Tbf, imagine being tinkerbell and seeing fairies be born, baby fairies, not be able to even reach like puberty bc ppl stop believing. Then imagine that you realise that YOUR FRIENDS could be next and if you dont think of something- they (and yourself) will die too. So, you come up with a solution which seems to have worked for YEARS only for some like 13 year old girl to rock up and put your friends lives in danger. I cant blame tinkerbell for her decision: i know that i wouldnt be able to just sit back and watch it happen- especially when i can think of a way to stop it.
And the saddest thing, like he said, is that there's no other option she could find. She tried everything to get fairies out of their connection to humans so they'd live to no avail, and keeping the kids that laughed them into existence in Neverland was the only solution to her and her people's survival she could find
But killing Wendy wasn’t a solution either because we know that Peter saw this and would most likely want the fairies dead anyway after that so, death for no reason. It’s quite sad
I remember seeing a comment of someone saying "Why can't Tinkerbell just idk talk to Wendy?" Only now am I remembering that fairies quite literally can't communicate with people..
@@mysterious_truth6907 judging by the video the only living ones are the air one which although can keep him in a air bubble or smth would eventually get tired and stop as she needs to get dust. What surprised me about this song is that it isn't much of a change from the original Disney version - she actually tried to have the Lost Boys shoot down Wendy. The murder ending was a big surprise though!
I only noticed bc of another commenter, but when Tink is flying around Wendy you’ll see that she’s looping around her in a deliberate way, *like she’s applying fairy dust* She’s making it look like she’s trying to help Wendy
@@nobodys_here07 there is another thing to consider: Fairy dust is one of the things keeping the Neverland existing. If fairies die so does Neverland and the seasons of Earth, killing humans as well. While Tinkerbell may not care about herself she cares about her twin, which is also connected to Peter. Therefore she is forced to do EVERYTHING in order to save Fairies as a species for those risks… So it’s either a kid or 2 worlds…
Even while I didn't care much about Tinkerbell in the first place, this has to be one of my top favorite Lydia villain songs with how dark and tragic the story is. No doubt at first Tinker tried to play off Wendy's death attempts as accidents, but then she got desperate to keep Peter and the Lost Boys by any means necessary even if it means they'll know she instigated Wendy's death. Afterwards, Peter and the Boys will most likely despise her and the fairies while being imprisoned in Neverland, but Tink would see it as a necessary act. Tragedy all around with Wendy dying without knowing why, Peter losing someone he cares dearly about, and Tinkerbell ruining her relationship with Peter.
The thing is, she could play it off as an accident as well. Given how high they were flying, a huge gust of wind blowing away all the pixie dust off the pirate ship wouldn't be too unlikely. Vidia stopping Peter could've been taken as the fairies trying to keep him safe after the ship fell. After all, it also appeared like the rest were trying to save everyone. Three things you need to fly is by having happy thoughts with faith, trust, and a little bit of pixie dust. The reason Tinker Bell circled around Wendy was to make it seem as if she gave her some pixie dust to help save her like the other fairies did with the lost boys. In Peter's eyes, it would've looked like Wendy didn't have faith or enough trust to fly. What's worse is that he's likely to believe this as it makes no sense for the fairies who have been kind to them since they arrived in Neverland to suddenly show such malice to an innocent girl. Even worse was that they forced him to watch was so that he'd be too traumatized to ever bring another person to Neverland.
@@nobodys_here07 peter still saw the other fairy stop him with wind and can put together the many attempted attacks on wendy which if push comes to shove he will utter the forbidden words
Lost faith is what causes a fairy death, not the death of the child. Plus if you fall back on Peter's original lore, he wont remember this eventually as he forgets everything in time so after a while? He wont ever remember wendy or what tink has done.
..Thinking about this I got a REALLY dark theory. What if Tink has done this before? So Peter just secretly feels a small sense of deja-vu but shrugs it off. So basically forever he brings someone to neverland who is 'too old', Tink notices and gets pissed. Eventually said someone is blatantly murdered. Then over time Peter just.. forgets. Leaving it up for him to make the same mistake and for it to repeat.
