    2- In a large bowl, put the dough, then clean 4 eggs (parts of one egg, then stir, then the other, and so on) with vanilla, and stir with a hand or electric mixer.
    3- Place the dough in a refrigerator bag. Bring a greased tray and spread the dough on the tray
    4- Place the tray in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes
    Filling:
    A large cup of milk
    3 egg yolks
    3 tablespoons sugar
    A tablespoon of butter
    2 tablespoons starch
    Liquid vanilla
    How to prepare:
    1- Put the milk in an aluminum pot, add liquid vanilla, and put it on low heat
    2- We put vanilla on the egg yolks while stirring, then add the starch, butter and sugar, then stir continuously, then add the yellow mixture to the white mixture while stirring constantly, then we fill the eclairs, which have been decorated.
