Hey Joe, Great video. I was wondering if you have any tips for getting all each of the heads adjusted before a run? I have MT-1503, and I ruined 3 of my customers hats, before I got them done. I'm thinking maybe I run an H test on all the heads before I start the hats. What tips do you have for getting a multi head machine ready before starting a job. Thanks for any input you have. God Bless.
Hey sorry so late. Once you put them on the machine you have to make sure they are all center on whatever needle it say or just move to to #1 so there no confusion. If it not simple unlatch the one thats not and center it. THE TRACE is the biggest thing. ALWAYS trace. Hopefully this is what you were asking. If not call the shop Monday 706-922-4455
@@HeartHustlePrinting yea I’ve been binge watching your videos .. I currently have my own little decal and shirt side hustle . . Always wanted to own a print shop but never pulled the trigger on it . So I just work out of home . . I ran into your video after searching up “Ricoma 1501 “ , I’ve been thinking of getting one for embroidery.. your videos really motivate to do it .
You are the bomb! I had looked at several videos to fix no needle error on rocoma 1501 T and you made it so simple and a simple fix.

I have a the same machine, how do I trace the design slower like on the mt1501? Where it moves slowly showing exactly where the design will go?
On the 6 head unfortunately you cannot do it.
@@HeartHustlePrinting thanks much
Its weird that it doesn't make a sound when it stops but I guess when a machine that big stops running you just know haha.
Yeah it dosent lol. When it stops it gets your attention quick.. Thanks for watching.
How much cost that 6 head machine?
Dont quote me bc it been a little bit, but around 40,000 plus
5 runs of 6 equals 30 bro lol 😂.. you will need 9 runs of 6 to make 54 !! Loving the videos tho !