@@Firewall546 I mean when the lost boys get too old he merks them. According to his OG lore the humans still age. Peter's a betwixt and between so hes not a human anymore hence doesnt age
@@ChibiCherub no he won't this time, since he'll be grieving for his freinds death and will hate tink, and if he snapped and said faires don't exist this it the end for her
I feel this is Lydia's best song yet. She has so many powerful notes and the way she shows the darkness happening in her voice, expressing, as Tinkerbell says, the necessary evils she is doing to Wendy. It is truly incredible, especially given it is also and original song.
I’m still in awe that this is a completely original song tbh. Obviously Lydia has displayed clearly that she is very talented but this beat Tale as Old as Time as my favorite song of hers and I love Beauty and the Beast and am mostly apathetic to the Peter Pan and Tinker Bell series. It’s so good and the animatic is super good, I gotta check out this artist’s other work
There's one thing I haven't seen people talk about is how Tinkerbell was traumatized with what happened to two of her friends, so she becomes irrational. And even Vidia, the fast flying fairy, shares her grief and irrational thinking, and is very eager to keep their kids as much as the others (I give her as an example, bc she's always been the one with the one who gave Tink attitude)
Honestly this kind of action is in line with Vidia's character the most out of any of them. It's harder for me to see Rosette or Iridessa going along with this plan than it is for the ever practical and cold-blooded Vidia.
Also, its an interesting detail that the fairies saved John and Peter as they were falling too. They clearly had no ill will towards Wendy's brothers, just towards Wendy herself.
To think, this big a change because 4 people are missing from the story. John and Michael aren't there for their sister, and the twins didn't come to Neverland. The twins are likely the ones tied to Tink's two dead fairy friends, so they stopped believing in fairies pretty early, and Tink got desperate
I love the whispering back up vocals because it can be used as a metaphor that she’s the devil on Peter’s friends’ shoulders, orchestrating her plans through them, encouraging them to hurt Wendy.
my fave lines were "Or did it slip your mind / You need three things to fly / Let's see you try when i remove mine" talking about the whole 'faith, trust and pixie dust' thing
The abject horror on your face at the ending perfectly mirrored my own reaction....just holy mother of god right? Puts her actions in the movie in a whole 'nother perspective
the thing is here they need BELIEF not trust, not friendship, not happiness, they need the kids ALIVE so be it by either being their best friend or being their worst fear/Enemy as long as they are a main thought in those boy's they will live on, so basically if you think of it...the fairies here could have easily trapped these boys in the very start but didn't and now they have too, for the sense of survival. And boy do I love that concept!
Ok I have an interesting view on the song because until she starts getting murdery she has a point the lost boys have nothing outside of never land and tinker bell has a sister so it’s not even just self preservation it’s a desperation+ even if the lost boys return to London no one would take them in and none of them really know how to live outside of neveland
Not really there's still a chance for them outside they can learn and adapt it's what humans do and as long as they're there they'll slowly forget Neverland like a dream and accordingly fairies You could say this is one of the tragedies of the advancement of civilization
@mysterious_truth6907 It depends on how long they've been there. Returning after 3 years is a lot different than returning after 300, not to mention depending on how long it's been they quite literally don't have anywhere to return to, as any family or friends they would've known might all be dead. Unless Wendy's planning to convince her parents to adopt like...6 little boys, they'd all be stuck in (and potentially age out of) an orphanage, half of which weren't so great during the era Peter Pan takes place. Not saying Tinks actions in response are right, just that them going back with Wendy isn't exactly good either.
