of getting help just like how women had to live for most of human history. Do you know how many women never made it through childbirth?
Sadly when you read the women who are in the lawsuit and their experiences, their doctors failed them and not the bill. Under Texas code it allows abortion for the safety of the mother but the doctors who were seeing these women instead of doing what was right which was articulate to the board that they have a life-threatening condition that needs the abortion they just flat out didnt try and blamed the law for their incompetence to articulate a simple "in my professional opnion because of the dead fetus that has -insert disease/cause of death here - , patient janedoe needs a abortion as any other method availabe will not save her life".
When it happens once its the doctors fault. When we see a pattern, when it has happened in other countries with similar bans too, it's not. "Danger for the mother's life" is not medical language. Doctors don't know when to draw the line, when a woman's life is in danger enough for the law to not ban her from having the abortion, (and for them to not be at risk of punishment). The language of these laws regarding medical subjects is vague, and the law makes doctors scared of doing their jobs. Not everyone can risk or afford a years long legal battle to support that their decision for an abortion was "truly" life saving. So they often opt to not perform abortions when it might be a risk for them. And women are forced to wait to be sick enouph, a practice that jeopardises their health and even life. This has happened multiple times now, plenty of women who've died or almost died. When doctors say the law is at fault, when you know it has happened before because of these laws, to say the law has nothing to do with this is to be wilfully ignorant.
Its 100% the Bills fault because it wouldn't be an issue if the Bill wasn't law. Doctors aren't risking their livelihoods to give women healthcare in Afghanistan, sorry, I mean Texas. Healthcare has literal books and books filled with specific issues as to why you'd need an abortion. Morons, like yourself, think that the 'bill' is going to cover every single thing in a medicine book. No, its written by morons. So there is no need to risk lawsuits in Texas for doing your job. Thats why people have to go to civilized states to get medical care.

YES there are exceptions
I wish more people understood that.
It’s none of your business no matter the circumstances if it is not your body. That’s the whole point
The US government should provide universal healthcare, child care, education through college, quality housing options, and 4-6 months paid maternity leave with the tax money we all pay instead of GIVING our tax dollars to other countries.

Once sepsis gets to a certain point it is irreversible. Thank goodness this young mother survived.
Let’s hear stories about abortion survivors
Cops are not allowed on PRIVATE hospital property and it's a civil matter.
In an ectopic pregnancy, if theres a heartbeat then its an abortion, law restricts it. No distinction
@@angelhare8374 An estimated 23 million miscarriages occur every year worldwide and approx. 1 million pregnancies in the U.S. end in a miscarriage. The difference between miscarriage and elective abortion is choice.

Very touching. I thank the husband for telling men that this is not just a woman's issue. Because he almost lost his wife as well as his child.

Talk about “throwing the baby out with the bath water!”
We need politicians to focus on infrastructure - and other leadership concerns- and to get out of the room when it comes to our health care!!
If the baby is dying it’s not an abortion. Period end of story.

This abortion/IVF issue hit me differently when I listened to Walz talk about him and his wife's struggle to conceive. Animals have problems all the time. It’s just that they don’t have the luxury of getting help just like how women had to live for most of human history. Do you know how many women never made it through childbirth?
Obviously you are not a biologist.
Who raised you….
Did you live on a clown farm
When doctors are threatened with prison for treating women, nobody can blame them. The laws are absolutely at fault.
@@anonymous-zs9rn That's why the doctors have boards to make decisions especially something like this and they always are accompanied by lawyers for medical decisions. The medical field is constantly changing be it laws , CDC , FDA regulations and the like so to say that the medical boards havnt thought this out is very stupid to say. What I'm curious about mainly which I havnt found is the hospitals response letter as to why they rejected these women and the legal basis as to why they belive a woman dying isn't enough for a abortion as stated by the law which it is and a response by the circuit as if it has a standing or not.
So far all of the women had their doctors tell them they have a life threatening circumstance but didn't fight or argue with the board to do something about it except 1 which had the abortion.
@@dianaduncan4800 They are if they don't follow the rules IE which for that state is if their life is in danger. If they could articulate it to their patient ehy couldn't they do the same to the medical board of the hospital and release a statement that they did it for such a reason?
Patheticthing to run on

