What scumbags the police that took the two guys away. The sooner the police realise that they need to be more forceful with the offenders rather than the people trying to solve a problem the better.

At the moment there is a pastor in Canada who is being arrested and then detained for days sometimes months and is rearrested once he is out again. This has been ongoing for over a year now for him. All for feeding the homeless and opening his church during cvd. Because he didn't back down, they are trying to "Stalin" him into submission. I get it's hard for you but keep it up and don't let wrong defeat right. Please.

The cop said he didn’t see the guy driving on the sidewalk, as his car is parked on the sidewalk, amazing how some clops have that kinda attitude!

He was being a dork, but his reasoning must be it is possible another driver drove the car.
Seen same traffic officer here in Poland.
I reported that cars are parked on Pedestrian zone. Traffic police came and i showed them long ass line of cars behind sign.
What was an answer? "Tell me why did you report them n waste our time?" I was in shock. then after explaining "I didn't see them driving in there so can't do anything about it" Then how did they get there when its prohibited to drive n park? "IDK, maybe someone towed them there or were dropped by a parachute?"
Because that is how the law works. You can't just assume that they drove. As someone else mentioned in the comments, could as well be somebody else who drove the vehicle there. They need to actually see or have proof of the vehicle moving to charge them with ''driving''.

It's surprising how there is such a difference in attitude with the police in Russia. I remember when almost all SADB videos ended at the station, then more recently there's been a bunch of good officers, now again it's starting to go back to sad examples of officers.

Depends on the area they raid.
Some stations have a lot of good eggs.
Some stations only have bad eggs.
One thing I learned from the SADB videos is that the police in Russia seem to have no status at all and generally does not enjoy a high reputation.

In my city the lazy municipal cops give 1 ticket per day per person in average, evil people.
@@PROVOCATEURSK Change their salary so that they get a small amount for every ticket they write, but make it so that if they write tickets that are not right, they get more money taken off of their salary.
This way they will only write real perpetrators but will have an incentive to write as many as possible.

Could you just simply file a report to these officers and their cars for being not fully operable (as the documents are missing for filing a report on the spot)? Just report the whole department for not being fully equipped as demanded.

The girl can also file report for that officer taking picture of her identity card that is illegal (taking photos of people is not illegal only photographing identity documents with personal numbers and other personal data is a violation to any court that can be charged as the personal phone device is not officially certified & homologated for such actions, so the officer is photographing the girl personal id card by it's own will not according to the laws ..

I wonder if there is no such thing as unlawful detention of people.
Here, the police have to charge you on the spot, and tell you what you are charged with and under what law, and if they do something they are not allowed to, there will be consequences.
Because of that, police officers generally tend to NOT do this, as they know there will be problems for them, if they do it without a clear cut reason.
It seems that most laws are arbitrary and up for interpretation by the individual officers, and if they do something that is not actually right, there is no risk of getting in trouble for it.
@@JohnDoe-bd5sz In most states, it is illegal to resist an officer even if he is falsely arresting the victim. Fortunately, certain laws were made to be broken.
@@tadghostal8769 I would never physically fight a police officer, i would inform him, that if he carried on with his unlawful detention, that he could expect me to sue the city for the unlawful arrest when i was released.
That usually makes them think twice.

They need more cells in SADB to continue raids when one or two groups are taken away to the station. But these cops were the absolute worst and lazy AF
@@flyingdutchman123321 The IWW used to deal with the same kind of corruption in the US by bringing in so many members that they filled up the cells and there was nowhere to put them. They'd get up on a soap box, be arrested, and instantly the next person would get up and resume the "illegal" speech right where it left off.
You should be suing police officers after every episode and complain to the Mayor about their "service"
The problem is that the mayor is the same, only he is not sitting in a patrol car, but somewhere in a paid bath with corrupt women, in the basement of a police station or a court building or next to these buildings. (for example, we have such a sauna in the house and another sauna in the building of the district court across the road). Complaints of the residents of the house about constant drunkenness and noise at night do not help, because they are considered in the same department and court .... in fact, where the owners of the sauna sit ....
In my opinion they have to be careful not to draw the ire of the state or police force as a whole. Slowly making change is preferrable to provocation that could derail the entire program.

Running out of forms so you have to take people back to the station maybe I can believe that, but then keeping them there for 3/4 hours, that's intentional.
In our country the you'd get a huge settlement against the police for arresting you without cause and holding you for no reason. Shame so many cops in your country can't tie their shoe laces up

Some communities have fired the cops and made changes and some haven't yet, but if they keep loosing money it will have an effect - so people should sure the city. It always seems to be a gamble as to what type of police you get. They're either really helpful, can't be bothered at all or take the side of the people driving on the sidewalk 🤷
This must have been a new spot with a new police station handling this kind of raid for the first time, they were so inefficient and not very knowledgeable of the law. I hope you can sue those horrible cops personally for their behavior or have them written up. The long time at the station was their way of punishing you. I have a feeling they already know nothing else will happen.
Yeah, i know it should not be needed, but i still feel they should carry small cards, with the different laws on.
"This is not a pavement, this is the buildin grounds" - hand them a card, that shows the cadestral map, that says it is a pavement.
"This is not a pavement" - hand them a card, that states the law about a pavement being seperated from the road with a lawn and a fence.
"This is not a pavement" - Hand them a picture of the entrance to the pavement, where the "Pedestrian zone" sign is visible
"This is vandalism" - Hand them a card, that has the law that says that vandalism is an irreversible process that cost X rubles.
"We have always been parking here" - hand them a picture of a tow truck, towing a car from there.
etc. etc.
Would probably save them a lot of arguing with the stu*id people.

