  • How to make soft and crunchy cranberry cookies
    Ingredients:
    2 cups flour
    1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 cup butter
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon of almond extract
    1 tablespoon orange zest
    2 cups chopped dried cranberries
    How to prepare:
    1. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
    2. Beat the butter and powdered sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth, then add the vanilla extract, almonds and orange zest.
    3. Add the flour mixture to the mixture.
    4. Then add the cranberries. Mix well
    5. Divide the dough into two equal parts, then roll it into pieces. Wrap each piece in wax paper or plastic wrap, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours
    6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)
    7. Remove the wax paper, cut the cookie dough into slices and place the slices on a baking sheet.
    8. Bake in the preheated oven until set but not browned, about 10 minutes.

    ● You can use any type of citrus peel you like, such as lemon, lime, orange, or grapefruit.
    ● If you want crispier shortcakes, you can bake them a little longer, up to 22-24 minutes.
    ● You can decorate biscuits with jam, chocolate or fruits.

    Жаль не в топе или рекомендациях, видос то зачетный. Но я знаю, если быстро надо раскачать можно попробовать ютифай, хоть и платно)
