Everything was not born in India dear sister. It’s an eternal blessing that has ALWAYS been and will ALWAYS be. It manifests differently in different cultures. Peace and blessings
Been doing yoga now for 50 years and doing 500 rounds of kapalabati/bhastrika every morning. Can’t stop yoga. Yoga is addictive and I thank my Indian gurus for that. Also, no India, no yoga.
Gratitude for helping us understand pranayama to deeper level. Practice gets motivation when it's backed with it's knowledge. Visualizing prana flowing through the energy channels is more easy now.. Gratitude for explaining with lots of clarity..
This video was exactly what I was looking for. Not just the exercises but the spiritual meaning and health benefits too. I just started it but knew it was good for me but not how. 😊
If you have been into exploring self for long time I would recommend exploring some of the hindu scriptures. The insights in the scriptures are profound!
Thank you very much for explaining this with such detail. Also thank you for sharing your wisdom on the topic! Towards the end you talk about living for hundreds of years... I must admit that although I hope to live to a ripe old age, I don’t want to live for hundreds of years. I can barely tolerate watching what we humans do to one another, to the earth and to whatever else that might be around us. It seems there’s nothing we don’t, sooner or later, destroy. I don’t want to witness it for hundreds of years.
Dude this is amazing stuff, you manage to make super complex yogic knowledge understandable. This knowledge is really going to positively affect my life, keep up the good work!
Nicely done. One of the best video about Pranayam. I am also very greatful that you share a line from Patanjali Sutra. Thank you. Well done. Keep sharing your knowledge.
I want to know about the Chandra bhedi pranayam ,it's process ,timing, posture and benifits. This video is very nice, you presented valuable information in a very simple but most effective manner. language and voice quality is extra ordinary. Thanks
First of all thank you for this video. It would be nice to see in action how these types are being done. This is very powerful tool and this is something we can do anytime anywhere. It would be good to see for someone who cant concetrate how to concentrate in few min or calm down for any reason. Thanks in advance
I am absolutely in love with this video and the one about entertainment. The way you explain things helps me a lot on my journey and I am looking forward to other videos on similar subjects! Blessings to you and everyone around you
Thank you so much for your appreciation! We feel that there are so many guru and spiritual teachers who are explaining these things so we are not focusing on that content. Do you think we should ?
@@TheSchoolOfSports oh, you actually care for reviews :D Yesterday i realized that i don't know how to be entertained as i used to focus only on functionality and goals, disregarding attention and everything which doesn't add tangible results to my life. Your video about entertainment was on the top of the search results and watching your video my mind was COMPLETELY blown away. The stupid simple video made me watch it with open mouth and i was able to comprehend everything you said as my monkey mind was occupied with the ridiculous animations. (Which, to be completely honest, is a rare thing nowadays. Other "gurus" might talk about one thing for so long that the actual message gets lost.) You pointed at something and instead of your finger, i looked at "it". Reminds me of the time when i learned about things which i can and cannot manifest, this friend of mine explained it by drawing 3 stick figures on a sheet of paper. No mystical BS, no hazy/ambiguous message, just you talking to my inner child. Should you make more videos like this? Maybe. More importantly, Is life really THIS simple? How to fit the 5 vajus in this pranayam. How do the right exercises for beginners or someone who already worked with deep breathing and the chi concept in martial arts? I am stuck in my advancement.
I am new to this, however, I would like to know more...maybe you could help this beginner with what and how to do these techniques to help me with my chacras! I am trying to open and activate my higher self to advance to 5D
I am not sure how to go to 5D but I can certainly share something related to pranayama ruclips.net/video/395ZloN4Rr8/видео.html&ab_channel=VENTUNOYOGAVENTUNOYOGA
Thanks for the informative video. I am not able to concentrate mentally while doing assan and pranayam. My mind wanders here and there. Do I still get benefits by doing yoga??
In my experience assan and pranayam are there to calm the mind. When I start aasan and pranayam mind is scattered, but at the end of it mind calms down and then I go into meditation.
I’m really tired of my face. If I do this everyday with the intention to get better looking eyes and skin (look healthy and young) is it possible? I want to feel better and look better, not sick and tired
I'm just curious can everyone harness prana and create like energy balls between their hands???. I've been able to feel a magnetic force between my hands and sometimes it looks like there's wind or static in a ball shape. I wanted to ask you all can everyone do this and how do we control this energy?
There is so much more happening in the universe than what we normally perceive. We are floating in a space filled with energy. Please talk to experienced meditators/organizations and they would be able to help you.
Thanks for your video I watched your video by seeing the headlines and but still I am confused how pranayama actually works. Just by breathing all this magic happens... please reply.. thank you
Indeed brother. Breathing is very powerful, but unfortunately it's not taught in school. Think about it: what's the difference between alive and dead? Breath What was the first act of your life? Breath in What will be last act of life? Breath out Breathing is very powerful! To learn pranayama you can check out baba ramdev or sri sri ravi sankar or sadguru. There might be many other organizations that can teach pranayama, but I have explored these 3 and they are very good.

1st. Chi is a chines word for Prana. just as meridians are chines word for Nadis. 2nd. Chakra means a weal and it is essentially the point where 2 or more nadis meet/cross. According to Yoga there are 72000 Nadis and 114 Chakras, 112 being in the physical body. 3rd. source of Prana on this Earth is Sun. the breath is not the source - it is a vehicle, through which Prana is distributed. 4th. blame all emotional and psychological problems on prana blockages in nadis is false. it plays a role, yes, but it is way more complex than just that. 5th. what Patanjali is saying is - control of your Prana is Pranayam. the way to do it - use your breath. 6th. your benefits are just a side effects. real benefit is taking control of your energies and balancing different Vayus, awakening Kundalini Shakti and much more. One such significant more is - now you are ready for Pratyahara. 7th. what you call types of Pranayama are just different breathing exercises, nothing more and nothing less. they are great, but they are not types of Pranayama. there are no types of Pranayama, but if you need to categories - then there is active and passive approach. you start with active(breathing exercises) and you progress to passive (observing) which is superior. In fact, you start with both, just that doing things is easier, then just staying aside and observing. Here is a nice paradox - gaining an absolute control over your Prana, you need to let go of any kind of control over your Prana. summary: not the first and not the last misunderstanding of Pranayama Sadhana as prescribed by Patanjali. but seeing the false and failed descriptions helps me to focus on what is the essence of such practices. So, in a way, I'm thankful.
