hi andrew-- i wanted to say i'm sorry you're dealing with long covid! i've been going through similar issues myself (except after talking to my doctor, both of us are almost certain i have cfs instead of long covid) since the beginning of this year and it's been completely unmanageable for me since the summer started. i wouldn't even wish this on my worst enemy. i hope you're able to get better and get lots of rest during these upcoming months :")

A very close friend of mine is also going through Long-COVID as well with very similar symptoms to what you are going through and I'm so sorry/sad to see such wonderful people suffer with a sickness we still do not know alot about. Take care of yourself and sending you love. I think your journey can help to educate alot of people of what thousands of people are also suffering with.

I had a lot of symptoms that I neglected for a long time till my body basically gave up. Headaches that would last days, shakiness, insomnia, weight loss, my eyes looked like I was on crack. Went to er for a uti that wouldn’t go away (thought I would need antibiotics) turned out I was having a thyroid storm! Was diagnosed with Graves’ disease. Point is, people listen to your body. It knows you better than anyone. If something doesn’t seems right don’t make excuses and go get checked out. Wishing you the best, hope you get an answer soon so you can start your road to recovery.

Shitty chronic health health stuff sucks. I'm so sorry you've been unable to engage in life in the way you want. I've dealt with much of the same and it's so hard to feel like oneself when one can't do the things that make them who they are. Wish you both the best, and look forward to the podcast's return, whenever it happens.
Long covid fatigue may be caused by Mitochondrial Dysfunction. I would look into that or try to find a doctor who specializes in the area. It seems like the most promising link right now. Good luck and hope you feel better soon
We will miss you guys during the break but I’m glad that you guys are taking the time to take care of yourselves. Hopefully Andrew’s health will benefit from some time off and Cole will have some time to relax.
I've had some mystery illnesses myself. Not a fun situation, I can corroborate the can't live your life part. Pretty much every doctor you go to has no idea and every decision you make to try and fix it feels like a hail mary. I wish you the best of luck Andrew. Truly.
As a fellow longtime inflammation-haver, I know how shitty it makes you feel, so thanks Andrew for making us laugh as if nothing happened. Take all the rest you need to get better, but I will be stealing your podcast idea until February.
