You have to learn a few things about servicing. Maruti is now scamming it's customers coz they know many maruti customers are not that knoweledgeable about cars.

All authorized service centers of any car brand have fixed costs of labor, parts and other inputs. Being large organizations, they correctly charge all taxes like GST etc. No kuccha bill or without bill work as in other local garages or shops. So pricing works out to be higher. Also , all of them try to get extra work done during servicing because of higher margins. But , if you are careful and properly instruct the service staff, they will not do extra work against your wishes. One good ( or bad depending on viewpoint) is that Maruti uses many common parts and components across all its models. So spares are easily available and cost of replacement is low and reasonable.
I am using 2017 diesel model, covered 39000 km with trips in MP, Rajasthan, Punjab, Himachal- Got an average of 36KMPL last year. Minimum is 24 KMPL. Awesome suspension works great on bad roads. For roads trips this is the car.

He is 100% correct with the issues mentioned. The steering vibrates too much when you take it beyond 100kmph. Since there are no rear ac vents, passengers at the back feel the heat in hot weather and then we all know the story of Maruti and build quality. Well coming to the positives....the gearbox is very smooth and ohh the engine....it is so silent...plus..the suspension...I think it is the very best in its class...perfomes very good on bad roads....I was a ignis alpha owner till last year when I upgraded to kicks...❤️
A city car of this class is anyway not to be driven at sustained triple digit speeds, especially under Indian road conditions. In the updated 2020 Ignis, the steering system is improved.
As per my opinion maruti is the best in India , almost all models , previously I had Alto 800 , covered 2,20,000 km still running ( show room condition ) Chennai to Kolkata, odhisa , chattisgarh regular ( belive it or not ) now just 15 days before purchased ignis zeta mannual, covered 1800km - milage 22. 2 km , excellent and superb experience. I love Suzuki maruti,
Usually front seats are comfortable in most of the car but rear seat differ . Specify length and breath of rear seat as comfort for rear passengers are equally important.
I bought Ignis delta 1 month back..Goes fine as expected..It really is underrated..The company also might hv treated it as step motherly as and when new models of maruti comes..with all safety features available(leave that ncap) with quality service facilities in every corner looks nice..The company should provide with more possible discounts so as to boost this model. And atleast, not to discontinue this model but improvisation can be done in new AVATAR in coming days
I am a proud owner of Maruti IGNIS, i purchased it 25 days ago. And after 1300 KM , it gives me 22 km/l mileage in city and you will not believe it gives me 26.5 km/l average on good highway. 🥰🥰🥰

