The reality is she decided to call it quits because (1) her ratings have crashed and (2) her "nice girl" persona has been damaged over allegations of staff mistreatment.
I think Ellen tried to be as honest as possible. Legit when she said the part about being oversensitive I believed that. She really does come across as someone who cares a lot what people think but doesn’t always understand what people think.
Why do you assume that she has been mean? I had my doubts before I saw this, but after many years, just because these allegations have come out recently, it doesn't mean they are true.
Of course she is. Anyone who has as much money as she does has to have at least a little bit of narcissism in them. She also married Portia who is 15 years younger than her, so that kind of shows where her head is at. I've personally never really liked her attitude and thought her being a CoverGirl was an absolute joke. Glad the truth came out, cause I'm sick of seeing her face.

I’m sorry but she failed to take any responsibility on the allegations about *her,* not just her staff. She removed all sense of ownership and accountability with the “255 staff members” speech.
If I had that many people working for me I probably wouldn’t know either because one it’s hard for people to speak out and the best thing that came out of the pandemic were people finally speaking up but all this was going on way before then, so I don’t think she failed I think she spoke her truth 🤷🏽♂️. Yes it’s her show but as a viewer I don’t blame her for not knowing because the things that came out are hard to speak about and I know from experience because I went through it in the army and tbh with the way my leadership was it was extremely tough speaking about it and when I did there was a whole investigation for over a year. But I didn’t blame my leadership either because there were so many soldiers in my company that did foul things And people were scared to talk about it but it doesn’t fall on my leaders because once I did speak up and others as well then they took the appropriate measures and I’m talking about everything from sexual assault to EO “Equal opportunity” complaints. So I feel as though she spoke her truth and there’s really nothing she could have done if she didn’t know. You can ask people are they ok or do they need to talk but at that point it’s on them to speak up because you can’t help if they don’t.
@@aleksandrabt9856 I think it’s the paycheck of a lifetime that kept some of her staff there, but most certainly not her personally. You can treat celebrities on your show with a big smile, welcoming attitude, awe and respect. But it's the way you treat those who are not the celebrities - the staff, all of the behind the scenes staff - that really shows your character.
Absolutely, but it's both actually. I mean trying to make Mariah admit she was pregnant in a vile way... and then Mariah ended up having a miscarriage. Absolutely disgusting.
250 employees. That is always done over supervisor. Wake up people. I am German and had it in Germany, in English speaking Countries in American companies. She didn't do anything. She can't control everything.
She was never gonna recover from all the allegations. The show was never gonna be the same now that everyone knows what was going on behind the scenes.

Well, she becomes the target because she is the boss and the buck stops with the boss. I admire her for being willing to be so honest and vulnerable. I think if she was mean to staff, she would come across as arrogant. She doesn’t.
Love how savannah confronts this narcissist about her scaring her guests and employees and let’s her know how she felt about it when they scared her. And this narcissist openly admits that she enjoys doing it because she thinks it’s fun and hilarious to mess around with people smh.
what kind of logic is that? if she can't handle the personal responsibility of the scandal, she would've endded her show THIS season. Not the next season. As she said.
It's also a great example of the privilege gap between men and women and how men are oppressed and women aren't. Despite the fact that mens issues are rarely talked about, Ellen claimed "everyday is international men's day".
She keeps brushing it off like it's somebody's fault when the allegations are all about her treating her staff badly. I guess that's really so hard to admit in real life. The truth hurts.
The allegations are mostly about the 3 producers that were already fired. They're not even close to "all about her". I'm not saying that to stand up for her or anything because I haven't really ever been a fan of hers but, I find it extremely annoying when people make sweeping generalizations or deliberately go overboard with statements. Its ridiculous.