@@bluebay1031 I think another thing that should be noted is that if they have been there for centuries then they wouldn't be immune to a lot of illnesses that may have been introduced back in London since they first left. They would all probably die sick and alone in a back alleyway if they returned
I think the other thing I've now realized, the reason why this feels so much darker than even her other villain songs and why I love it so much, is that it's not just dark - it's ACCURATE! If you watch the movie, she literally does try to kill Wendy at least twice! Whether it be from jealousy or protectiveness over her friends, the part making it masterfully unnerving is that it's not totally out of character for her as it is
Tinker bell would do anything for her fellow fairies. She didn’t have to kill Wendy though- I think Lydia’s next song would be a Peter Pan revenge song because of how much he cares about Wendy and the fact that tinker bell had killed her at the end.
@@sina3d51 EXACTLY! and that would set up wendy's villain song after being rescued by hook who maybe even convinced her that peter let her fall on purpose because he didnt care about her and so she joins his crew seeking revenge on not only tink but poor peter too
Well In her eyes, she DID have to kill Wendy, it was a last resort, she'd been working for years trying to find a way to disconnect humans and fairies, So fairies wouldn't literally all die lol, and the lost boys were supposed to be their humans (Since the human that brought them into the world is the one connected to them, and if they stop believing fairies exist, the fairy will die) They need the lost boys to continue to live, and Wendy was filling their heads with dreams of the normal world, and of growing up, over time they would likely over time forget, meaning they'll stop believing in fairies, which is why the fairies can't let them leave, and why Wendy was such a problem (sorry for the paragraph lol)
The rules of life with magic: Do not anger a dragon. Do not make a deal with a devil. Do not dance with a demon. Do not ask judgment from an angel. Do not make a wish on a djiin. Do not admit mortality to a god. Do not admit humanity to a giant. Do not take a leprechaun’s gold. Do not call upon the dead. Do not rest near a nightmare. Do not bargain with witches. I need to give the credit to the original comment poster on the original video @CeHee123 had said this "Something in the book I always found interesting (and terrifying) is that it states that fairies in Peter Pan can only experience one emotion at a time, and that emotion gets ramped up exponentially. In the scene of her being jealous, it was literally the only thing on her mind. Tink is literally the definition of emotionally unstable. Imagine somebody who would act on any impulse or intrusive thought, no matter how heinous, just because they were in a bad mood." And yeah thinking about that with this song it really is true, the comment's pretty high up in the original video so please go give them a like, i just wanted to spread the comment cause it's super interesting
It's so dark! Not only is Tink painted as a sympathetic villain, but her victim is completely innocent. It's understandable why Tink is doing what she is doing, you can feel for her situation and if you were forced to choose one girl's life or the life of essentially your species, you would likely make the same choice. But at the same time, Wendy has no idea she's causing this problem. She's just a young girl having an adventure, and right up to the end she doesn't know why she has to die. It's so dark and tragic, and that makes it powerful.
Not just a specie but 2 worlds: pixie dust is basically a pillar of Neverland.. without it and the world collapses. And without fairies there’s no seasons… killing the planet…
Nobody talking about how Peter was blushing towards Wendy- And in the movie wendy tried to explain what a kiss was to him XD A lil detail a lot of people might have missed
Amazing reaction. I did the music / instrumental (with my good friend Jasper Sullivan) -- we and Lydia are so happy you enjoyed and resonated.with it. 👊
I love Lydia's work, and it makes me really happy when you react to her songs. This is my personal favorite of hers. I've always loved the Peter Pan movie, and I watched all the Tinkerbell movies when I was little. The dark twist to Tink is amazing, but most importantly, realistic. If I were Tink, I'd snap too, considering everything. I think she was just trying to take care of everyone. The other fairies, of course, but Peter too. And as someone else said, the other fairies saved Wendy's siblings. I love this so much.
When wendy is falling, you see tink surround her, that was tink pretending to cover wendy in pixie dust so it makes it look like wendy was missing something to fly
@@mysticwolf9600 Well, the fairy couldn't because they'd be dead. And it seems Tink and her remaining friends were able to find their kids due to their personal connection
Here is the problem for Tinkerbell now. She just introduced a new concept to Peter Pan and the Lost Boys. Betrayal. Now they know they can’t Trust the fairies and can lose Faith end them. Tinkerbell herself caused the end of Faith and Trust, and with this experience the boys may come to see Neverland as a nightmare and start growing up.
