MEGA WORK with the new graphics, great to see driver info before each heat, and it's great to finally have proper timing information to see the distance between the two cars and the colour coded timing sectors. THANKS! 👏🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Honestly, Lydden was already really fun, but this first day alone was a HUGE improvement. Amazing new graphics, great commentating and presenting, sick camera angles (especially that drone 🤤) and of course great racing. The only thing that is still missing for me is field depth. Having only two competitive supercars is a bit of a shame, and a few more Group E drivers also wouldn't hurt
The fact that megennis still has a ride shows that the most important thing is the dollar’s you bring with you. Only thing the dude ain’t hit so far is the track crew trucks
Not a fan of these electric cars. Just not the same rallycross experience. Motorsports need noise, revving, crackles, pops, turbos spooling , anti-lag etc.
I approve them atleast having their own group e class. Noiseless but incredible bottom end speed, torque and responsiveness of the drivers inputs can be appreciated to some degree
I like hearing the suspension, brakes, and tires doing the hard work that gets drowned out by engine noise. Also crazy to see the power in these machines, some day this will be the "group b" of e motorsports.
I had the same opinion but was fortunate enough to be at Lydden Hill for round 1... the racing is still the same and the cars make more noise than you think in person

I get why it's called Nitro RallyCross but i'm sorry but rally is not rally without the sound of the turbo and their engines

This keeps the aying field even so the racing is down to the drivers.
Plus they were purposefully designed and built to do the jumps etc for nitro
What happened subaru etc, the noise etc was what made it. The electric is terrible, killing motorsport.
