- Drugstore makeup favorites of the moment (and some must nots, too!)! I recently discovered a $4 eyeshadow palette that is AMAZING, tested out false eyelashes that attach with only WATER … yep, ya heard me right, discovered some pastel eyeliners with a pigment that will blow your mind and found some other awesome makeup goodies, too.

I like to decorate for Christmas on Black Friday! Not before Thanksgiving but right after 😄🎄
Profusion $5 palettes and Rimmels 25 hour foundation with a pump and red cap.
Profusion is amazing quality, I bought a palette thinking I will end up throwing it out but the mattes were as buttery as ABH and it lasted all day which is usually why I never buy drugstore make-up as goes on great but disappears after an hour on the lids.
I'm with you. It's not Christmas yet it's not time to decorate.

Thanksgiving and the Fourth of July have been my favorites for so many years. They both remind me of my dad and his love for both of them. He was so involved in them and they were holidays always centered around family, food, fun, friends and, ultimately...thankfulness.❤💯

Its the same here in England. Yesterday evening out walking the dog with my daughter we noticed how many homes had decorations out weeks earlier than usual. I think people want to cheer things up during our second lockdown.
When have white tree and but Thanksgiving colors in leaves on our tree and then they get swapped out on Black Friday to Christmas colors and Christmas ornaments

L’Oréal h.i.p. eyeshadow duos. That was 10+ years ago. I remember having them lined up in my makeup collection in my apartment.
Omg I remember those. I used to have a dozen of them!
I loved those. The blue, red, and pink were my favorites. They were so unique with their coloration and how pigmented they were.
I remember those , the H.I.P collection from L’Oréal . I had one or two them , I had a “ Gunmetal “ and one with Brown and Pink . They were seriously awesome. I miss those . You might still try eBay to find them . I used the gunmetal a lot , it really brought a totally different look to my blue eyes.
I still use some that I’ve just unsealed 😬

I love Thanksgiving so much. Can't even think of Christmas till the day later.
That double brush is cool! I like it isn’t double ended because I never know what to do with those, I don’t want one end standing on the brush so it goes in a drawer and never gets used! So that with the brush inside the other is so cool!

I think most of us felt like we were doing a solid for the children. Since the kids are home from school we were trying to keep them excited and entertained. So people with artificial trees drug them out of storage early. Right after Halloween. And set them up so the kids would start having something to look forward to in wouldn't be so bored. But I agree with you zabrena. It wasn't quite time for the pumpkins to go away yet. I still have pumpkins all sitting out on my patio and in my dining room. It's just the single Christmas tree sitting in the living room is the only Christmas decor I have up yet. And that's for the kids :-)

I put Christmas decor up so we can enjoy it on Thanksgiving!! It's something my great aunt used to do. She'd invite everyone over to her house when I was a kid and I always will remember her Christmas decorations. Lots of great memories.

Eyelure makes pre-glued lashes with the adhesive already on them. I got a pair to try and they surprised me! I wore them on a night out (last year, before this pandemic mess), and they stayed put all night.

We would go cut down our tree then spend the rest of the day decorating it and the house. It's so ingrained in my head that decorating before that just feels wrong. Lol 😉

So then I wandered over to Five Below to check out all the cool makeuppy things they have and there it was! I was so excited! The matte "bare it all" Wet n Wild is a dupe for Charlotte Tilbury "very Vergara". It is a better quality lipstick than the CT one too 💄😍😍
I agree, I'm not a fan of the CT formula. Very disappointed, especially for the price!😬
