@Kw #1 Is this true? If so, then i guess the question would be… Are there many young Afro-American girls desire to be ball girls? What is the process in becoming a ball girl? I have been quick to point out acts of discrimination in the past from a place of toxic identification. If there is a system in place that excludes Afro-American or any girl who is non-Caucasian from the same opportunity… Will you look into it and do something to change it and bring more awareness in how to shift consciousness towards equal treatment of young girls regardless of superficial differences that we have no control over? I ask myself a lot of questions and I always get directed back to Oneness.
@Kw #1 There is racism, prejudices and attribution bias found within every institution since the beginning of time to benefit a niche group of people. With that same level of awareness of identifying skin color with a personality, Would an Afro-American girl want to be a ball girl in environments that she would feel “different” because the majority of fans do not look like her (Unless you’re from New York). When I was more sensitive to personal racial trauma experienced living in America, the last thing that would make me feel safe would be drunk, obnoxious people who may see me as different or practice much emotional presence(especially men) . If I was an Afro-American girl, I wouldn’t feel safe to work in a culture like that either…
@Kw #1 Fair statement. But it’s important to move towards the solution and not focus on the problem of the historically intolerant institution that is the League. What are we going to do about it? What is the plan? How do we find the statistics of how many softball playing Afro-American girls that apply? How many are denied? Why were they denied? The rate of pay is $9-$15/hour and there is an application process as opposed to a recruiting process. So how can we find out and help shift this school of thought into a different direction. Let me know and I got your back!
@Kw #1 That’s a thought. A filter in how we see the world. That type of thought used to limit me and not allow me to trust myself if I can be honest. Are there prejudiced people out there? Absolutely! But until we are actually able to confront and address these issues directly, it is just an assumption. Patrick Mahomes and Giannas Antetokounmpo are both people of color who own stakes in predominantly Caucasian-owned franchises. Are they considered the exception? Maybe 🤔, but they have opened doors that were once sitting in a sky castle guarded by grand dragons, if you catch my drift. I’m not saying you’re wrong for what you believe, but I do say that thoughts without foundation are the seeds of fear. We may not be able to fix it immediately in this existence, but there will be a day that these superficial limitations we set on each other will be lifted and if I cannot see that day, at least I can be a part of the process to get there. Nyiameen?!?! The day is already happening! It is here and now. It’s just waiting for us to catch up to it, so keep moving. 😊 ✊🏾
Another reason why baseball is the best sport; It's the only sport where fans and on-field personnel will get shown instant replays for making a great catch.
Alex Green They don't show cricket in America. And Americans complain about three hour baseball games. No way they will watch a game that takes 4 to 5 days of 6 hours of play.
Because in cricket the objective of the batter is to stay in as long as possible. Unlike baseball, where the ball is replaced every few pitches, a cricket ball is used for 480 deliveries as a minimum before it can be replaced. When it's first used it moves around a lot and bounces and it's very hard to hit cleanly, but later on it wears down and it's easier to hit, so the batter is trying to not get out early on so they can cash in later. Also as a batter you only get a maximum of two at bats in an entire game so you're taught to be extra careful with your time at bat and play conservative. Also you don't have to run if you hit it, you don't even have to hit it as long as it doesn't hit the stumps behind the batter. TL;DR baseball the objective is to score runs, it doesn't matter if you get out, cricket the objective is to not get out, doesn't matter if you don't score runs.
1:50 he said "i think the guy behind her would have had that ball if she didnt catch it." 1st of all, he would not have caught that ball. It was screaming at him and he was trying to get out of its way. 2nd, she saved him from serious injury. 3rd, give her the due credit. That was a fantastic catch that would have been wowed over by the announcers for, probably, 2 innings or more if it were made by a player. Great job to all of these ball girls. A

I've never seen a professional player make a catch as amazing as that of the ballgirl at 3:08
was that actually real? lol
@@der-e4n No, unfortunately it was fake.
That Dodgers ball girl is pretty darn good. And holy shit the climb up the wall for the catch, never seen anything like that!
Thats cause its fake, but yeah the Dodgers girp is pretty good at her job
@@ethanschuerman9673 how is it fake?
It was filmed for a Gatorade commercial
@@Capydachi ah.
