      兩邊都可以做,一齊伸展

    見過背脊椎側彎了?
    而這人是在背上書包後,就明顯的出現側彎了?
    在這人背後看到的是,有曲線的螺旋狀的啊?
    但一直都沒有醫治,當然,身體確實看到的,高低肩膀了?!

      脊柱側彎部份了很多種,有些比較簡單一種弧度,有些比較複雜三個弧度,所以要根據不同的情況來醫治。