250 employees, but the allegations were agains the guys at the top who were in touch with her if not on daily most likely on a weekly basis. Why deny your own responsibility and pretend that she was clueless! The worst approach, that guarantees she will not recover
She's not taking responsibility for any of the allegations or acknowledging she may have done wrong.another celebrity narcissist who blames everyone else but acts like they're perfect
I disagree. She has done so much good that whatever the incidents were - I don't believe she knew about them. She's got people in charge who were hired to do a job and manage the 255 people. There are a lot of a-holes in the world and workplace who get bitter and jealous and cause trouble. The world and social media can be so cruel and just want to tear successful people down. I also think she has taken responsibility and has cleaned up her work environment. I think most work environments in Hollywood at that level probably need to be cleaned up.
Why is no one blaming Warner Brothers HR. They should of been taking care of these issues. These were not Ellen’s employees they were Warner Brothers employees.
@@vickij8417 Also she doesn’t employ the 250 people. They are all Warner Brothers employees. Warner should get all of the blame. @@zoot40n Agreed - but regardless, Ellen has a LONG track record of giving back to the community. She has shown her heart and her true self countless times, and she has also admitted that like ALL of us that most of us aren't always in a good mood. She's a BUSY person with a lot going on and I'm sure many of the employees want her direct attention, but most A-list type celebs are going to have people constantly wanting their attention. This whole thing is b.s. Just so tired of watching the media stir up hate and the bullying that social media has created. There is a lot of evil in this world to throw stones at the good people just seems pathetic. No one is perfect, but Ellen is not out to hurt anyone. She genuinely did want to use her platform to spread kindness. This doesn't mean that everyone in her life is going to agree with her and like her, just like all of us. Ugh. Just sad to constantly feel the negativity and hate around us each day, especially in the media and social media.
Perfect illustration of ’treat people the way you want to be treated’. Imagine if she had treated her staff the way she treated many of her celebrities. This would have never happened.
She is failing to acknowledge that many other people accused her of bad treatment, not just her staff. Too many people came forward so I doubt there was no truth to it. But the show itself was great.
Having three college buds that work on the production, there was tension, but not from Ellen. Those producers and certain supervisors were let go due to the hostile environment they created.
I was told 13 years ago by people who worked on her set, many of the things people claimed. No looking at her, speaking to her etc. She's a B, plain and simple.
It wasn’t just people from the show though. A former bodyguard said she didn’t even acknowledge his existence, a waitress said Ellen tried to get her fired bc she had chipped nail polish while serving her, her former housemaids said she would purposely hide things in obscure places to check they were cleaning every corner and they would go crazy trying to do so, etc. There have been rumors that for YEARS that she’s not very nice to “the little people”. Too many random stories to be orchestrated. Now she’s trying to play victim. But people don’t like a phony. You can’t sign off your show telling us to “be kind to one another” and then do the opposite.
“Too many people”. What people? Seriously, there were no first and last names EVER, they were just rumors, and MOST of those clips showing her being “rude” or whatever, were taken out of context for the most part. If someone can’t proof what they are saying of someone else, they’re just rumors. Gossiping, and you fell into the trap.
Gahhhh I'm only 4 minutes in and I'm already cringing!! Very awkward vibes between these two...I mean Ellen's already awkward as a person, throw Savannah at her and holy crappppp...idk if I can handle the end if you said it gets more cringey!!!
I always find it hard to trust those who absolutely want to be seen as kind, empathetic and close to people. I find it weird that they need to convince the audience by saying it over and over.
My heart is so broken that she's Ending Her Show. My Whole life i wanted to be able to come on the show. But now its too late.. This sucks. But I hope she has more good things coming towards her.
One thing I have learned is that the big wigs should have meetings with employees without their immediate supervisors present to ensure they are happy and being treated right.
You know that the Ellen Show is not wholly owned by Ellen. All of the employees work for and are employed by Warner Brothers not Ellen. Warner HR should of taken all of the blame. It’s their supervisors and managers that created a toxic work environment. Ellen is just a host of a Warner Brothers talk show.
it's been that way at every place i worked. try it and you'll see why people don't do that. if you complain about a supervisor or other coworker, you have to be certain that you are more valuable and less replaceable than the person you are complaining about. because that person will never be punished or let go, unless they did something really bad (criminal) and you have hard proof.
