I’ve been rerunning This Past Weekend from the first episode, and Theo has not changed despite how he has blown up. It is refreshing. I don’t care about famous people; but he feels like a friend. What a community this has grown to.

Honestly, Off Meds Theo is my favourite, I can feel his beingness come through his words and jokes a lot more. This was my favourite solo poddy in a while. A highlight for me was the “homo erratic” line

When my grandma passed a couple years back it was tough to deal with and for a few months I couldn’t really concentrate on anything, like I couldn’t sit and watch a movie id kinda just hear things instead of listen if that makes sense. You were the only person I could sit and actually listen to, I’d smoke a joint and just laugh till I’d fall asleep. Thank you for being you! 😂👍

I think Theo should cut the part where Strickland breaks down. I like Strickland, but I dont want to see his demons in a public setting. Personally, I would ask Strickland if he wants the footage and leave it solely on him on if he wants it release it or not. Hope Strickland and Theo develop and maintain a good relationship.

Christmas can be a tough time for most because we expect ourselves to feel joy. This would be particularly hard when you're coming off meds. Don't be afraid to take a small amount and taper down. You are doing well and bring a lot of joy to people, but I also appreciate how you are down to earth and can talk about serious things as well. You don't have to be the life of the party or making people laugh 24/7. Keep up the good work, and take it easy on yourself. Take stock of the good things you have done, and the positive memories you have made.

I definitely can relate to feeling emotionless on antidepressants… I had to stop taking them because they made me feel so flat and I wanted to start feeling again. Never apologize for the episode being all over the place… your work is very flow-of-consciousness and it gives us a glimpse into your mind .. and we love it. Gang gang Theo we love you!!!

Theo, it's okay to accept the way you feel or act in certain situations. You dont have to make the absolute most out of every interaction. The way you show up is enough. We know who you are, and so do you. Embrace yourself in the moments of discomfort and dont criticize yourself so much. You're always growing, and all those moments you dont like are part of that growth. Be good to youself brother.
