it's not that she's miserable, it's that she's used to people bending over backwards. Some of the most vindictive, childish, and petty people I've met have been high-flying doctors, lawyers, engineers etc (must stress not all people in these professions act like this). Some peoples' egos are so big they just cannot take a lesser person crossing them. For instance, one of my friends married a surgeon. He was a nice guy but then he finished his training to become a consultant. Now everyday at work the operating theatre would be setup for him, staff would wait for him, and when he finished surgery staff would clear up after him. Some people don't let it get to their head but not this guy. He became insufferable. He wasn't miserable, but would literally get angry if anyone disagreed with him on anything at dinner parties, would never clean up after himself, and would just not consider anyone else. That work environment turned him into a horrible person to be around.

They probably expected that Kelly's explanation of "they were planted there" would be disregarded as that probably happens in 99.99% of cases, I'm sure they don't investigate further in many cases. As for the son, it's reasonable to believe he was probably spoiled, based on the wealth and the coddling behaviour of the mother, this kind of privilege has an amplifying effect on injustices that those without such privilege may perceive to be insignificant.

(1) she told me she was Native American. Given her appearance I found this to be unusual. Not that someone who is very blond and blue eyed cannot be Native American. They definitely can be. But, now knowing that Jill struggles with the truth I wonder if she in fact is part Native. (2) I one time asked her how was her break and she told me that she was running at her local high school track and someone attacked her and beat the sh^t out of her and she spent the break getting reconstructive surgery. I was horrified. But at the same time I was amazed that she looked exactly the same as before and I couldn’t see any damage to her face or anything that would indicate she was the victim of a violent crime. I’m wondering if anything she said was the truth.

I was married to a narcissist like Jill for 30 years. It was a nightmare. The story about Jill raising hell about a trivial and contrived “incident” that involved her precious spoiled brat is similar to the behavior of my ex. Her narcissistic “mission” was to protect her illustrious offspring from all insult, no matter how badly they misbehaved. I finally “ghosted” my ex but refrained from pursuing a divorce for fear of her vindictiveness, not to mention the notorious anti-husband policies of California divorce courts. The stinking California law assumes that women always tell the gospel truth, and men are always monsters. I have no doubt that my narcissistic ex would be capable of similar mischief, and I have no desire to ever get married again, and thereby volunteer to become a victim of perverse government policy. Thank God the police acted with reason and restraint in this particular situation. May Jill rot for all eternity in the company of my ex wife and others of their ilk.

I don't think there's enough emphasis put on that the fact that a school locked a child out, and then afterwards blamed the child and didn't care.
I would freak the hell out. Today is not like when I was a kid. It's a lot more dangerous and kids aren't as autonomous as they were. Therefore they are not psychologically equipped to be locked out of safety and be on their own when they've learned about kidnappings and school shootings on a daily basis. Etc.
That doesn't mean these fruitcakes were anywhere within their rights to plant drugs or any of the other sociopathic actions. It's extreme overkill.

Just when I think I’ve seen stupidity beyond measure, the parameters expand. The worst thing about this couple is that they are educated, healthy, attractive, affluent, and live in one of the most beautiful areas of the world; but anything outside their immediate wants, is non-existent.
I lived in Orange County for 25 years, and I encountered a shockingly large population of such people. As a high school teacher, I met many, many people that lived there their entire lives, and never left, beyond an occasional trek to LA or San Diego. It’s a people-group of Californians that have never been to San Francisco! But they can afford to go anywhere they want! To me this is mind-boggling. (Obviously there are millions of terrific people in Orange County as well.) However, the group I’m highlighting is a population of people who have never experienced places in the world that aren’t extremely wealthy…let alone “average”. In my personal observations, I felt that, rather than generosity, the easy lifestyle promoted dissatisfaction and exaggerated entitlement. Maybe I’m being too harsh. We are programmed to think it’s necessary to “move up” and “get more stuff”. Perhaps they are frustrated because they can’t find anything better.😂

Jill turned out to be Kent's worst nightmare from every perspective! I'm certain he regrets the day he ever met her. She no doubt threatened and coerced him into her scheme of unfounded revenge. It's amazing how easy it is for devious people like Jill, devoid of a conscience to obtain a false restraining order against an innocent person. It's a travesty to be framed falsely. Kelli deserves what she has been awarded for her pain and suffering and for the attempted tarnishing of her name.

@dissidentfairy4264 Kelly may have won a financial judgement against the Easters, but in a lot of cases the "justice" system does little to see that the victim receives the money! Take the OJ Simpson case for example. The Brown and Goldman families received very little money from Simpson! Another example of criminals getting away with their crimes by a lax "justice system" favoring criminals!!!

@@1959LP4U I completely agree. Corruption is everywhere. I've seen it in lower courts clear to Federal Court, to corruption in the Patent office. More recently I've dealt with corruption via USPS. "Losing" certified packages and falsifying time stamps, also handing intended recipient certified mail without having to sign for it. It's hard to trust any institution anymore.

Can you believe these people? Insanity. She damaged her son more by harassing people who were innocent. As if no one in the world will be able to be good enough for her son. He was late. He got locked out. Get over yourself. Seriously awful people. Jill and Kent thought they were above the law. Glad the law saw through their baloney. Jill needs therapy.

    • @empyreuma

Therapy would be a waste of time - these people are so entitled & detached & are exactly the type that prosper in modern societies where everyone is dehumanised by governments & their minions which of course lawyers are
Incredibly the police officer was not crooked or easily fooled & actually followed through enough to see an innocent person clear their name
There was no justice here & the punishment needed to be financial compensation & ongoing public humiliation
I do not feel sorry for the son, he's the product of a spineless man & an egotistical tyrant & has probably benefited from his parents examples of what not to grow up to be .... plus they showed him how skewed & unfair life is, especially if you just try to be a decent person
The son had free tuition in life - how to ruin lives & how inadequate & unjust the legal system generally is.....
It's probably better he became aware of his parents true colours while he still has time to disown them & cut off ties with them

Dr Grande has it all wrong! Jill was offended at the emotional duress foisted upon her child. In one of the most epic “hold my beer” moments in written history she put her kid into a lifetime subscription to therapy, had an affair with a fireman (probably because the mailman was busy), called her side piece her “love ninja”, forcing the court to read those foul words aloud, she got her husband to use the ol’ “I’m just a cuckolded sniveling emasculated pile of flesh because I have no spine” publically as a defense, she made the family poor, and then when they were able to reclaim their child after jail, they got a divorce. Getting the last laugh Jill got to yell “that’s how you emotional duress..BITCH!”
