I spent seven years in law enforcement in the United states. I can tell you this is clearly favoritism of that guy's friends trying to pull him out of deep shit for attempted murder or running someone down along with several other serious violations. That guy ran because he knew the deep shit he drove into. But he came back thinking how bad it would be if they showed the video of him fleeing the scene of the crime. This video is a solid example of the "good old boys" system as we call it here or favoritism. Where officers allow other off duty officers to break the law and they will "interpret" the meaning of the laws violated to the extreme extent to get this person out of trouble.
Then please explain to all the morans here that this same system also exists in The USA as you well will know. In every democratic or other wise reasonable free country, "good old boys" as a mild form of corruption is always a possibility. It is not only in "the other countries" not being your own.

So it is favoritism, yes, but in this case, order of priorities is: 1) was this a public road open to traffic? if you say it is sidewalk you already have a problem - as a victim 2) damage and harm, are you injured? how bad? 0 to....? how many days of medical care? none? you have the second problem 3) circumstances - can or cannot the driver say he thought he was ambushed? yes he can - especially if he really is a secret service agent he might say he feared assassination? your 3rd problem as a victim and BANG you walk out guilty as a victim and the aggressor walks out as a victim - you may have clearer laws and deeper respect for them in the US but here...stop dreaming

This is what I get from this episode: 1 - The aggressor recognized "Stop a Douchebag" while dragging Kirill. Considering he watched these videos before, he believe they had his license plates and would be better to just come back instead of having the police investigate his plates without knowing it was him at the wheel. 2 - "Stop a Douchebad" should report the Police Chief and use the recordings as evidence about his conduct. Also this episode should be broadcasted in as many media as possible! 3 - More people should be like Kirill, know their rights and not allow getting bullied by others. It's weird. I think they took the cellphone or documents from the driver because when he comes back he seems to say something about a cellphone and documents...
Or maybe he realised his car's numbers were recorded^^ so if he run away from accident he will struggle with huge problems
Because he was calling the corrupted police chief, after that he comes again he thinks that this crap fat police chief will help him but KIRIL IS THE BEST, i love when the corrupted police officers cant do nothing with somebody who knows the law
because he's a dumb kid and didn't want to do what he did so he came back in an attempt to reconcile. it looks like kirill already talked to him before the police showed up.
Maybe he was couriering drugs or something else he had to stash before coming back to try and smooth things over.

This is what I get from this episode:
1 - The aggressor recognized "Stop a Douchebag" while dragging Kirill. Considering he watched these videos before, he believe they had his license plates and would be better to just come back instead of having the police investigate his plates without knowing it was him at the wheel.
2 - "Stop a Douchebad" should report the Police Chief and use the recordings as evidence about his conduct. Also this episode should be broadcasted in as many media as possible!
3 - More people should be like Kirill, know their rights and not allow getting bullied by others.
Unfortunately I believe this will never amount to anything, but I'd like to know the results coming from this situation.

Respect for Kiril. He knows what's up and has the nerve to confront the opposite party for as long as it takes. All in a calm, rational and reserved way/attitude.
This is a bit infuriating. There's obviously something going on behind the scenes regarding this driver. I feel that this needs to be investigated.

It happens often the the video got removed after few minutes, but I think due to music copyright complaints, then it got back up the day after.
@@kapwns it happens it starting period when they upload the video. One of their recent video captions might even have that written in it. I think music in the video was the problem.