Why doesn’t someone ask Kamala Harris if she has had an abortion? Who wouldn’t want the first president who has had an abortion?
Should we ask every male president if he had a partner abort his offspring? What a ridiculous question to ask. Does this have any impact on her ability to lead our country?
@@ElizabethJW perfectly legitimate question. Yes, ask male candidates if they pressured girlfriends, etc to get abortions. If Sarah Palin had had an abortion, wouldn’t you have called her a pro-life hypocrite?
Because its a private matter, none of our business. Of course the authoritarian right thi ks everything is their business. So such thing as the right to privacy.
@@angelhare8374 if you thought Trump paid for several abortions, you’d be on it faster than you can “Russiagate.”
Vote blue for women's rights.💙
These couples’ story at DNC about killing their baby does not make sense. All hospitals regardless of states currently will perform an abortion if baby is not viable or endangered a mother’s life.
That's not the case in several states, unfortunately
There was an entire lawsuit against texas filled with stories of people being denied abortions despite medical complications, by hospitals...
@@wesowen6624 it is in every state because this women’s case would not consider an abortion. She had pregnancy complication. Hospitals don’t classify as abortion. The couple is a liar to unsuspecting gullible democrat voters.
@@wesowen6624 It is a case in all states because this woman’s case would not consider as an abortion. She had pregnancy complication leading to her baby’s death.
@@tien7022An abortion is a medically defined procedure to end a pregnancy. Even if a fetus isn't viable or is dead or endangers its mother's life, you're still ending a pregnancy. It counts as an abortion. The term abortion is not a political term, it is medical language.
Well Im convinced now... I am DEFINITELY voting for Donald J. Trump!
Another deplorable self identifies.
Then you're completely heartless. I feel bad for everyone who knows you, especially all the girls and women in your life.
Gross
To all outsiders watching the DNC are so confusef with American priorities. A party spending tbe whole night to address abortion as the most important thing is crazy. Thats why illegals are becoming a problem, this party is asking you to focus on abortion...yet there are more pressing issues American should ask questions. Your money is givenn out, your economy is falling, boarder is being protruded and yet, this party is telling you that abortion is more important.
Yes! As a woman, I am more concerned about the invasion of the military aged men from all over the world coming to the border over abortion
'the border being potruded' is not more important than the bodily autonomy, freedom and livelihood of half the human population.
Women’s and girl’s bodies are being protruded illegally by men and boys every day and you don’t think that matters?
Conservatives made abortion a problem when Roe, a 50 year prescedent, was overturned. The majority of Americans support it. If it wasn't a priority, there wouldn't be so many states (including red ones) that have brought ballot measures to voters that enshrine abortion rights. BTW, reproductive health care IS an economic issue.
“Me me me me me” thats all i can take from what you just said.
Lets not even get to how all you are doing is complaining and not giving solutions.
There was already funding being requested for the border by Sen. Lankford and Democrats. It was bipartisan. It passed the Senate.
House republicans refused to pass the funding because trump told them not to do it.
The DNC is well aware if the issue of migration and have already pushed for change, YET, republican are required to achieve something. But they don’t want to do anything about it.
The economy is growing, inflation is down to 2.9%, over 16 million jobs created, the stock market is up. The DOW has been above 40k for a while now and the economy is resilient enough to keep growing.
Not everything is about what you personally think is more important.
I can only speak for our hispanic neighborhood... Hispanic hard working families care primarily about economy, inflation, low crime and safe neighborhoods. That's why most of us are voting in droves for Trump.
If you don't care about those issues and abortion is most important then Kamala and Waltz are for you.. your choice..
Crime is lower under Biden so🤷🏻♀️
Estas bien pendejo, no Hispanics are voting for Trump in droves. Maybe the Sheepish Cubans that hide under their bed when they hear the communism.
Irrelevant. He's a criminal. You're worried about crime and you're voting for a criminal. Yeah, I wonder why South America is such a mess...
Did you watch anything other than this one clip from the DNC? They literally talk about prioritizing the economy in it multiple times and have a union leader there as a main speaker.
@@ghudbob8613 The only thing the union leader is missing is the word soviet in front of it. No thanks.

Luke 1:41
SAVE THE CHILDREN
God doesn't exist 😊
I'm sure Jesus had more empathy and respect for women than you
What about the mothers? Should they not be saved?
Who cares, seriously. It's up to the states now, if you don't like State A's policy then move to State B. It's called "life" and it happens.
A significant majority of Americans care. Hate to break it to you bud, but you are in the minority on this issue.
No one cares about YOU or your opinion on this matter. You have no empathy whatsoever for girls and women. What a sad person.
Voting for Trump is voting for a national abortion ban. Please do your research! What you just said is not going to be a choice anymore.
Thought this was jimmy Kimmel from the thumbnail
Ended up still finding it hilarious anyways though

@@gcboy16like giving that girl an incestuous father? Yeah that’s GOD. Or GOD is just something that takes all the credit but no blames.
a fetus is not a moral actor because it can’t think or take actions based on choices. It is incapable of being innocent, it is amoral. There’s a reason a fetus has no say. It’s not capable of a conscious experience. “Giving them a say” would entail nothing more than playing pretend.
Your belief doesn’t apply to everyone… this is a free country
There are many people alive that has the same father as thier mother. These people are human being and deserves to be here.
