    Jira number field is available incident form. How to fetch jira key in a particular field I.e in your case is SNOW-

    Jira Spoke has a Create Attachment action. Why did you do this custom with your own REST message?

    How do we show the reposnse from flow designer to incident form...
    Just a scenario for above- when attachment is passed successfully, flow designer got response as 200. I want to show the user that process has been completed successfully on the incident form..
    Any suggestions?

      if the response come from flow action after flos action you can add steps lookup action and update action to update any records
