This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Colony Homes. The model for this home is the “A3M2106V”! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

The only pet peeve I have about this one is the closet for the master being inside the bathroom. I saw this feature on multiple homes when I went to look at manufactured housing and my brother, my mother, and myself all agreed that we didn't like it. Your clothes are more likely to get exposed to moisture and if you're using the bathroom, then your significant other might not be able to get to the closet depending on how your dynamic is.
Totally agree! I love watching Chance tour homes but I wouldn’t want my closet in my bathroom either. In fact, I didn’t even watch this video because ill look at the floor plan in the beginning and if the closet is in the bathroom I don’t bother to watch the rest of the video.
Can't stand that. Clothes can end up moist stank & moldy

Totally agree. I don't have a significant other but nonetheless I still don't like it. And I would prefer the laundry room be closer to the main bedroom. Just my preference.

And a small closet in there for my husband, and a big closet outside the bedroom, I’d be happy. I am always odd man out in the morning on Sunday when we all have to leave at the same time. He’s in the shower (we have a tiny master) and my daughter uses the hall bath. I shower at night but I still need to USE the bathroom, brush my teeth and put makeup on. I’m always working around them. 🤷🏻♀️ I can’t complain TOO much. My last house had one bathroom.
I like the size. I'm older and don't need to clean a huge house
I would love to have this up at the other end of our property !! Just perfect.
My ideal home would have a wall oven, a pantry, a good size laundry room, and a huge closet in the master bathroom.

Love the wall with TV seperating livingroom, just needs wood fireplace below TV too! This home has great storage and big bedrooms. Really great, love this home!

I love this floorplan for a couple or small family. The counter space and cabinets are generous. The wall dividing kitchen from the living area is just enough to break up the space a bit, but still retain an open, modern feel. Super tour!
Great Layout love the rear living rooms, utility sink in laundry. Need dbl sinks in Master Bath, perhaps a transit window in closet.
Love this home. Id prefer all white cabinetry myself.

I like this home. The simplicity of it
This house is a pretty color on the outside. I like the foyer with the coat closet, but the barn door must go. Cozy comfortable living room, all that's missing is a fireplace. Nice kitchen and utility room, but no pantry. I prefer the master suite separate from the guest bedrooms. Very large master closet. Beautiful master shower but it needs a seat.
I really like this. It’s very much like a home I had before I moved to Colorado
I live in ny state so it's nice to see something I can get here.
Love the layout of this house, I would want two sinks in the primary ensuite as well a tub...
I actually like this one I wish the house was a little bit larger so the living room could be a bigger and I'm not a big fan of having the closet and the bathroom but I do like having the furnace and the water heater and the laundry room in case if it leaks that's fantastic

Nice home!! I was surprised that it's kinda compact inside and no master bathtub also wish the Master was not by the other bedrms but I still really like it.

Love the low profile step in shower. But disapointed that there was not a private water closet . Overall, it was very nice home though
I live in a mobile home and I wish the air vents were in the ceilings. Would like that for a future home
First I really lijed the color if the dxterior of the hiuse. I'm considering a similar color for my house. I also lijed the initial cl9set and wish mire manufactured homes considered barn 9r pocjet doors. I am not a fan of carpet ever...lol, but I did enjiy this house. Glad you got a chance tour it.
Probably one of the prettiest I've seen in some time...missing some things for me but looks perfect for someone I know😅
This layout doesn’t scream mobile or modular. It looks like a regular house and that makes it much more appealing. It’s not the same old set up. You can tell there was thought put into it. What I would have added if I was getting this model is a transom window in the bathroom and the master closet off the bathroom would have to change. I don’t want moisture near clothing. I know where my cat would be most of the time, under the bathroom sinks napping in those cubbies 😂
Those are called lookin at towels..lol When my ex was mad at me...he USED my lookin at towels!🤨😂 Very nice home!
Weird place for the tv. rest of the home looks amazing.
I really like this home. I know Clayton Homes are well built and if you have had more time you could have shown the great wood they use at the marriage line. Too bad you didn't have much time.

I absolutely really love this place. This would make it great for someone starting out with a child. My favorite part is the way it separated with that accent wall and built-in. I also love how the island is set up in the kitchen.

All thos extra cabinets in the dining area would be perfect for homeschoolers to have a place to put things away, or no homeschoolers use it for pantry stuff since there isn't a pantry. I just love lost of cabinetsx drawers. I think that coat closet when you come in is great as it is bigger than usual. Hate that barn door though. I like this house. It has what a couple with a couple of kids need without heading to bankruptcy at least I hope not, I haven't seen the price yet.c I just figure it is cheaper than a 2000+sq.ft. house.

I like the floor plan..just wish there were double vanities in the bathroom. Wire racks in closets and pantry are my pet peeves.

Love the outside colors and layout of the inside, I would prefer white Cabinets throughout w/butcher block countertops and no carpet. Overall I would give it 8 1/2 out of 10

Nice plan overall but, there are a couple of things I would change, based on the plan by the front door. First, I would flip the stars so that the door is in the Great Room in that closed box. Then on the hall side, I would add a linen closet as there is no storage in the hall or in the hall bath. Secondly, in the kitchen, I would convert the cabinets opposite the end of the sink peninsula into a row of pantry cabinets as there is no walk-in pantry.

Could you please tell us when your telling us about the price of a home to start including if the home comes with all furniture and decorations that's in the home, we already know about the appliances, It would adjust the price of the house. I do like this but who is gonna shimmy around the dining table to get out of the sliding back door? No room between the table and slider. Maybe just a window and put a door between where the slider and sofa is. Other than that i really like this one!
How can you have steps going to a basement on a doublewide, would not the steel framing prevent this?

No matter how lovely the homes are, I do not like vents in the floor.
I absolutely LOVE the floor plan, but the floor vents out in the natural walking lanes…….. WHY?!? Take a page from high-end RV’s and learn how to get them out of the way, please. It would be just as easy to install ceiling vents. I would not order mine with carpet, but that’s a personal choice. The floor vents, however, collect debris, hurt little feet (and mine too) when walking over them, and dictates furniture placement. I realize that some people may trivialize this suggestion as ‘not needed’ and if we are talking life or death, then I would agree. In this scenario, I would argue that if you have a cleaner and better user experience option, then why would you not take it? Just my two cents’ worth.

No. I don’t care for this home. The kitchen cabinets are too dark and the main bedroom closet inside the bathroom just won’t work at all.
