Hi, this video did exactly for me what I was hoping, it got me started to use flow designer instead of a workflow. I was able to build a workflow to do exactly what I need! One thing that had me stumped for a few minutes was when you assigned the item to the flow. It took me a few minutes to realize that you had created the Process Engine section. Once I realized that it was a simple thing to add the flow option to my form configuration. I'm mentioning this in case someone else has the same issue.
Hi Gaurav, existing catalog items in global scope, if I want to make use of Flow designer, should the flow be created in a custom scope as opposed to Global scope (as per the best practice).
Hi, I am missing the "End" statement afeter the "If" and the "Else". Can I just ignore them or is it better to add them ad the end of an If, ElseIf or End? Greets Wim
Hi Anil, You have to enable the Flow for Service catalog via Plugin. This is the plugin. Flow Designer support for the Service Catalog plugin (com.glideapp.servicecatalog.flow_designer)
Hi Gaurav, very good morning!! I noticed that "Flow for Service Catalog" is really slow in comparison to "Workflow" Can we do anything in order to optimize its performance??? We have to show "stages swim-lanes" for indicating the activity progress on the requested item details page (on service portal => widget). But it's not reflecting the stage progress made by flow on first load just after requesting for the service catalog item and we can see stage progress only after 1-2 manual page refresh, which is really disappointing for us. It was working very well with the workflow but we have to migrate workflows to flows.
You are right Anil, even I have observed it that task gets created little later which is quite faster in Workflow. I don't think this is something we can do as this is related to Core platform Functionality. We can raise it to ServiceNow via HI Portal or may be we can try community where ServiceNow Employees can answer.
great example for begineer to understand how to execute catalog via flow designer... Thanks keep up the good work

Hi Gaurav, please upload video that shows, how to send email notifications through workflow whenever any record is insert or delete
IS there a way to ask for more than 1 approval at the same time?
Hi Gaurav,
Could you also upload a video to show automate Catalog task creation using look up table with Flow designer?
Hi Gaurav, will you be able to show if you have multiple approver as a result of the lookup action
This was really helpful. Thank you so much.
@SAASWITHSERVICENOW - do we have possibility to run parallel approval using flow designer, like to approval task at the same time.

I think you don’t need it.
Hi please upload the imposets and tranfermap
I cannot see the "Flow" field under the catalog item "Process Engine" tab. I can see only two options "Workflow" and "Execution Plan".
How can I see the "Flow" field option to select the created flow ???
