There’s a lot of grammar errors in the video making it hard to understand. You kept mistaking target for source instance and a lot of things aren’t explained properly Why are we creating an inbound in the target instance( which you called source instance multiple times) What is the purpose of basic authentication and how does it come at play here. Yeah you have the scenario of getting access to someone room but that doesn’t really explain it

Why created business rule?if through soap function variable entries incident was getting created in target table.
I am trying through soap integration but it’s creating mutiple records while update the records is their any solution for that
Check if you have defined colease field
incident.do?wsdl is only coming upto paris version not there in rome and quebec version. So first method would work !