Surely there must be a HR dept. If you have a problem at work, you go and see them. At least, that's what I would do. Alot of these allegations don't sound true to me
She's human and as women we are always expected to be perfect. However, she has done so much good in the world yet the negative is always what is spoken the loudest. I focus on the good she has done and know that she does not have to be perfect. Congratulations Ellen on your career, your show, and on not retreating!
I agree, she did a lots of things and a lot of kind stuff to people, she is wrong about treating her staffs in a bad way and she needs to take responsibility, but i hope people also realize that she also did kindness in world, shes also a human who makes mistakes and has a secrets
can you give a list of what real good she did during the time of her show? you mention the world? it was just a business,,, she donated from companies that were paying her,,, which is why she mention the name of the donor ,,, is that doing good to the world or to help someone?
Her jittery shrugging and darting eyeballs when she starts talking about the allegations says a lot....if you're so kind you don't need to constantly try to remind people.
Is it just me or was Savannah trying desperately to be as sweet as can be to get Ellen to be nicer but Ellen didn’t budge she kept the attitude the whole time. I felt so bad for Savannah. Was that just me or did anybody else feel that way?
@Allison H OK watch again and just listen when Savannah asked her about retiring after 20 years and Ellen shares her attitude about retiring at 19. That’s what I’m hearing 🙈
Wow, she takes no accountability. The allegations were about you Ellen. She trying to place the blame on her staff. She was the one who treated people like crap. And was the toxic person. Nobody is out to get Ellen for any other reason. It’s not weird that all the allegations come at once. It usually takes a brave person to speak out first. She’s delusional.
Just SHUT UP. You people are so ungrateful. May be she is really innocent. I will remember her as someone who gave us years of entertainment, made us laugh for years.
Because a pretty smile is needed/expected to be pretty, comforting and likable, especially for women. So like habit, she is partially a performer along with interviewers.
I don’t know how she expects people to tell her what the problem is when she tells her staff not to look her in the eye or don’t speak to her. She is not taking responsibility she just deflects to “those people are out to get me, they are the villain, not me” it’s hard to feel bad for someone like that.
A lot of people are like her, they just want to do the bare minimum amount of work. She uses the excuse that she could not have known. the funny thing is i worked for places that had a lot of hostile behavior and the policy was a zero tolerance, but the zero tolerance was if you complain, you're out. There were lawsuits filed and the company always seemed to lose them. But they did not care.
Actually, I personally think there’s a different angle to this. Power? Yes! But also imagine being famous and people are just allowed to stop you and ask or say anything anytime they want. Of course she’d ask not to be bothered but that does not stop one from going to her and saying something’s happening that might not know.

I prefer a world honesty, where we are honest, we know and understand each other, and use that honesty to embrace our differences so we can live in harmony with each other. @@dawsonnagel1606 Don’t come to the comments telling people to use their brain because you want to spin this into some false narrative. If you can’t have a conversation by all means exit stage left. So as I said it’s not true. If you don’t want to comprehend and believe that , then that’s your problem. If it was the allegations then she’d either have not returned as she said or the network would have pulled it which was not the case seeing as it’s still going to be here for another year. Oh and incase you need more clarification my Aunt works with her staff on that show so best believe I do know exactly what I’m talking about. Just because a show has good ratings mean nothing. All things at some point must come to an end. I do hope you didn’t think she’d be sitting there until she dies. Because that’s ignorant thinking.
@@Itzquann why do you think Larry king hosted his talk show until he died? Because it was successful and went along without a hitch. Why did Alex trebek host jeopardy until he died? Am I still ignorant or are you wrong? If Ellen didn’t come back to the show or they cancelled it, it would have led people to believe the allegations were fact. Therefore she had to come back to assure people that everything was fine. That’s called damage control. It didn’t work, however, and people knew something was fishy. So they finally decided to end it. Like I said, use your brain. Who can’t comprehend things now? I don’t mean to be rude, but I can’t believe you’re defending Ellen when so many people have come forward, and given her “wonderful, giving personality” it’s hard not to take the allegations seriously.
