Hi Ron, Received my dies and spent some time playing around with them. Great tool, high quality construction and the in built stop on the edge makes them very easy and consistent to use. Perfect finish for edges. thanks again Ed
Hey Ron, I was in your Austin Speed Shop class. Great Class!! I finally bought a bead roller a few days ago. I am now using all that information that you taught me to work on a 1974 Triumph TR6. Thank you again for all the info. -Dave

Hi Ron, I saw in the beginning of this video you used a Eastwood style (inexpensive) bead roller. Will these rounding over dies work this that machine? Wonderful product!
Andre - yes, an adapter bushing is available to allow my Rounding-Over dies to work on the Eastwood machine, which has a 22mm shaft. The R-O dies and adapters are available here: www.tricktools.com

I like the way the examples show how versatile the dies are.
Heptode Thanks! This short video just shows a few things the dies can be used for. I'm always finding new ways that they can be used.

Size standard plate alumunium to build gastank recomended, pleace master
I have used either .062" or .080" aluminum (1.6 to 2mm) for most of the gas tanks I have made.
@@RonCovell thanks master🙏.. sory.. i'm not good speak & listening english. 😊😊.
Bravo
Thank you so much!
Hi Ron
What size of die did you use for the fender?
Dave, the edges of the fender were shaped with the 1.5" radius Rounding-Over Dies.
Is that aluminum?
Most of the demonstrations were made on aluminum. The motorcycle tank and fender were steel. A beading machine can work with many kinds of metal!
@@RonCovell thank you for your answer!
Nice :-)
Miguel Miguel Thank you for the nice comment!
If only it was as easy as you make it look... LoL
The more you do it, the easier it gets!
@@RonCovell - That makes sense when you look at your history.... You've got an outstanding history of builds.
NOT your rollers. They brands of the bead roller machines. Thanks.
+Earl Cousins The beading macines are Harbor Freight, Pexto, and Anytime Tools.
+Ron Covell Thanks MUCH! Outstanding work!!!