This is LITERALLY what I was THINKING! I mean, she succeeded in killing Wendy but at what cost?! She's so obsessed with moving Wendy as an obstacle she didn't consider the more passive ways. I mean, it makes sense that she's stressed over it yes, but I don't see the situation becoming any better after this encounter.
There's two ways to interpret it, that way where they can lose faith and make fairies die (as you mentioned), or they still BELIEVE in fairies' existence but now hate them. Fairies can't go away since the Lost Boys and Peter Pan know for a fact that they exist, though it would be interesting if they joined Captain Hook somehow.
Totally agree, Tinks actions are definitely gonna end Peter and the boys faith in the fairies…but I’d think the trauma they get from this would definitely be enough so that they never *stop* believing in fairies…cause how can they when one hurt them like this?
@@ThelordHayden34 You will be surprised what people forget, especially if the trauma is bad enough. Plus Neverland is basically a living dream and people tend to forget dreams. Anyway, I was talking more about faith in the fairies and even in others. Also, I was referencing Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust.
The amount of lore and emotion expressed in this music animatic is so clear. Some people might dissagree with Tinker about ending Wendy, but think of it. Another person in the comments reminded me of Tinks twin sister, so if Peter went with Wendy to london that would mean the death of BOTH Tink and Periwinkle. And Tink already lost two or more of her friends, she wanted to protect her remaining loved ones no matter the cost. So it one girl for two fairys survival, its quite necessary because it was said that the fairy population continued to decrease at a very alarming rate.
“Tink was not all bad: or, rather, she was all bad just now, but, on the other hand, sometimes she was all good. Fairies have to be one thing or the other, because being so small they unfortunately have room for one feeling only at a time. They are, however, allowed to change, only it must be a *complete* change.”
I’ve been listening to this song on repeat since Lydia released it! Everything about it is amazing, the lore, the animation, the way the song flows so well. It’s awesome seeing someone react to it, so thank you! :D
One the comments in the original vid that i like, is that even if the boys leave Neverland, they'll still believe in fairies, you don't have to like the boogeyman to believe in it, only the fact that you're scared of it is enough, so if they manage to leave, after seeing a fairy kill one of your friends, specially when you're at such a young age, you're gonna get traumatized for life, so whether they stay or not, it doesn't matter, Tink has already made an impact, whether they love or fear fairies, she doesn't care, they'll believe in fairies, and that's all that matters
I honestly love this song so much! Also, can I say you are my fav reaction channel because you do the perfect balance of opinion and just listening, keep up the great work! :)
Likely already been mentioned, but in the original story, fairies like Tink could only have one emotion. They cant be both happy and jealous. This turns the mostly jealous Tink from the movie into pure anger, which makes sense as a sign of desperation
I loved that not only did she reference the orignal animated version, but also the 2001 live action, and the Tinker Bell movies. In the 2001 live action Tinker Bell did actually convince the boys to shoot her down, and the mermaids did try to drown her
oh my goodness, I love the sound of this, but I completely missed part of the story as I hadn't read the description. Your video popped up on my recommended and so I watched it and then had to go back and rewatch Lydia's again. Thank you for pointing this out, and I agree, it's one of the best she's put out!
I think the most messed up part about this is that Wendy probably has no idea what she's doing and thinks she's just having fun and playing she probably has no idea she's causing harm and now she's suddenly being hunted and killed and has no idea why or what she did wrong in reality she's just an oblivious child who has no idea she's causing harm and is now dying because of that but doesn't know what she's dying for."
