This mobile home is very nice and to this day is still one of my favorite houses! The manufacturer for this house is Franklin Homes. The model for this home is the "Woodland." This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has roughly 2,400 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.

We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Love a kitchen in the front of the home. Something about it just hits right
One of my favorites. Really like the wall ovens. Good utility room. Main bathroom/closet is great. Just needs a secondary linen closet and a coat closet.
I love this!! I love that you can come in from the outside into the utility room to the closet to the bathroom and right on to the main bedroom! That’s great for when you’ve finished working or yard word or whatever and can strip and go straight to the shower!
This is the layout for a new home that we have been looking for and we need 2 offices and I love that one of the 3 bedrooms (not the main bedroom) is larger than the other 2 for our kiddo to grow into with his own bathroom!
Seriously this fits our needs and we don’t have to make a whole new house plan to get the layout we need. Thank you!
Gorgeous home. Love the exterior colors and all the stone inside and outside. Just too big for the two of us, but still beautiful.

This home is absolutely beautiful. I love all the colors of the flooring ,the kitchen counters and cabinets.The master bedrooms closet is outstanding. This is my favorite out of all the homes you've shown. Love the 9 foot ceiling. 😊

This house is gorgeous!! The only negative for me is, that I do not have a designated area to build off of for my outdoor kitchen & patio/deck, we are big backyard entertainers. Also the utility room door will not work, because we will definitely have a garage unit attached to that area. But it is a gorgeous house, no doubt!!!

The only thing I would change is remove carpet and replace electric stove and fireplace for a gas stove and fireplace 😊😊😊 ….. You really outdid yourself with this one Chance!!😊😅😅 Thanks for bringing it back updated

I love the storage in that kitchen! All the bedrooms are a decent size. With four of them, I expected at least one to be small. Great master! Fantastic closet! This one is very special, Chance!

I just realized there is a lot of walking in kitchen, stove, sink, refrigerator, triangle walk around island. It is still a favorite.

80x30 is a big big house. That kitchen is to die for. All those drawers and that double sink is like wow. The only this is if you mount your tv above the fireplace, are there hookups in the bookcases for your electronics? Gee whiz a seat in the shower and a niche for soap and shampoo in the master bath. You're right. It's a really great house. Sizewise more than I personally need, but a great plan.
I really like this house especially the kitchen.
I love it the only thing I'd change is the skirting to the stone around the front door
This is a very good price for today. I really like this house, I hope I can keep working hard to buy one in 2 years

Love this home. I'm one of those people when I watch a video like this as to where I would place pieces of my furniture. First one I have seen that has space in the laundry room for an upright freezer. Love the kitchen. Lots of storage space. I'd change out the cooktop for a gas stove as I do a lot of canning. Also put in a gas fireplace. Carpet would have to go as I have allergies. ❤️
If you didn’t put a freezer in the alcove in the utility room, you could use it as a pantry

Question: Sense I'm used to following you on Chance's home world. Why the name change to Collier's Home World. That threw me for a loop. I almost didn't subscribe because I didn't know it was you. I just wondered why the change and is Collier your name instead of Chance? I'm happy you didn't give up the other channel. I was thinking Chance don't send videos on Monday lol. The kitchen is my favorite of all the many many homes I've viewed your channel. All those windows it would be an absolute pleasure to cook in this kitchen. The only thing that concerns me with this plan and a lot of others you show is that there is no back door in the kitchen. I know the front door is right around the corner for a quick exit and there is the other back door in the utility room across they way but once having a major fire in a kitchen tie escape route concerns me.
Mobile homes sadly are not built to HUD specifications which are usually Superior

I am just sorry, “NO PANTRY”, I wouldn’t even consider it. It is a beautiful home but no way.
These manufactured homes that can be built as a Modular are they just manufactured homes with Modular components? People better do their research because a home sold as a modular on a title will be listed as manufactured.
For that price I do better moving into a new home build from the ground starting at $250.000 in my area of Florence SC. Nice but not for that price tho . too over priced for a manufacture home they’re suppose to be cheaper but thats actually not true… I see actually ..But more , considering the new homes in my area that start at 250,000 for a 3br 2 bath living room, and dining room new home .
