im not a rangers fan but this guy was one of the greats. impossible not to like the guy as a fan. what a fantastic player he was and fun to watch. great attitude and funny as well. nothing but straight class and someone a kid can look up to as a hero. miss watching him play
Very humble, amazing personality, unbelievably talented baseball player. I’ve had so much fun watching this man play over the years and I’ve really grown to respect him as a player and as a person. He’s so full of life and treats everyone with respect. I’m gonna miss watching him play and helping my rangers. Hall of famer for sure!!

Beltre is a HALL OF FAMER first round pick for sure. AND he did it clean and unjuiced!!! Very very good player and a very humble nice guy with a great sense of humor! I'd love to sit down him and shout him a drink, whatever it is!!
Looking at nowadays if we had Adrian with us with the team we have right now he'd be another one of our most lethal weapons it would honestly have been really nice if he could still play in his forties cuz then he would have been another one of our Old Guard still with us
That Umpire that threw Beltre over the Batting circle is a Total PRICK. Throwing for that was a Powertrip. UMPIRES need to be accountable for their actions and they need to be SEEN TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR RIDICULOUS AND CONTINUOUS BAD CALLS. Sometimes it seems the Umpires are calling biased ON PURPOSE. I am Australian, I played club ball as did 3 of my 4 kids. My youngest, a Daughter 21 years old, is still playing at Catcher in a mixed league. She catches for full grown men throwing 70-80 mph fastballs etc. I don't follow a particular team, so I don't have a horse in this race though I LOVE MLB . So I call them as I see them. I think SOME UMPIRES supplement their income with "calling" more for a specific team in a lot of games. BTW I know all about the Baulk rule and STILL Hate it. Back to that throwing Ump, he should have chilled out, shook his head and laughed at Beltre or politely warned Beltre & told him to put the Circle Back! Throwing was overkill!
