Dear, if you avoid exercise or walk you will feel lethargic and overall productivity will be very low. Keep this in your mind if you can afford such loss , skip.
I try music during exercise and it works well. Try this

Deep breath before sleep
Just take any book or news paper and start reading.u will feel sleepy
Yog nidra by kabir bhai : search this in google n play while on bed with eyes closed
Sir जब आप सोने के लिये जायें पैरों 🦶 को हल्के गर्म पानी से धोकर कपडे से साफ़ करें उसके बाद सरसों का तेल लेकर उसको गुनगुना कर ले और उसकी मालिश पैरों के तलवों में करने से आपको बहुत जल्दी और अच्छी नींद आयेगी ।
2. 5 मिनट अनुलोम विलोम करें और 11 times ओउम का उच्चारण करें
ये करते ही नींद आने लगेगी
लेकिन जैसे ही आप सोने जाये room में light💡 बहुत कम हो

This world is so confusing and it seems to not make much sense. Since if I didn't mindlessly scroll through my feed I wouldn't have even found this channel....... or other channels that tell us about how to help ourselves. Also if people don't mindlessly scroll, they wouldn't find other people's videos which is the way some of them or most of them make their living. So if we were to follow this advice many people wouldn't find the help they need and many others would have failing businesses and youtube careers. Again sadly, nothing really makes sense in this world we live in today.
I can see how much people spend in the telephone, faithing with others, thinking about what others thinks of them,not investing time,or making time for oneself... Very important to have breaks during the day and try mindfulness, meditation,yoga,pilates,read a book and be present and with people who makes you feel good,relax,love...