Ohhh Lydia said Wendy, Darling you have picked the wrong girl to fight. Tink calling her darling but also Wendy’s full name being Wendy Darling that’s a bar
Someone in the coments of her video said that pain is much harder to forget then happyness so if peter leaves tinkerbell for killing wendy he will never be able to forget what she did while at the same time never forgeting that fairys are real making it so tinkerbell will live longer or even forever (idk if the fairys will die when the child dies even if they believe in them till the day they die)
I think, at the end, she waits a bit before totally approaching Wendy, and that is, because since the other fairies saved the other kids. It would make her look like she tried saving Wendy too, but Wendy was not thruthful or belived that she could fly so she fell. Cuz to fly it is said "all it takes is faith, trust, and a little bit of pixie dust.” So in the eyes the of Peter thinker would not be an evil fairy, nor anything.
You should hear Cinderella's villain song. Considering it that it was made in 1950, she still managed to give it a dark, modern vibe without completely changing the song.
In the books about the Peter Pan film they said that fairies only felt one feeling at a time, making them intense, which is why Tinker tries to hurt Wendy in the film, because she is "crazy with jealousy". If we put it in this song, where the pain is the trauma of losing fairy friends, a Tinker Bell obsessed with protecting "her family" could easily burn Neverland if necessary.
i feel so bad for peter pan god. It makes it even scarier that even if peter and the others knew, tinkerbell and her friends will still live because they will fear them. Fairies also lived by belief, thats why when peter stopped believing in tinkerbell in the movie she grew weak. now the others will believe by fear, but it still count as believing so yeah she could do that without consequences. I guess the only reason she didnt because she knew they were innocent and deserve to at least be at peace despite knowing theyre trap there but alas you cant deceive them forever.
AHHH I NEED TO SEE A REACTION TO LULUYAM NOWWWW her songs are a little more chaotic but in the best way possible I would literally diEeEe iF you reacted to her songs😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏
The biggest issue with change is that people often don’t understand or appreciate what is already there, things are set up a certain way for a reason When you think about it Peter Pan and the lost boys were undoubtedly there to essentially keep the fairies alive and Wendy just popping in and convincing them to leave most likely would have killed them as the human world doesn’t believe in them! The children were the only way they were staying alive in a unimaginative world
i also relate to this song let me just spin the lyrics a bit Little girl, you've no idea what you've got yourself into Not cry for a night and think the world's made for you Well, I've tried too hard to see all of my work come undone Better grow some wings real fast I see the way they look at me with sympathy in their eyes Soon they'll start to dream of different lives Well, I won't let you tempt them, they are mine to protect No use telling them of my past You don't seem to quite understand what is at stake This mеssed-up little fucked life that I had to make If I could lеt them all go home please know that I would But it'd do more harm than good [Chorus] So, why don't you die? LEAVE, LIKE ALL OF THE REST (Watch out now) I'M GONNA CLIP YOUR FRIENDS, CUT YOUR EMOTIONS BABE, YOU WON'T FEEL A THING NOW I'M FEELING TALL WHY DON'T I die...?
Tinkerbelle was born from Wendy's laugh...so in the end she either offed Peter (whose sidekick she is or was) or Wendy out of jealousy (but then she and her sister would die too...)
Who’s know what’s even worse about Tinkerbell that she is a tragic anti-villain who’s lost her boyfriend Terrence and her friends, when Terrence tragically died in hostile circumstances and In the end, Tink realizes what she's been done, chooses not to follow through with her revenge and instead tries to help them out but waits for the world polluted, it’s very messed up to the beginning and I feel bad for her
I think its interesting (tho not surprising) that she created this alternate narrative to justify Tink becoming a villain, rather then just going with the fact that Tink was in love with peter and she did what she did out of jealousy.
