I have the zeta AMT variant of the car. And the review given here is to the point. No extra useless info. The car is really amazing and I love driving it. The AMT version makes it feel very comfortable in traffic and driving on hilly roads. It's been almost 6 months since I've got the car and till now, no problem faced 😊 amazing review

Good Review...one suggestion when highlighting a negative point or where there is scope for improvement, pl compare that feature with competition where that feature is the benchmark for the industry. E.g. back seat space here is not so good....so we would be happy to know which car in the segment leads that feature... Thanks.

Its a fantastic everyday City driving car with the best, refined & efficient 1.2 K-Series engine. Highlights are 180mm Ground Clearance which adds in comfortable Ingress-Egress with fairly good built quality. Instead of part whitish Ivory dash & door insert they should have offered medium Gray. I would prefer a Zeta variant, as Alpha is loaded with extra feel good features only.

They want to show the difference between zeta and alpha , additional ur going to spend 70k better you can go for alpha if your specified on drl and projector headlamps

You haven't talked much about the safety. I think safety should be the highest priority for everyone and if youtubers like you promote safety first then only the customer will think about it. You all can influence people so better influence for the good. Promote safety above all. Thanks
As per Government guidelines, now all cars have to install certain safety devices like Air Bags, ABS with EBD, Seat Belt Reminder, Rear Parking Sensors etc. In some cars you will find thicker meal sheet, stronger crumple zone & more Air Bags. These car perform better in Global Crash Tests. However some of cars having better Safety Certificate are prone to overturning. Ultimately, over speed is the reason of most of accidents. Speed thrills but kills.

Excellent review! We just booked our Zeta AMT in Nexa Blue after considering Nios and Tiago. For us the tall seating position with excellent visibility and ground clearance sealed the deal.
Really low slung seating along with a low roof can be a curse on the back.. Best seating posture and commanding position almost like an SuV in Ignis is the stand out and sealed the deal for me too.. and Engine is pure fun while driving.

However you might feel a little vibration on your steering & for that install a soft leather covering to dampen it. Recently I drove at 120-130km/hr just to test the same & trust me the drive was really nice. Suggesting you to take a long test for self realisation

Sharing my experience with ignis alpha petrol manual. Alpha over Zeta is expensive considering only features, but improves ownership experience as told by V3 Cars. Ride and handling is balanced, body roll at corners at high speed. Looks (particularly alpha model) front is superb, rear is subjective. Fuel efficiency with AC (tank to tank method): 15-16 in city condition, 21-22 complete highway @ 80-100 kmph / 1500 -2500 rpm. 17-19 in mixed condition. NVH level: occasional engine noise only at high rpm & some tyre road noise. Built quality: Tiago, Tigor> Ignis> Swift, Baleno. Average build quality, which u can feel, but good. Ground clearance 180 mm is added advantage Note: It looks comparatively large with Tiago bcoz of tall boy design, cabin doesn't feel claustrophobic. Suggestion to ignis buyers: Ignis is the first car to come in list if u fliter with 4 cylinder 1.2 petrol engine and ascending price order. 2020 BS6 Ignis Zeta @ 6 lakh ex-showroom/ 7.2lakh on road is best VFM. If discounts are considered it becomes more value proposition

I have driven slowly my ignis in water wading upto 2 feet due to rains. I had no issue. Please note: no official company water wading depth announced, at your own risk. Long drive journey is comfortable

I have been using Ignis since 2017. Yes, what you mentioned at 11:35 is absolutely correct. You have to deal with ignis like a pro. This is an amazing car. Getting 21 to 22 KMPL on highways at a range of 75 to 95 KMPH.

Good review. Explanation on working of AMT and comparison to auto clutch was excellent. Have not seen many reviewers do that so well. I drive an AMT and find it the best compromise between a manual and full traditional auto-transmission .
Small door storage space use for Swatch Bharat Avijaan. Using for Waste packet like chocolate packet or chips packet after using ..Who don't want to throw it on the road.

Is there any issue regarding the steering issue,in some other videos people say that the steering doesn't come back to middle when turning above 90 degree turns
:O When did Zeta get the touchscreen infotainment and rear wiper? I ended up with Alpha just for the touchscreen (and the seat height adjust, which is a feature I love!). One can sit high up with a commanding SUV-esque position on crowded evening office commute, and then on Sunday morning drives, a hunkered, low-down steering to carve corners in M mode. 16:14 हर 10,000 KM पे NEXA सर्विस का बिल 6-7 हजार ₹ आता है, 30 हजार KM का बिल 14503 ₹ आया था मेरी Zeta AMT 2017 से अबतक 2,596.35 लीटर पेट्रोल पी कर 51746 KM चल चुकी है टायर ठीक है लगता है 60,000 KM तक तो चलेंगे। सर्दियो में सुबह सुबह चालू करके उठाते वक्त अगर AMT गाड़ी झटके दे तो शोरूम पे जाकर स्पार्क प्लग साफ करवा लीजिए सब ठीक हो जाएगा। मेरे एरिया में NEXA वाले स्पार्क प्लग साफ करने के पैसे नही लेते अगर आपकी गाड़ी हर 10 हजार किलोमीटर पे वही पर सर्विस होती है तो। मेने 4 बार करवाए है।

Geting 18kmpl in city and highway 22 to 24kmpl.. At speed of 70 to 80kmph

Safety maters more than mileage
:O When did Zeta get the touchscreen infotainment and rear wiper? I ended up with Alpha just for the touchscreen (and the seat height adjust, which is a feature I love!). One can sit high up with a commanding SUV-esque position on crowded evening office commute, and then on Sunday morning drives, a hunkered, low-down steering to carve corners in M mode. Also, fantastic review!

16:14 हर 10,000 KM पे NEXA सर्विस का बिल 6-7 हजार ₹ आता है, 30 हजार KM का बिल 14503 ₹ आया था मेरी Zeta AMT 2017 से अबतक 2,596.35 लीटर पेट्रोल पी कर 51746 KM चल चुकी है टायर ठीक है लगता है 60,000 KM तक तो चलेंगे। सर्दियो में सुबह सुबह चालू करके उठाते वक्त अगर AMT गाड़ी झटके दे तो शोरूम पे जाकर स्पार्क प्लग साफ करवा लीजिए सब ठीक हो जाएगा। मेरे एरिया में NEXA वाले स्पार्क प्लग साफ करने के पैसे नही लेते अगर आपकी गाड़ी हर 10 हजार किलोमीटर पे वही पर सर्विस होती है तो। मेने 4 बार करवाए है।

But these are not safe cars. Everybody is talking about features but not safety rating. Tata is the only company providing 5 star rated safety cars
