I tried with a webservice user and gave soap and import admin roles to him. It has thrown a status 500 and some problem related to access. Nevertheless it worked fine with admin credentials.

For those who're looking for caller_id field value is empty , Mapping is missing in destination for some reason, caller_id field was not include which creating field mapping, just create it manually

Hello again, I found the problem: on destination site, the "auto map matching fields" does not assign "u_caller_id to caller_id" Sincerely Pit

Additionally, if we try to modify the destination auto-map matching fields, it will not allow us since the Web Service Fields are read only due to security constraints and displays below warning -

You created thidon import set table right then how come it is reflecting in inident table
When i am trying to create sample WSDL its coming 'Unable to load WSDL'
If I modify in outbound message instance it will not update in target (3rd party instance)
2) if I modify in 3rd party instance that will not effect in outbound message.. So
I followed your video exactly same but i am getting error saying resolution code and closed notes are mandatory.Could you please help me to fix that?
There might be ui policies or data policies on your incident table that is causing error .Make their active as false