Tink has two options here. She could let Peter, and the lost boys go with Wendy and her brothers back to London, and they would grow up, and stop believing, which in turn makes the fairies linked to the lost boys and Tink herself, to lose their lives. Tink and her friends Vidia, Iridessa, and Rosetta have already lost two of the six, being Silvermist and Fawn. The other option is to get rid of the temptation of growing up and the pull to stop believing even if it causes Peter to no longer hold her in the same light as he did when they first meet, he will still believe in Fairies. Some people believe that Wendy was Fawns kid, but that would also mean that Wendy was born earlier than Peter (I don't believe this thought but the two do look similar), as when looking at Peter and Tinkerbell's faces next to each other they do look almost exactly alike. Silvermist is never seen with her kid as it is presumed that her kid stopped believing first. The catalyst for Tink, Vidia, Iridessa, and Rosetta to go look for their kid was the loss of Fawn, as her and Tink were working together to try and find a way to not need a child to believe. Another thing to note is that it is presumed that only the kid that produced the laugh that gave life to that Fairy is able to understand them, which explains why Peter understands Tink, one other human character is shown to have this ability as well. Capitan James Hook, when he was much younger, before he presumably lost his hand and Peter came to Neverland, he had a Fairy, that he could understand named Zarina from the Tinkerbell and the Pirate Fairy movie. Zarina is a dust keeper fairy, that experimented with blue pixie dust, that mixed with the right ingredients could change a fairy's talent. Meaning that if and when Peter does leave along with the lost boys, of Tink (Periwinkle by extension), Vidia, Iridessa, Rosetta, and Zarina, Zarina would be the only one to stay alive, as her human will never stop believing in fairy's. This is a very dark take on Fairy's and especially, for Disney fai characters, but if fits more in line with the original concept of Peter Pan and fairies.
This band is pure rebellion, like a rebellious squirrel stealing acorns from the establishment! Btw Nick Thurl Mavromatis has done it again! His new song is a masterpiece. React to it now!
What she could theoretically do is when a new fairies born find the child and the fairy bring the child once it’s reached a certain age, and then take care of it in overtime build the civilization in Neverland. Everyone would believe in fairies, so eventually it would become a full-blown civilization with fairies, and everyone there would believe in them, because they are part of every day Life
I think this one is the darkest of those, becouse a child d!es and she doesn't know she hurts someone. It is like with Mirabel's villain song, but the melody is darker. So creepy. I love Lydia. 💚

Even while I didn't care much about Tinkerbell in the first place, this has to be one of my top favorite Lydia villain songs with how dark and tragic the story is.

I recommend the Disney ferries movies.
They all are pretty great.
But she ensured that he will NEVER forget her.
And this if he didn't say faires don't exist
@ChibiCherub What does it mean to be a "betwixt and between?""
@@obehiikhigbonoaremen1241 I think it means that he was half fae and half human
Those where not Wendy’s siblings… they where the lost boys… it’s believed that Wendy’s siblings where tied to Tinkerbell’s friends that died
To think, this big a change because 4 people are missing from the story. John and Michael aren't there for their sister, and the twins didn't come to Neverland. The twins are likely the ones tied to Tink's two dead fairy friends, so they stopped believing in fairies pretty early, and Tink got desperate
Glad I wasn't the only one to notice some people missing.
Oh my god… that makes Wendy dying a twisted revenge
Not really there's still a chance for them outside they can learn and adapt it's what humans do and as long as they're there they'll slowly forget Neverland like a dream and accordingly fairies
You could say this is one of the tragedies of the advancement of civilization
We need more male villain songs for sure so this is a great idea!
Or hook saved her. That is a idea someone in the comments of the original vid had.
@@sina3d51 EXACTLY! and that would set up wendy's villain song after being rescued by hook who maybe even convinced her that peter let her fall on purpose because he didnt care about her and so she joins his crew seeking revenge on not only tink but poor peter too
Well In her eyes, she DID have to kill Wendy, it was a last resort, she'd been working for years trying to find a way to disconnect humans and fairies, So fairies wouldn't literally all die lol, and the lost boys were supposed to be their humans (Since the human that brought them into the world is the one connected to them, and if they stop believing fairies exist, the fairy will die) They need the lost boys to continue to live, and Wendy was filling their heads with dreams of the normal world, and of growing up, over time they would likely over time forget, meaning they'll stop believing in fairies, which is why the fairies can't let them leave, and why Wendy was such a problem
(sorry for the paragraph lol)
I would love a sequel to this, and I like the idea of Hook somehow saving Wendy and it could be Wendy getting revenge

4:09 the cool thing about this line specifically is that darling is Wendy’s last name!!! The lyrics here were just so good!!!
