Often times I simply change the channel to look at more positive content, or open up my scrapbooks and journals. Awesome layout!!!

I have to limit my exposure to news. Often times everything is too much for me, too painful, and I can’t process it, so I avoid it. I think it makes me sound like someone who doesn’t care about what’s going on in the world, but it’s truly the opposite 😢
@@AurorasWindow I think it is because we care too much. I can't process that stuff either because I can't understand people's motivations to hurt each other. I get easily overwhelmed too.
