That actually is a very decent one, that headphone jack, the SD card, and the dexent 12-inch display is a very tempting one. This is the new budget king of the tablets. You might need to look up the stylus for latency and battery life, but this is an amazing deal

Had a Xiaomi notification yesterday for this. We bought the Xiaomi Pad 6 a couple of months ago. We were under the impression there was a keyboard case available for it as one was initially advertised with it. Imagine our surprise when this magically disappeared. Xiaomi has been evasive as to why this happened and no mention as to whether the dock will come back. Point being. If this gets a keyboard, where's the "6" keyboard gone.

The pen is draining quickly, i just charged it into 100% then leave it without bluetooth on and turned out it said 94% after charging 15 mins Why nobody talk about this thing, and i don't know how to turn it off unless the bluetooth is off too

I'm kind of here for it. I'm pretty well locked into the Apple ecosystem, but I used to use Xiaomi products years ago. I think that if I ever get another tablet, it would definitely be a Xiaomi tablet. It's pretty similar to iPadOS but wide open and more practical.

I tried to play Zenless Zone Zero my 80% battery can only be played for more than 3 hours I just saw a movie with 1.5 hours time, it already consumed more than 20% I just bought this last month My 4 year old oppo phone with 4600mah is almost better in battery consumption 😭. I bought this tablet literally 6 days ago. It's amazing it never overheated everything is great until it wasn't. Out of nowhere the pad just lagged and shut down..and the Operating system isn't working anymore. I know it's great Specifications for such a price. But don't You fall for it and lose your money.. Mabye gather up some more and but the xiaomi pad 6 or something. It's better than wasting your money on a device that doesn't work

I don't think you'll be making a wrong pick with anyone giving the primary use case you've listed... Anyone you pick would do just fine for those tasks. What you need to look out for is any feature that would give better color and connectivity maybe, if that your thing. In terms of performance... Both are good and would handle any task fine

Picked it for $210 yesterday from ALi Express (8GB - 256GB) To be fair.. it was $310, but they had store discount & Ali Express discount I also paid $210 for Samsung A9+ before 5 months, with (8GB - 128GB).. but Tab A9+ screen is washed & viewing angles is bad (TFT) Samsung definitely have much better OS, but this Tab have bigger/better colord screen, bigger battery, better CPU/GPU, so I'll pick this over A9+

The camera on the back of tablets is usually for scanning documents. The stylus is good for completing forms and signing documents.

It's not a third party. So definitely it would have palm rejection. Just like the ones from Oppo and Huawei with their respective devices.

my deal breaker to me is that it usb version is only USB 2.0, instead of atleast USB 3.0. Its is very limiting.

Sd870 in Pad 6 is an old chip. Probably more optimized than 7s gen 3. Aside from it being more powerful.

How does the Redmi Pad Pro differ from the Poco Pad? If you compare the characteristics on the official websites, then they are twins. What is the point of releasing 2 identical tablets on the global market? Maybe they have different manufacturers of displays or cameras? Someone had to save money on something. Otherwise, I really don't understand the point of releasing 2 identical tablets on the global market...
They are the same only the colours differs. Poco Pad won’t be released in some countries where Redmi Pad Pro was released. For example Germany no India yes