I need to give the credit to the original comment poster on the original video
@CeHee123 had said this
"Something in the book I always found interesting (and terrifying) is that it states that fairies in Peter Pan can only experience one emotion at a time, and that emotion gets ramped up exponentially. In the scene of her being jealous, it was literally the only thing on her mind. Tink is literally the definition of emotionally unstable. Imagine somebody who would act on any impulse or intrusive thought, no matter how heinous, just because they were in a bad mood."
And yeah thinking about that with this song it really is true, the comment's pretty high up in the original video so please go give them a like, i just wanted to spread the comment cause it's super interesting
those bass slides are unreal, it like sucks you into the sound, it drags you down with it. SO FREAKING GOOD
She DIED. I was flabbergasted!
Nobody talking about how Peter was blushing towards Wendy- And in the movie wendy tried to explain what a kiss was to him XD
A lil detail a lot of people might have missed

I WAS JUST ABOUT TO COMMENT THIS 🤣🤣
Amazing reaction. I did the music / instrumental (with my good friend Jasper Sullivan) -- we and Lydia are so happy you enjoyed and resonated.with it. 👊
I’m in LOVE with this production. Very good job, thank you!
I need a fanfiction based on this song + the aftermath cause I’m so intrigued by the story that doesn’t exist haha

This is I think my favorite Lydia Bard song it's just so good and it tells its story beautifully
"William Eyelash" bro Im exclusively calling her that from now on thank you
The way she sung sounded like that song from that Madame Web movie trailer!
There might have been a fairy connected to Windy who just died
Depends. Considering Wendy's character, her fairy either died or they'll still live since Wendy died with the belief of fairies
@@jasminechildress6938 Good point but would her fairy tell if she died
@@mysticwolf9600 Well, the fairy couldn't because they'd be dead. And it seems Tink and her remaining friends were able to find their kids due to their personal connection
I think her fairy may have already been dead, before Peter showed up, she could've easily stopped believing in fairies before that.
At the beginning of the story Wendy already don't believe in fairy, so her fairy must already been dead.
Faith isn’t belief.
If anything, I don’t think theyll be able to stop believing, even if they do leave.
It may be dark but those are things Tinkerbell did in the first Peter Pan movie. She did try to kill Wendy many times
This is one of the best songs ever. I too like hearing this,
4:52 "Peter has fallen for Wendy"
And Wendy will fall *by* Tink.
Like someone said on the original video, the Fae aren’t beings who are good or evil. You can’t tie down human morals to someone who isn’t human.
Likely already been mentioned, but in the original story, fairies like Tink could only have one emotion. They cant be both happy and jealous. This turns the mostly jealous Tink from the movie into pure anger, which makes sense as a sign of desperation
this one actually gave me chills!
wendy: casually gets impaled
him: oh no
me: XD
I loved that not only did she reference the orignal animated version, but also the 2001 live action, and the Tinker Bell movies. In the 2001 live action Tinker Bell did actually convince the boys to shoot her down, and the mermaids did try to drown her

Came here from Lydia’s channel! I love your take on it, the insight you have adds a lot!

He’s so chill and I love it.
Chills ! Literal chills beginning to the end 👏
Funny thing is, if Hook didn't get involved (and threaten Peter) this could have pretty much been the plot of Peter Pan.
