You make a lot of silk purses out of sow's ears on this channel, and it gives me a lot of inspiration for my builds. Love the color scheme on this bike for sure.
That's one of the parking lots at my old high school. The Seniors get to paint (or have painted) their parking spaces. It wasn't a thing when I was there 45 or so years ago.
I've been following your channel for a little over a year now, probably, and your style of bike builds really makes me want to put together something more old school. I'd really like to find an older Ritchey frame and go old school with the style.........26" wheels, rim brakes and whatever else. I haven't ridden a steel frame since I was a kid. Thanks for the ride follow up video, Randy! Take care and I hope you two have a fantastic week!
Yeah there's just something to building up these old bikes and in your own personal way... especially when it can be done on the cheap. Hope you get to do that. Thanks and you have a good week as well.
Sunset Yellow is good luck. Looks good, Randy. Rides well too I assume. Haven't pulled the trigger on a Wald rack yet, but that's the one I'll buy when I do. Take this bike on your next Colorado trip 🙂
Thanks. Yeah I really like the basket. Don't always use it but sure comes in handy when I need to. This bike doesn't have enough gears or braking power for Colorado lol.
Turned out sweet for rompin’ around. I have a couple 2 tree Univega’s including a Rover Sport in red haven’t built it up yet think it will be a fun one

lol that's an expression I haven't heard before. If I can be a bit of inspiration to someone, that's the best! Thanks!
Cool build. Keep'm coming. 👏👏
Thanks Roger! I need to make some room somehow for any possible future builds.
I love it when you ride over the fancy painted streets.

Its true what they say when you have the right tools you can make it work.
Cool bike and cool shot starting 6:00
Thanks! That's the local high school parking lot. Seniors get to paint (or have painted) their parking spots.

Thanks. Well that's cool. I don't see many Univega builds.
Nice video randy! Hope you're enjoying a good weather! I'm working on a build right now. Take care
Thanks Willie. Yes finally a little cooler temperatures. What are you working on?
Fab job as always👌
Thanks!
Love this one!
Thanks!
Go fetch that bike you passed and do that up??
If it'd been a 26" wheeled bike I probably would have.