“Everyone who comes to my show says it’s an happy environment.” Well everyone who visits New York thinks is amazing to live in, until you live there and try to survive without millions in assets.
@Moses Matsepane I would not call it bad! But it was multilayered experience that is not for everyone. It depends what kind of situation you are in, obviously if you grow up there is different than if you come from abroad not knowing anyone. If you survive NY you can definitely try other cities too :)
New York City is fantastically expensive to live in, but is uncannily easy to get used to. There are cities bigger than NYC that are cheaper to live in, but I’d choose NYC over Mexico City or São Paulo any day.
I don’t think she was awkward. Savannah is known for being tough. I think she read the room and recognized that Ellen had to start over 20 years ago. Ellen’s seeing the consequences of going as hard as she did. Savannah didn’t need to go in on her as if she was someone else. There’s were several moments where Savannah subtly dogged Ellen but did it…comedically? Maybe Ellen was awkward and Savannah worked with that? If she wasn’t “awkward” whatever that is to you, this interview wouldn’t have happened.
She was SO defensive here. Her saying it as if 19 seasons were the plan all along, while also saying explicitly that it was news to her. Her kept saying there were 250 people and she couldn't have known anything. She does realize, for example, many teachers handle that amount of students? Her saying it as if there's some kind of grand conspiracy to cancel her.
One teacher handles at its maximum 15-20 students. See, the different departments with different bosses/leaders, you could view as different classes. Ellen wasn't the boss of all the 255 employees, not even close, that's basically impossible for one person to handle. Cut her some slack. For different departments there were different leaders. Ellen isn't even the main boss of the show, this is a HUGE production. So l can see how it would be hard for her to know how everyone of those 255 people are doing, especially since it wasn't her area. It's as if you were to blame the founder of McDonald's for a restaurant that isn't even in his country. He created McDonald's, but then every McDonald's place has their own manager. Basically how the show worked as well.
Obviously you've never managed that many people before. Or have even been staffed for it. So much can go on under the radar of superiors. Idk what the situation is, but for her to not know out of that many people is definitely within the realm of possibility.
I like scaring ppl myself, it's fun. I used to have a reputation at work for it😂 they would just try to get me back, but I don't do it nearly as much anymore Maybe it's an Aquarius thing🤷🏼♂️
the entire entertainment industry is highly toxic. i doubt her workplace was any more or less toxic than the other talk shows. that's the major problem. and I guarantee you she was in her own little glass cage and it would have been insanely difficult if not impossible for any employees to get a meeting with her. there are HR Departments. Head of HR -- where is he/she? They should be held responsible. Ellen's name is on the door, but she's like the Lead Actor. She has a team of Executive Producers, show runners, she's in hair make up, wardrobe fittings, pixar movies to voice, there's a staff of Ellen show writers, there are rehearsals, there are promos, meetings, consults, collaborations. It is totally believable that she would have no idea about the culture of the studio. She was outside the culture. Departments upon Departments. And of course she doesn't have the time to meet everyone, are you kidding? That's why she has Managers, Producers, Supervisors, HR Department. Hold them responsible. The studios pay Ellen. The studio pays the crew. The studio signs the paychecks. Ellen doesn't sign the paychecks.
Ellen has changed thousands of lives, emotionally and financially. All of the people saying nasty things on here can never imagine to do the kind things she has done.
I’ve been an Ellen fan since she was first on tv with her comedy Show. But she has to answer for a serious toxic work environment and that has caused her to have to end her Show. Numerous staff members, both currently and previously employed by the show, made allegations of sexual misconduct, racism and bullying taking place.
@@KS-hi8vi the toxic work environment was not “caused” by her, if you read the real stories. She was literally her own corporation. Yes, there are way to handle your own corporation, she could have handled hers differently, but was the “toxic” work environment on her- no.

