I just want to provide a small suggestion.When you are showing 2 different instance,please change the theme of any of the instance and you can change the Page Header Caption in order to make it more clear so that every time we dont have to check the URL to see different instance.

Hello, great tutorial. I have built up such scenario manual by soap web services and a lot of coding. I have found out, that add an attachment into the incident, will not trigger the business rule on incident table. Adding a worknote or comments will run the business rule on incident table even the data are saved into "sys_journal_field" table. How are attachments, worknotes and comments are handled on your example using integration hub ? Unfortunely I can not install this plugin on my personal developer servicenow instance (or can I ?)
@@detlefbiedermann7174 Go to Developer Portal, Click on Manage in left side where your instance shows up. You will see first option to activate plugin. Click on it and you will find enterprise plugin for integration hub.
What if there are user defined fields on Incident form on source instance and in target we dont have it yet and then add them manually, will these steps ensure data transfer of all the fields? Please respond , I have a current task of integrating 2 instances for HR cases.. thanks.

How to build a flow designer to create and update the existing record in a single flow I'm trying to create a flow for integration hub where I want to Triger both create and update action in a single flow. when I use Create or Update action, it is creating new record again and updating it in target instance rather it should only update existing created record in target instance.

How your api call from source instance will be authenticated in destination instance. If you see I created credentials in Source Instance which is from Destination instance so that when Source instance will try to connect to destination , can be authenticated. The reason for two roles which I also mentioned in the video that the user you are using in this integration should have access to create or update incident which ITIL role and rest_service is for providing access to connect via rest for that user.

How to update the correlation display and ID fields once the record is created. Since update can be done the correlation id is not empty.

while creating credentials, which password do we have to put in the "Password" field, the destination instance password?

Thanks, so how can we fix that to ensure there is a real-time sync and when the ticket is closed in either of the instance, the other gets updated?
