hi my name is Jerry am a Turn 60 in October. and I like the way that you explained how to get results on one's muscles. like you said it once there's a lot of people with lots of opinions on how to do exercise I seen a lot of people on RUclips like you say thay do wrong exercises but seen I been see you I have improved a lot the thing is the others thay like to talk a lot and less explanation to do. you explain more and how to do it.
thank you very much and I'll keep on washing what's your doing keep up the good work.

I learnt about mind muscle connection from you. It was from your dumbbell row video and ever since then I haven't given a shit about the number of pounds I'm lifting. You changed my attitude to building muscle and things are going better than ever. No more cheat pullups wondering one month later why my biceps are burnt out and why my back isn't any stronger. Don't be insecure about the size of your lift. Not only is it immaterial, but even if it werent, no body can tell outside the gym.

I stopped doing overhead tricep extensions to target the long head due to one simple demonstration. If you hold you arm overhead with no weight and flex the tricep, I find the tricep doesn't contract very well. However if I have shoulder extension and flex like in a side tricep pose both the long and lateral heads can deeply contract. I would still include overhead work but as a finisher to stretch the tricep.

Maybe could you provide some insight into your personal training or routines for the body parts you talk about? Hypertrophy vs. strength training, free weights/resistance bands, drop sets/super sets.
People's bodies react differently to different forms of training. Recently, I've found my body responds well to light amounts of strength training combined with intensive hypertrophy, especially with resistance bands for contraction in the final quarter of exercises. I'm curious what works for you. Love your channel, keep it up💪🏻