Totally agree Connie. I work in Hollywood right now and toxic work environment is so common in the industry. And the host of a show is so far removed to, let’s say the production assistant, that even if she’s not the one causing the toxicity, she’s so pompous and rich that she’s not even going to even think to be involved at such a low level. I’m not saying rich people don’t have emotional vulnerability like they talked about, but she has the ability to at least become aware of those allegations and take care of it as a leader.

It's almost as if she tries to hold herself to a high standard. Imagine a world where someone would feel they had to do that in order to fail moderately....smh
There was a lot of chatter in this video leading up to the important discussion about Ellen's toxic work environment. If I hadn't seen, in person, Ellen's atrocious behavior towards a few fans at a Hollywood party a couple of years ago, I might believe what she says in her defense. She seems incredibly unselfaware.
This was a great interview. Savannah asked all the right questions and delivered them in such a way that landed on Ellen to respond well.....tbh, pushing Ellen on elaborating on the scandal allegations takes a certain poise. Ellen does not historically respond well to accusations....I also believe that those allegations had everything to do with her pulling the trigger on ending the show. Things like this have their run...What's that quote? Something like die a hero before you die a villain?....It's time.
I remember 15 years ago, there was an article in a magazine about her. They wrote how bad she can be on the set and how she rudely yells at her staff. I thought it was just a gossip and that the magazine wanted to put her down on purpose. Now I see it was all true!
Unless you personally know Ellen DG, you have absolutely no idea whether any of this nasty gossip is true or not. The hateful rumors are mostly based on a take-down piece from The Daily Beast, today's equivalent of the National Enquirer.
I really do like Ellen, but I have a hard time believing that she just had no idea. I get that there’s more than 250 people, but that’s not THAT many people to have no idea about what was happening. And when she said I wish I had gone to each group and said hello. That’s a very basic thing that many bosses do at bigger companies. I don’t know. I do wish her the best. She has done so much good for so many.
See I feel like it’s not the sort of thing that is obvious so it is actually believable that she didn’t know. Like, I think it’s more of a discrete thing that goes on
@Qasar 501 The fact that so many producers were fired because of their behaviour to me proves that they were more so the problem than anything that they were the ones that perpetuated a toxic culture more than anyone. Yes she is the boss but really she is the talent and it’s not up to her and it’s not her job description to manage the daily operations of the show. I can definitely see areas where she contributed to the culture and where she has lacked consideration of how her actions negatively impact others on the job.
It's hard to believe she was just that disconnected, but it's possible. Many rich people don't see normal people as humans. I'm not that surprised that she thought everyone was in on her bullying and abuse, because she's the center of the show and in her mind the center of the universe. She's completely out of touch with how normal people think.
She got cancelled. She cancelled herself. No one else to blame but herself. 19 years of hormonal imbalances and abusive toxic mood swings when the cameras were turned off.
I had a boss like this once. I had no personal issues with her, so not saying this to be disparaging; but she too treated our constituents and stake-holders wonderfully, but she would belittle her subordinates, make them cry, and everyone walked on eggshells around her. She was truly disliked by many people, but then totally blindsided and hurt when her position got reworked and she was not even considered for the newly formed role. The point to this is that I don't think Ellen is a bad person, but seems lacking in self-awareness.
I think she was still being abusive to her staff, so they decided to pull the plug on her show. The ratings weren't that low. This will teach other talk show hosts to not be so abusive! Edit: Thanks for the likes, guys!
Not only that....not only is scaring ppl childish, mean & selfish (zero consideration for the scaree & it being all about the satisfaction/entertainment of the scarer), but most importantly & significantly, it completely ignores the mental health implications & the very real possibility of exacerbating pre existing symptoms for ppl that have any mental health condition & if not that, at bare minimum the scarees embarrassment. It’s as toxic as so called initiation rites into college or high school or on a construction site - ignorantly defended as ‘just a joke’; rather than seen as what it is - harassment, bordering on bullying. She is actually a really yuck, gross person.