Such a honest and modest person need guys like this to give reviews ! Good find Rachit.
I purchased this car thinking the service charges will be low compared to other manufacturers, last week I had taken for 2nd paid service that’s for 30k km for a 2019 nov zeta model (it costed me 11k change without any additional fittings also I had canceled wheel balancing / alignment) that day I felt I would have gone with Hyundai i20 . I feel nexa has to relook into the costing.
You have to learn a few things about servicing. Maruti is now scamming it's customers coz they know many maruti customers are not that knoweledgeable about cars.
I also bought ignis delta @may 2018 and I agree with most cons and pros with he told.
At that particular time I had shortlisted Toyota liva and polo but both the car where beyond my budget and finally I choose ignis and do not regards it .mine most of driving where in highway
Baki point to bilkul Right the but....Mere pass figo &. Ignis dono he....A.c me koi problem nhi he.. ignis ki
Logical buyer always choose Ignis.
Reason
1. 4 cylinder enginee
2. 3star safet
3. 180mm ground clearance
4. Reliability of enginee 1.2k
5. Maruti service
Overall सोच लिया जाय तो यह गाडी Swift से मुझे बेहतर लगी, Ground clearance अच्छी, smooth driving and मायलेज excellant ....यह मेरी राय है। safty के मामले मे ठीक है।
I bought s presso AMT car one month ago, I wud like to share my experience of buying...that was amazing as I did not personally visited nor met the Maruti showroom... I just directly went for delivery....
Very Good Owner's Review For Maruti Suzuki Innis Ki Motor Octane. 👌✌
Every maruti suzuki buyer says that build quality is so poor but they buys such cars 😲🤔😔😔
Practicality when some owns something then he can tell the prons. & cons. For middle-class who drives alot can't bear like volkswagon. Gadi own karneke bd or even hyundai ki avag. Jhelne ke bd pata chalra hai mujhe why maruti ruling the Indian market.😅😂😂😂
Mileage Engine aur Service easily ho jati hai , isiliye log MS ko prefer krte hai . Pr dheere dheere log Safer cars le rhe hai
Actually some peeps buy such cars coz of their budget and compact. See if a person is coming from an alto, and he wants a small upgrade but dont have a lot of buget to spend. So this car is recommended, it has 3 star rating and car is compact.
its all about resale value , service comfort , cheap parts and haa milage 😂
@@bivhayrajak777 no it's not like service comfort it's like" maruti ka mechanic kahi bhi mil jata hai hai"😅🤣🤣🤣
My uncle has 2017 Maruti Ignis Zeta petrol AMT blue colour and I personally feel that Ignis is better than Swift for sure.
True, when compared to the 3rd gen swift. Thanks for the small impression. My mom is planning to buy ignis or something else. She is upgrading from an alto K10 Amt
@Akshat Mishra Tiago is small tank... milage bhi badhiya hai
@Akshat Mishra My mom dint like Tiago. She told me she wants similar size of her alto. Ye alto and ignis mem bohot difference nahin hai. Will see only after test drive. Im forcing her to get proper hatch . But she is sticking with this car coz of compact and so it would be ease for her to travel through to tight roads. Actually im waiting for new tata hbx concept name ( testing is going on) . Its a ignis alternative. So i have told about that and she is fine with it
@@LimitlessTraveller Waiting for tata hbx, its concept name, but testing is going. Seems promising. Its looks like an ignis alternative. I personally want her to see the build quality part, lets see
@@LimitlessTraveller tank my foot , bata shit is pure shitbox , even a dustbin wouldn't accept bata cars 😂😂 poor shitbox fan spotted
Atleast the car has scored 3stars in gncap which is better than nios and swift
It scored 10 points out of 17 which is good in adult safety rating.
I am using 2017 diesel model, covered 39000 km with trips in MP, Rajasthan, Punjab, Himachal- Got an average of 36KMPL last year. Minimum is 24 KMPL. Awesome suspension works great on bad roads. For roads trips this is the car.
How is the driving experience bro? I own a petrol variant. I have never met anyone with a diesel model?
@@giryraj7394 They stopped the diesel variant long back. Never had any issue, recently went for a road trip to Rajasthan covered 1800km. Minimum average was 27KMPL. This is a good car for road trips (Not Mountains). 1.3 Liter is good for long drive. I have Bridgestone tires and they are awesome, nearing 50K in a month.
@@disaster0007 that sounds like great efficiency bro. My meter says 20.5. Average on highways and city. I enjoy riding on high ranges and long rides. Service cost is a bit on the expensive side. Almost 5k for the 3rd yearly service. Did 27k now. Did you upgrde tyres?
@@giryraj7394 no the tires were from Maruti. I do the alignment and balancing after every 5000KM. I purchased my parts from Maruti and get them done from a reputed service station. Go Machanic in my case. I use Castrol engine oil and not Maruti. Go as per the service manual.
Seat se utke 👍🏽👍🏽😀
And yes u go to Tata ..they behave like they are doing a favor ...Tata is not valuing thier customer .. giving a good car is not just enough ...Athiti Dev bahav should be explained to Ratanji..
Sir apke sath ke sath or iss ignis owner ka hi assa bhram hai mere pas Tiago bhi hai nexon bhi or shyad mujhe maruti se acha response mila tata mai
@@jatinhasija6089 good for you the bhram ect is also good ...lot of u and us are not far from realty for people like you trying to convince us 😂
I am also owner of ignis. I love my car. There are some plus points and negative points but eventually this is a good car
Can you please tell me the negative points? I was thinking of buying this car actually, when I saw this video, it confused me
Go ahead I am a owner of alpha ignis with 10000km... It's best car. Trust me..
Only suspension is little stiff but it's managable
Genuine owner told everything right
The Thing is when you buy compact cars for city , they are very bad on highways ,and vice versa so what i have done is i have a Tata Hexa for highways and wagonr stingray for city !
Smart choice👍I agree. With wagon r u can literally see everything outside because of its large windshield, large side windows and high sitting stance. And hexa is a boon in highways very heavy but firm and stable.
@@user-wn6yv9cu1p yep 👍
Rachit Bhai,
Aap apni Nexon BS4 ka owners review kro😅
Bada maza aaega😍
Have both ignis 2017 delta petrol and grand i10... Ignis is the best value for money car, with best ground clearance , bigger tyres , bucket seats and mileage. Ignis is really spacious inside and a tall boy car. Designed for Indian roads!
Mere paas bhi ignis petrol hai sach mai bohet achii hai pr inhone bilkul sahi bataya hai gadi ke baare mai
I simply love this car ignis ❤️
Where is Viraat,It has been quite some time we have seen him in Videos of Motoroctane.
You missed him in Safari Walkaround last week?
@@motoroctane probably 👍
I own this car for about 4 years ...sold it recently ....I agree to every point ..but I don't agree on AC ...my ignis AC was chiller...and I live in rajasthan ...compare to Mumbai...its much hotter here ...
Both r fantastic...so d car is ...d vdo is so simply beautyful...Cool 2 watch ...keep it up 10/10
He is 100% correct with the issues mentioned.
What a beautiful honest review
Maruti Suzuki IGNIS owner review and opinions are very helpful...thank you
Honest review. I have driven 80k km till now. Same experience.
I am a proud owner of Maruti IGNIS, i purchased it 25 days ago. And after 1300 KM , it gives me 22 km/l mileage in city and you will not believe it gives me 26.5 km/l average on good highway. 🥰🥰🥰
One of the very honest review..👍

Cool, do let me know how is it. Amt right?
Zeta?
Not amt, manual and its sigma variant for us.
3 star rated car
@@TGIStuffyt it has good built quality, but no where near tiago
This is a nice car. Wd luv 2 buy it,
But
*My concern is Factory fitted CNG*
So it is Celerio CNG
Wating 4 new model to come.
If new model is not as expected
I will buy Ignis & same day
get CNG installed
Either from dealer end or
Aftermarket.
Warranty will get void - Least Bothered.
{ I will think, I bought second hand car without any warranty, Each & every spare is available in local mkt, that's *MARUTI* }
Nice video. Nice review. Thanks.
Plz do Tata Nexon Facelift next time

Appreciable efforts Rachit
Please do a Ownership review of Kia Seltos gt line 1.4 petrol.🙏🙏

Considering the build quality of the Ignis, getting the Tata Punch is a more profitable deal, yes if you want to buy the WagonR ZXI Plus in Maruti.
sir, plz make a comparison vdo between E class and 5 series
i have a ignis ,superb product for city driving, light gear shifts, smooth clutch and super light steering, but on poor roads its suspension is very stiff and hence u experience a lot of bumps

Negative points he shared that’s common in most of the cars .. even we are using bikes for highway instead of bike we can use this car with whole family under full ac