Thank you
William eyelash caught me off guard 😂😂😂😂😂
I think, at the end, she waits a bit before totally approaching Wendy, and that is, because since the other fairies saved the other kids. It would make her look like she tried saving Wendy too, but Wendy was not thruthful or belived that she could fly so she fell. Cuz to fly it is said "all it takes is faith, trust, and a little bit of pixie dust.” So in the eyes the of Peter thinker would not be an evil fairy, nor anything.
When she says I will that’s mine that might be a little clue🧐
No no sólo viven de sus creencias, viven de ellos, son los humanos a los estan conectados y si mueren ellas también
I have added "singing with malicious intent" to my vocabulary.

And fits with what Tink does in both the original book and Disney's 1st animated Pan movie(lying to some of the lost boys for example).
wendy is the baby who created tinkerbell from her laughter which makes this darker as in this she invited wendy and it was a big mistake.
I was beyond shocked how dark the video was when I first saw it.
Everytime i watch it i cry😢
Ah yes, my favorite singer, Billy Eyelash
The biggest issue with change is that people often don’t understand or appreciate what is already there, things are set up a certain way for a reason
When you think about it Peter Pan and the lost boys were undoubtedly there to essentially keep the fairies alive and Wendy just popping in and convincing them to leave most likely would have killed them as the human world doesn’t believe in them!
The children were the only way they were staying alive in a unimaginative world
i also relate to this song
let me just spin the lyrics a bit
Little girl, you've no idea what you've got yourself into
Not cry for a night and think the world's made for you
Well, I've tried too hard to see all of my work come undone
Better grow some wings real fast
I see the way they look at me with sympathy in their eyes
Soon they'll start to dream of different lives
Well, I won't let you tempt them, they are mine to protect
No use telling them of my past
You don't seem to quite understand what is at stake
This mеssed-up little fucked life that I had to make
If I could lеt them all go home please know that I would
But it'd do more harm than good
[Chorus]
So, why don't you die?
Die, little useless-girl, die
Why don't you die?
Die, little useless-girld, die
Swear it's nothing personal
It's a necessary evil
Why don't you die?
Die, little useless-girl, die
[Verse 2]
Some would say I'm quick to rage and maybe they're right
But I can say for once I'm thinking clearly tonight
'Loss', darling, you have picked the wrong girl to fight
I will protect who I have
A nasty little spark that must be smothered, snuffed out
Setting fires inside my house is just not allowed
If ending errant embers is what I must do
Then, darling, I'll be coming for you
[Chorus]
So, why don't you die? (Why don't you fall?)
Die, little useless-girl, die
Why don't you fall? (Why don't you fall?)
Fall, little Wendy-bird, fall
Swear it's nothing personal
It's a necessary evil
Why don't you die? (Why don't you fall?)
Die, little useless-girl, die
(Why don't you fall?)
[Bridge]
Oh, oh (Why don't you fall?)
Oh, oh (Why don't you fall?)
Oh, oh (Why don't you fall?)
Oh (Fall)
Oh (Fall, fall, fall)
[Chorus]
Why don't you DIE?
DIE, LITTLE USELESS-GIRL DIE
OR DID IT SLIP YOUR MIND? YOU NEED 3 THINGS TO LIVE
LETS SEE ME TRY WHEN I REMOVE 2
WHY DON'T THEY LEAVE?????
LEAVE, LIKE ALL OF THE REST (Watch out now)
I'M GONNA CLIP YOUR FRIENDS, CUT YOUR EMOTIONS
BABE, YOU WON'T FEEL A THING
NOW I'M FEELING TALL
WHY DON'T I die...?
Tinkerbelle was born from Wendy's laugh...so in the end she either offed Peter (whose sidekick she is or was) or Wendy out of jealousy (but then she and her sister would die too...)
two of her friends is died
I have read the jm barrie origanl and every thing she sings is in that book so thats so cool❤❤❤❤😂😂😂😂

I would love to get your opinion on Belle’s villain song from Lydia! It’s honestly one of her best villian songs!
That was a nice song