And interestingly enough she brings up pdiddy as the one person they were worried would hurt or punch someone when the dude literally just jumped out and started dancing after the clown pops up. SOMEONE SCARE ELLEN AND LETS SEE IF SHE REALLY ISNT SACARED OF ANYTHING.
@@enisghtfool5159 it is bullying . Did the other person find it as funny as you did ? probably not. then for who's entertainment is scaring done ? not every "joke" is either seen as such despite how you mean to convey it nor is it funny. Not nearly enough people understand that And to disagree doesn't mean that you have no sense of humour either it means you have self confidence and standards
I admire the interviewer for being direct with Ellen in all her issues and brought up some hard questions that I didn't thought she's allowed to but I'm more impressed with Ellen by successfully evading all questions effortlessly 😂
Something is off in this interview ... Savannah is off and asking mundane random questions rather than engaging with Ellen and picking up on the answers and taking the interview forward ... this is very unlike her. Wonder what’s the T here .... anyone else felt this way 🧐?
I definitely felt this too. It was as if Savannah just met Ellen, but she's been a guest on her show several times. It wasn't Savannah's best interview. I think Ellen answered her questions honestly, but the questions were sort of lame and - well exactly what you said. Just seemed off like she hadn't prepared at all. This is the same woman who interviewed Trump, which to me would have been much more nerve shaking right before the big election compared to interviewing Ellen. Sort of bizarre.

She only ended her show because she knew she got caught and she already knew her show was going to be canceled regardless. She rather have her show to be categorized as “retired/ending” in a good way than be categorized as “cancelled”. Plus, if everything that was said about her wasn’t true like she claimed, which they were all true, she would’ve stood her ground and fought back as soon as the allegations and rumors came out. But nope, instead she just hides the entire time and can’t come out to speak about it. ***it’s funny because her excuse for not responding quickly to the allegations was because it was summer 😂😂 That just proves how fake she is and everything that is said about her is true. Ellen will remain on the air as long as the network offers a contract . She will not leave on her own and feels she should not have to. This is how a narcissist operates.

There were lawsuits filed and the company always seemed to lose them. But they did not care.

She was SO defensive here.
Her saying it as if 19 seasons were the plan all along, while also saying explicitly that it was news to her.
Her kept saying there were 250 people and she couldn't have known anything. She does realize, for example, many teachers handle that amount of students?
Her saying it as if there's some kind of grand conspiracy to cancel her.
‘170 shows a yr’ dropped multiple times 🙄 365 days in a yr 💁🏼♀️. Sounds like more vacay time off then most Americans ever get 🙄
One teacher handles at its maximum 15-20 students.
Not to mention that no one blamed Warner Bros, not one person. I wonder why, because it's their employees, not Ellen's.
Obviously you've never managed that many people before. Or have even been staffed for it. So much can go on under the radar of superiors. Idk what the situation is, but for her to not know out of that many people is definitely within the realm of possibility.

The point to this is that I don't think Ellen is a bad person, but seems lacking in self-awareness.
true, there are people like that, sometimes they dont who know they are
I think she was still being abusive to her staff, so they decided to pull the plug on her show. The ratings weren't that low. This will teach other talk show hosts to not be so abusive!
Edit: Thanks for the likes, guys!
i don't think.she was abusive at all yes there's something happening but this is too much to believe
With Ellen's minimizing Savannah's comment about the scares, that tells you a lot. One of these days she'll scare the wrong person...
Scaring people as a joke and laughing afterwards is bullying 😂 you two should become fox news commentators.
@@enisghtfool5159 it is bullying . Did the other person find it as funny as you did ?
probably not. then for who's entertainment is scaring done ?
not every "joke" is either seen as such despite how you mean to convey it nor is it funny. Not nearly enough people understand that
And to disagree doesn't mean that you have no sense of humour either it means you have self confidence and standards
@@vvelvettearss its only bullying when it threatens the political beliefs rolling around in a TDS infected brain.
