"The door seems to be stuck" happens when you close a door too many times in a short span of time. It was to stop people blocking access to shops such as Varrock General Store. I think it wouldn't be much of an issue nowadays though...
The door thing happens if someone spams the door, I think. It's to stop people spamming doors open/close to grief.

Might have been a UIM that sold those runes literally only reason ibcould imagine someone selling the runes besides some other restricted account
Honestly really looking forward to seeing what you've got in your bank when you finally unlock one. It's a pretty unique experience to be able to deposit loot into your bank but not see what you have in there for so long.
Name a more iconic duo than Ordo and hiccups. I suppose Order and "another one" might be more iconic...

If you include port phasmatys in your rolls, shouldn't you include the two docks in the elven lands as well? It feels a bit inconsistent this way. I'd personally not include docks that are quest locked until you can do the quest within your unlocked chunks. (Either way, do as you enjoy, I'll enjoy your series anyway, I'm just curious)

You know, you might have "different" rules from a lot of the other chunkers in regards to what chunks are unlockable via the charter ships, quest prereqs etc... but tbh that's a good thing. Variety is good for the content space for the game. As unique as every content creator is, there's only so much difference a person can make to the same grinds 10 other people have already done.
The iconic dreamscape, that was great.
The ending got a laugh out of me. Congratulations on the first step of hopefully a big journey.
You can log out in the maze, you can also hop to a ftp world to get more regular runes.
