Just discovered your videos…learning the right way to build muscle. Now it’s all about lighter weights, better technique & more intensity!
Would be awesome to see a video like this for the other 4 days of the split too!
Thanks James.
Love working out with our kids! Good job!
Is that his son?
Hi James
when is the next workout series coming? The Frank Zane series was great! I'm looking forward to a new one. Maybe Dorian Yates style?
when I got into weight lifting my machismo prevented me from asking someone for help or to try and hire a trainer. This dude is avoiding a ton of disappointment and potential injury by seeking guidance from a pro.
Have you shown him the Gironda curls yet? I bet he will love/hate them!
Love the videos with your son man! Odd question but where do you get your gym shorts?
Honestly I just try random brands from Amazon.
What's that attachment called that you used for Tricep push downs? I want to look it up on Amazon. Thanks for the video! Great stuff as always.

Im a bit disappointed. Bought his resistance bands with no workout to follow. Emailed them and still no response.
Hey my friend. What’s the first name and last name on the order so that I can have CS track down your email and get you set up.
My only question, and it's an obvious one, is that if bands can build muscle as effectively as free weights and do it with minimal stress on the joints then why not train your son using bands? The only conclusion that I can draw is that while bandswork, they are not as efficient as free weights in a real world application. No?
Hey my friend. No, the answer is actually more simple. He’s a teenager and wants to lift weights. Although he likes bands for certain moves, and acknowledges that he gets an awesome workout with them, he still wants to go old school with the iron. I get it. As a teenager I’d probably feel the same.