You know they already have a state sponsored traffic code that must be read through before obtaining their drivers license? You also believe that after reading said traffic code that handing them a card , that explains what they already should know will stop an argument with an uneducated person?..... All i am saying is that whenever they "waste" 10 minutes arguing with some fool, and the fool repeatedly says "Show me the law" it would be very satisfying to "show them the law" and then just see them cook in their own fat.
If people read, understood and obeyed by the laws, SAD would be out of a job, so clearly a lot of people do not know the law or do not care.

Hand them a card and say "Yes, here is the law" If they then refuse to read it, well, then the debate is over.

He means that he did not see that particular person drive the car up there. When it comes to legality, for all he knows it was driven by someone else so without verification, he cannot legally charge this guy with driving on the sidewalk. At that moment all he can say for sure is that a car which is likely in that guys name, is illegally parked on the sidewalk. It was not until the guy confessed to driving there that the cop could legally ticket him.

I can see why his statement would puzzle the average person. I, on the other hand, have taken a lot of time to understand how policing works so I picked up on his intentions fairly quickly.

Ask them at the station for copies of the statement report forms and carry them with you when you go on 'raids'. Then, when they say they don't have any, you can pull some out and say "Fortunately, we have some here!"

Ovo je samo dokaz da ne može baš svako da se bavi ovakvim akcijama! Ja stvarno ne mogu i ne želim da razumem sve pojedince koji krše zakon i ubeđuju se sa ljudima koji im skreću pažnju na to! Kao prvo ne bi ni trebali kršiti zakon, a već ako rade to kada im se neko obrati i objasni im ( ono što već znaju ), trebali bi se izviniti i otići, to je ljudski. A policajci koji "obavljaju" svoju dužnost ovako kao iz ovog video snimka trebali bi da se stide, ovo je njihova sramota kao ljudi i kao organa u službi građana!

It's so crazy to me that the police are separate from traffic enforcement in such a big place. The regular police should be able to write tickets.
The theory behind it is that its supposed to save time for regular police to deal with more serious offences, because the traffic offences and "minor" issues can be dealt with by the traffic Police. In operation, the regular Police tend to be called out anyway, and so it still wastes their time.

I think it's a great idea. Traffic offenses are not criminal in nature, so it makes sense to have separate traffic police. This would give regular cops much more time to go after actual criminals.
@@glennallen496 Unfortunately while it looks great on paper, it doesn't usually work that way in operation.
New Zealand (as an example) used to have a separate traffic police branch until 1992 when they merged with the regular Police due to a number of issues with the system.

Such a worst service Cop service I ever seen, don't even have statement copy to write on spot for any complaint and even worst is that The man drove into the side walk without caring public safety and complains on property damage on his car which is silly since it can be removed with water and scraper. But police least bother of public concern and takes away those people who are fighting for good cause they are been detained and taken to station but not the one who broke the law. What if you guys got your hands on the complaint forms and made tons of copies, then bring them with you on every raid and then when the police say they dont have the forms, you can pull out some and say "Oh hey, look at that! we got some forms! Lets just fill them out here on the spot!"

31st PD of Kirovsky district seems to be full of either complete idiots or very corrupt cops.
Also you need to file a suit against them for infringing Privacy act and being on duty without complete equipment.
This is a good sign. The police are scared that there is somebody out there doing the right thing. They just want to squash you guys.

The traffic police were "not fully equipped " on purpose. They stalled on purpose to keep you at the station and off the street for as long as they could.

Oh noes. That looks like a step in the wrong direction for these officers and the police station in general. Overall the police and traffic police officers were going through great development within the last years. Issues with your activists were still occuring, but less and less.

Can you request that the officers go back to their station and get the required paperwork and return to fill them out on-site? Make them spend 3 hours on their job.

The Police need to file a detention report on the spot at the scene. If they do not then they will say the station visit was voluntary. Then SADB must return in force at another date. You must also file illegal detention and harassment against the Police. When the police get trained they may find a way to monitor and control the raids. If the Police did their job then there is no need for a written complaint. The people also need to be held accountable when they make false claims to the police. The police need to determine if a sticker is property damage and release a memo to the entire force.
If it is true that placing a sticker on a car is criminal damage then surely every Parking warden in Russia must be guilty of mass destruction of property. I would also say that to balance out the 'arrests' at the time the officer 'detains' you and insists that you are taken to the Police station you file a similar complaint against the complainant. I base this on the Police's reason for detaining you, they claim that someone has made a complaint, surely if you file a similar complaint against the 'victim', the police must treat that in the same way. Finally I think that the Police officers (make sure you record their details) who hinder the work you do should be, in the event of a pedestrian being injured by a car on the sidewalk, should be held accountable for failing to carry out their lawful duty in ensuring that sidewalks are a safe place for pedestrians.
