Why are you jaywalking all the time? You sticker people, but you break laws yourself... get it together.
Also why are you telling all the people to drive off when they have a sticker on windshield and then you give them another for not driving off? Do you know it is against the law to drive with an obstructed view? Do you know it is much more dangerous to drive with an obstructed view than to park at the bus stop? @@TheCBC1984 The problem is that not everyone would want to live by the same rules, and some rules (Like, no driving on the pavement) is actually made to make life safer for everyone else.
If everyone was reasonable, there would be no need for a specific rule that it is illegal to drive on the pavement, because everyone would just not do it, as it is a pretty d!ck move.

I was yelling at the screen when the truck driver said "I'll give you the keys and you park it for me." for them to take him up on it. Drive his truck somewhere far away, park it, take the bus back and give him the keys and when he asks where he parked it, say "Huh, I don't remember. Somewhere over that way." But get him to say on camera a few times that he gives permission for him to drive it somewhere to park.
Honestly, I feel we need this type of lawful evil a bit more :D

I once accepted a lift from a Lada driver and we had an accident. Fell 100 meters off a mountain road but I survived because I wouldn't be seen dead in a Lada.

Our road rules permit you to stop at a bus stop, but not to park there.
Stopping is intentionally stopping the car for less than 5 minutes, or longer if that is needed to load or unload goods or passengers.
It's no excuse in that case though, as there was a "No Stopping" sign just behind the bus stop. It would've been okay if there wasn't such a sign.

I've been visiting SPb for about 11 years now for business, and I can tell that your efforts have made a huge difference. My very first picture in SPb was just outside of Abeerdeen restaurant (now closed), and in the pic you could see 10-15 cars parked on the sidewalk. Now, you never see any cars parked on the sidewalk which is great and confirms that the work you are doing is paying off. Well done, SADB!!!
That lady summed it up when she said, "you are jealous of expensive cars". They really believe their cars give them a kind of status to do as they please.

As far as I know, laws also punish the _intention_ of commiting violations even in the absence of injured parties. If an attempt of violation ends in damage, that is an aggravation but not a condition of the violation commited or not. Otherwise people just could have attempt anything anytime. If someone drives a car against a pedestrian on a sidewalk, the measure of the violation is not how injured the pedestrian becomes, but the laws that define a punishment for the act.
I understand that this cop doesn't like to respond SADB calls because he feels that such situations are provoked, but laws applies to everyone and rights also apply to people one does not like.

They are provoked. Twice, in fact. The first is when the driver and his/her vehicle enters the sidewalk. The second is when the driver decides to further disregard the law by driving his car into pedestrians. Watch the footage. The wheels move forward into the pedestrian. It's only after these two provocations occur that the pedestrians ends up on the bonnet (or to use the Russian expression 'under the wheels', which I don't understand, but, hey, we're still 'hanging up the phone', so anachronistic expressions persist.)
Next time i do 200 kph on the motorway and they stop me i'll just use his logic.....No one was injured were they ? :)
yes, it implies that people who are able to defend themselves or prevent harm are not equal under the law. it's important for an officer to make a distinction between a violation causing injury or not. while you may not like the language or attitude of the officer: in the end, they did fulfill their duties and a report was drawn.

@@ossyx obviously you're trolling. My idea actually sounds reasonable. Fire trucks do it all the time. Blocking buses interfere with the stop schedules and bus drivers get in trouble for being late.
In some cities, they have bus lanes, where only busses can drive.
I know in some of these places, they have a camera in the front of the bus, and if it detects a car, it will start recording and then upload it, and the driver will be fined.
Maybe if they did the same here....Put camera's in the busses, and then the bus driver could press a button to record, whenever he was unable to park at the bus stop, because of these people, they would be ticketed.
Would make them think again, if they knew they risked getting fined, if the bus shows up.

In the uk, we can take a photograph of cars parked illegally or otherwise breaking the law (dangerous driving etc), and upload it to the police website for them to get ticketed.
Would really like something like this, where i live.
There are a few people parking like real DB's and the parking enforcement is done by a private company, and they will not ticket these cars, because it's a lot easier to just hover over a few central placed parking lots in the city centre.

Die meisten Russen bei uns in Deutschland habe ich als stur, rechthaberisch, arrogant und unfreundlich kennengelernt. Zum Beispiel, nicht fähig zu grüßen, oder positiv und freundlich auf seine neue Nachbarschaft zuzugehen.
Sie haben sich doch unser Land als neue Heimat ausgesucht und wurden auch nicht gezwungen hier zu leben! Wir tolerieren das ja auch und haben bestimmt nichts dagegen, euch besser kennenzulernen. Wie gesagt, nicht alle sind so, ich habe auch einige nette und hilfsbereite Russen in meinem Bekanntenkreis, denen das Verhalten ihrer Landsleute auch nicht gefällt.
Aber diese Videos zeigen mir, dass es auch in Russland sehr viele respektlose Russen gibt, denen die Mitmenschen völlig egal sind.
SADB zeigt das sehr schön auf und ich möchte auch gerne diesen Frauen und Männern meinen Respekt zollen für ihren Einsatz den sie leisten! Weiter so...🙏💪👏
