Dude this was the best video for this topic. So many guys just did overall triceps video but this is fully concentrated on lateral head and boy it seriously works too. This has only been the second week of me changing my entire triceps routine as I had a poor lateral head development. I can already see the side of my arms protruding a bit when I stand normally with hands to the side bcoz of the growth in the lateral head. Thank you
