6. Be nice. Greet your group members, be polite and understanding, say goodbye. Don't be tilted when you dont get your item, try to be happy for the other guy.
Just found out I’m off tomorrow! I had it off and lost it cause a coworker hurt himself, he just text me saying he’s going to power through the day so I can play launch. Not all hero’s wear capes. I’ve been bugging my coworkers about this for months. They probably don’t want me their tomorrow anyways cause I’d be salty I wasn’t playing launch haha. So hyped, great vid Atacas.
a couple things I'd add for number 4 if the chest is locked and you have a rogue to pick it the rogue should get the chest.....at least that's how my guild always did it back in the day for number 5 if it's a guild run and you have a enchanter it's not a bad idea to just let them have the green items to de as you'll all benefit in the long run from your guild enchanter hitting 300
@@HospisNineveh nah rogue should have a locked chest or none should have the *locked* chest. Now the rogue could be a very nice person and and decide to roll but thats him being a very nice guy.
Very excited to level my Orc Warrior and thanks to your useful videos. I've been playing WoW (including vanilla) a long time but I thought that Chest /roll etiquette was actually a good suggestion this go around. Since I plan to tank while leveling a bit, I'll make that etiquette as party of a /party macro so everyone knows.
the hardest part of being a tank is dealing with clueless people. I mean clueless people are a hardship all round but its especially bad when you're the tank and you have to deal with clueless people. Clueless people think that a tank by his mere presence serves as a decoy for all mobs, they dont understand the concepts of threat/aggro and just start hard dpsing and AoEing the moment mobs lay eyes on a tank... I had clueless healers spamming HoTs on me while im fucking dying and they are full mana. Clueless warlocks fear spamming aggroing more mobs. Clueless dps shamans casting earthshock and using rockbitter. clueless people running away from the tank when they stupidly get aggro, forcing the tank to run all over the place to save them leading the tank to drop threat on other mobs. this part also applies to clueless people (including tanks) running in panic, away from the healer, often LOSing the heal. ffs how hard of a concept is it to run to your tank when u get aggro and run to your healer when u need heal?? there are many more clueless moments, feel free to add your own.
"you yank it, you tank it" from a MC raid from 2006
Thanks for this I’m new to Vanilla...very informative.
No problem, that's what I'm here for!
Dude you should definitely expand on this. Etiquette is a much bigger thing in vanilla as the communities are a lot more tight knit.

rogue auto getting the chest is not normal, they roll roll like everyone else. They already got +1 to be in the group cause of lockpicking
