Guy in my gym is interested in conjugate training after seeing me utilise it. Recommended your channel, he hadn't heard of you. He's been seriously missing out because this channel is one of the best.

    Great channel Coach!
Do you recommend any push/pull ratio in your warm up, or you play by the feeling? For example: DB bench press, 2x50lb/lat pull, 100lb....ratio 1:1

Quick question Matt about conventional deadlifts and fatigue. How many days did you have in between sessions and how often does it take the CNS on average to recover from heavy sessions?

Depends how strong you are - 500lb dead lifter doesn't need as much recovery as 800/b lifter - Eddie Hall pulled 1100 trained heavy every second week with speed work the other week so 1 heavy session every 2 weeks - other factors are volume, intensity and the one I mentioned being frequency

@@shanecarroll5220 yeah I noticed that! I used to get away with weekly deadlifts when I was in the 600’s now when I pull mid 700’s I need 10 days lol