@nafia morris way to belittle a stranger while tucked safely behind your computer/smartphone screen. YOU are the reason this country is going to shit
I think all of these chicks have beautiful smiles
Same with the baseball players
Huwite knight to the rescue lol
I love when the announcer knows thier name. 👏⚾️😇
I am sure they are told by someone else quickly.
This is the most interesting baseball I’ve ever seen.
The Padres have some pretty awesome ball girls. Dodgers have some good ones as well.
It's funny watching grown men panic behind the ball girls
Maybe because they have none (balls that is).
It maybe funny, but don't underestimate a baseball to the skull. People have died like that.
I love all the insecure men here feeling the need to defend men who flinched like anyone else would have so it doesn't hurt their own fragile masculinity XD
Mark Bartsch I find it a lot funnier watching small children and toddlers such as yourself behind a ball girl panic for their lives while a 100+ mph line drive ball heads straight for their head..
@@CesarDaSalad is a toxic man hater who gets off on sucking on month old used tampons to impress females who dominate him. I know this guy has 0% chance with any female on looks and personality alone so he has to belittle men to try and earn a pat on the head from a female by showing what a good little boy he is and how he hates his own kind. I'm sorry I just assumed your gender with the word him and he. It is obvious you want to be recognized as a Salad. Which is odd considering a Salad is any females worst enemy. Cesar the Dildo better suits you. FAG!!!
I love the ones that pop up after their catch and want to throw it into play!! I coached softball and that’s a sign of a true, hard core player!!
Great job ladies!!!
Ballgirls are awesome! 🥰💯⚾
When I was in high school, the softball players were always fun and for the most part very cute
At my school the WSB team was 66% gay. Soooo . . .( and that was 1971.)
what a bs answer. were they cute because they were soft, squishy girls? or athletes?
Best video I've watched on youtube in years!
this makes me wanna go and watch a league of their own again
Okay I am now officially in love with ball girls. 💕
The Ladies of Baseball! Attractive and talented!
3:26 Holy crap she had to been at least 15 feet in the air!! That might be one of the best plays I’ve seen in any baseball game 😂
Fake
It was a commercial
incels in the comments saying its fake, its NOT. the commercial just used that footage, do u think she had a fking strap on her back? she jumped on her own
The Dodgers ball girls are no joke! I remember being at a game and the ball girl (Not the one in these videos) caught a goddamn cannonball headed toward the audience. Cat-like instincts man.
I now like baseball more than I did 10 mins ago. I did not know there were ball girls, they do belong to the man-played game quite nicely.
7:00 is soo pretty 😻😻😻
1:04 and 5:10 are soooo pretty
She fills those pants out so good
The wall jump girl was my favorite! She BAD!
It was a Gatorade advertisement, and 100% fake
It's a fake.
8:00 minute mark, that chubby kid holding the cotton candy like "my precious" got really lucky.
Impressive catches, but the fans reactions to when they catch the ball are priceless.
I don't know about anyone else but all these ball catcher girls are pretty !
You sure you watch baseball?
@@jesters08joker The mind only knows what you teach it. It's the twilight zone and every thing you think you see is only a illusion.
These girls are crazy attractive. Didn't realize ball girls existed until today
Same!
im in the same damn boat. All this time I've been dating dancers, fuck that now.
Say what you want but Heidi saved that kid’s life! 🙏🏾
Some of those catches are unbelievable. And the slo-mo looks on people's faces as they see their life flashing before their eyes is really cool.
Another reason why baseball is the best sport; It's the only sport where fans and on-field personnel will get shown instant replays for making a great catch.
2K16 cricket.
Alex Green They don't show cricket in America. And Americans complain about three hour baseball games. No way they will watch a game that takes 4 to 5 days of 6 hours of play.
2K16 why does cricket take so long
Because in cricket the objective of the batter is to stay in as long as possible.
2K16 there are different forms of cricket. 20/20 is the shortest form of the game followed by 1 Dayers and then test matches
3:09~ ballgirl must have learned such kind a amazing play from her cat ~ lol
Yes that was parkour-esque!
@@MsLila44 If only it was real. It's from a Gatorade commercial.
2:58 Dude in the blue... "My saviour!"
Olivia ( Pirates ballgirl ) has powerful perfect legs. She's got to be a ballplayer herself.
*YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME OMFG* 3:23
Yeah, well, maybe they should swap positions? ☺️
It was for a gatorade commercial 😂
Tell me you're not that dumb. Please.
