1.5.0 - Lens mapping & RS232 port activation

Firmware update 1.5.0 (April 2021) adds lens mapping for explicit and configurable mapping of focus values. This provides a way to match the focus values shown on the lens with what is shown in feedback in the NEWTON controller. Another new feature is that the C2 controller now can communicate with the S2 head through the RS232 ports on both devices. This allows use of a wider range of radio modems or embedding the signal in another transmission system.