I admire the interviewer for being direct with Ellen in all her issues and brought up some hard questions that I didn't thought she's allowed to but I'm more impressed with Ellen by successfully evading all questions effortlessly 😂
can u detail which things she evade, please?
A list of questions that are asked in the interview must be approved by Ellen beforehand.
@@TheMrfont really?....
@@jimmycmartinez exactly and that's why she seems prepare to avoid them
savannah used to work in the white house, she also interviwed trump very well for the debates, i really admire her
I feel like these comments some people didn’t really listen to what she’s saying
Something is off in this interview ... Savannah is off and asking mundane random questions rather than engaging with Ellen and picking up on the answers and taking the interview forward ... this is very unlike her. Wonder what’s the T here .... anyone else felt this way 🧐?
Savannah is dreadful and dreadfully phony
Yes. Savannah’s smile or smirk is not empathic. She seems to be enjoying Ellen’s failure.
Probably because it took place on Ellen's studio! It would have been different in a neutral area.
The ending made me cringe so bad I shat my pants.
I fast forwarded to see. You're right, it was terrible beyond belief
@Isabelle Gwendolyne Whitaker I couldn't work out if the host was being sarcastic with her or something. It got really weird, the tone just shifted
Lmao. I know what you mean. I was sweating... Unconfortable!...

@@oblongfan1 absolutely! Doesn't mean I'm not kind towards people but animals are the most precious gems in this chaotic world. 💙
That's why I'm team Ellen. Animals are better than people for sure.
They both handled that interview with such grace and class. Well done ladies.
Numerous staff members, both currently and previously employed by the show, made allegations of sexual misconduct, racism and bullying taking place.
I'm so glad she addressed the rumors. I never believed them. She's not only a trail blazer but a role model.

No
She is incredibly narcissistic. She doesn’t own the truth, and it’s obvious. She’s a master actor.
Yes, I thought so too.
All I can think about is the last minute of that interveiw was the most awkward I’ve felt in a long time🤣🤣
Give a rest nobody
Give it a rest nobody went after the men who have talk shows some of them were very caustic but they got away with quite a lot they picked on her l give the lady and Portia and her sponsors and her staff a lot of credit they have done more for people than any show on tv give the people credit on her show they got a lot more class then some my best to Ellen and her people God bless you all
give it a rest its a show that's done more for everyday people l dont see them picking on any of the men who host shows on tv they get to pick people apart and say whatever they wish Ellen and her sponsors and her crew have done more for everyday people l wish Ellen and Portia and all the people who given me so much enjoyment these past years
I didn't watch the clip, only was skimming through some comments, and after reading yours I went to watch it, and now I'm blushing from how embarrassed I felt for them both!!! hahaha
@@sandylake9024 maybe nothing has been said about Male talk show hosts coz no 1 has the courage tosay anything yet. She is a bully end of..time 4 her to go period
@@sandylake9024 Sure they did. Steve Harvey was dragged a few years ago for making staff turn their gaze from him if they saw him in the hall. If they dared looked at him they were SCREAMED AT!
If no one out of 250 people did not come forward to her, that speaks volumes. They obviously felt unsafe to come forward. She is feeling sorry for herself. Blaming others and not taking any of the blame.
She’s disrespectful, racist, and a bully!
lmfaoooooo Ellen saying "you know my brother was like 'youre the light you bring so much joy to people, you can't take that away" like toot your own horn less please. THE PEOPLE WANT YOU TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS!!!
She did that all through the interview
Ellen doesn't feel she owes anyone an apology and she feels she deserves a pass and several of her rich friends like Jay Leno backing up her position , telling how wonderful she is and charitable she is with other peoples money , and how well she treats them and how long they have known her and on and on it goes. Ellen will remain on the air as long as the network offers a contract . She will not leave on her own and feels she should not have to. This is how a narcissist operates.
@@owenmclain3327 lol I wouldn't be surprised if she feels everyone owes her an apology 🤣
