The colour really makes these models pop! Now 3D resin printing is such a big thing, someone surely has to make some WoW buildings and scenery. Even if they don't actually call them that. You can tell the model sculptor lives in a part of the world that really has old buildings like these to use as inspiration - the stone and wood look really authentic. As a side note: the iron bars in the windows aren't iron bars but lead. In old times, windows were made from lots of individual small panes of glass that were made by hand. These were slotted together with strips of lead which has a sort of 'H' cross section. These are then soldered together to make a larger window. Very common in many parts of Europe, both in old houses and stained glass church windows etc.

If the roofs are tiled with ceramic, the color may be dictated by the color of available clay deposits nearby. For example, a town may be nearby to large deposits of red clay, and thus have red tiled roofs. It's possible to change the color of ceramic tiles by either mixing pigments into the clay or glazing it, prior to firing. So it might be that the leaders of a particular town (mayor, sheriff/shire reeve, local lord) might mandate a particular color for the tiles. Or it may be a product of local materials.
